Paytm — Bad service and not refunding the money | |||||
I have cancel the water park tickets and ask to refund the money as i have mistakenly booked the tickets, they ask to place a complain and did not turn up. Its more than 10 days now as i placed the complain on 20/07/2016 at 3.34 pm. Whenever i call to customer agent they just ask to wait 24 hrs. No proper help or satisfactory reply has been given from there side. Sum of 10434.16 they should pay, everyday i have to call them they ask to wait 24 hrs. Like that 10 days have passed. I have transfered money form wallet to my acc on 24th july16but didnot get any credit till now to my acc am unable to log a complaint on paytm also called to the customer number they said there is another department and it is not having voice call facility m unable to log a complaint through app so complaining here
I have make a recharge on 23.07.16 for rs. 19 for mo. No. [protected]. But no response received from operator and also balance not refunded till 9.19 pm dtd 24.07.2016.
