i raised the issue to the customer care they replied it its a technical issue so we will resove with in 24 hours but it went so many days stil the issue is not resoved and I was keep on sending mails for this issue but no one responding regarding the issue. Oct 07 18:07 i was done my Bill Payment of Airtel DataCard [protected]. Promocode used: GET100 i got cashback and it displyed my Paytm Cash Transaction History but it does not displayed under the Paytm Cash Wallet section. My Order Details. they commit to give cash back of 40% on the above item which is 6000/- inr but the same was not credited to my wallet yet i complain them many time regarding the cash back but all time they said it will already credited to my wallet but i cant see it on my wallet history.i told them to provide wallet statement but cant get reply from them yet
so i request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible
