Dear Sir / Madam, I possess a ICICI Bank Credit Card and its number is [protected]. On 6th & 7th October 2014, a sum of Rs.2000, Rs.2000, Rs.2000, Rs.2000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000, Rs.3000 are debited to my ICICI Bank Credit Card through PAYTM at frequent intervals without my knowledge. An amount of Rs. 32, 000 has been drawn. Details of my mobile SMS alert enclosed herewith for your reference (+91 [protected]) This I came to know through the message alerts received through SMS from the bank. During the above period, the subject card is with me and I have not shared the CVV no., Card validity period, 3D security code to anyone.I fear that my Credit Card is being misused by some miscreants. I have intimated ICICI Bank to block the card to prevent further misuse and the same is effected immediately. A complaint was lodged with Police department - Central Crime Branch & acknowledged vide C. no. 5812 / COP / Vis / PE / 2014 / dated 10.10.2014. Kindly arrange to give the details of transaction and contact number - Copy of ICICI transaction and merchant ID enclosed herewith for your reference. Merchant ID : 4814 / Authorized ID : 658454 & 665644 (Telecommunication service) Merchant ID :4900 / Authorized ID :[protected] Utlility Bill) Pls note that i already made complaint on 19th Oct'14 in your PayTM customer care but so far no response from your end.complaint reference ID is (Ticket no[protected].     INTEREST, THAT'S THE WAY THEY RUNNING BUSINESS. Don't harrassed by their stupid
    service. No doubt they can earn huge money out of interest by holding your
    money even for 1 day (the hole diwali they used my money)

If it is recharge then respond back with the phone numbers or DTH ids. Please respond ASAP as any delay in this can cause a severe loss. Provide your number also on which I can talk to your executives so as to avoid any kind of delay in responding through emails.

        Hi - My Airtel mobile payment was successful on Paytm site yesterday and today but my mobile is not getting charged. Please fix the problem ASAP. . I mailed my issues to Paytm customer care yesterday and today and I received a message on my mobile that they worked and fixed but still my mobile is not charged and I cant make any outgoing calls I understand you are helping us to recharges from your site but plze let us know in case you have server issues or we can go with alternate things. On your website you dont have any customer care contact number to contact you...how can we reach you?

          Hello, i have recharge on my mobile via paytm wallet amount . i received succeccfully recharge message from paytm but i did get balance on my mobile. and paytm did return my amount which i have paid. so this is very bed experience with paytm. i need justice - i want balance on my mobile or return money on my bank account .                 Order Number: RCtkt Ticket #[protected] This month I paid bill of my Airtel postpaid number - [protected] by Paytm in following denominations Rs. 30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 150. From which two payment of 30, 30 shows failed. Total payment goes from my paytm cash is Rs. 490 and shows (your order is successful) but payment received for my Airtel number as on 24th Oct is Rs.190 only! Payment of Rs 300 is still not received to service provider. I have cross checked but they said we have received only following denominations Rs. 30, 30, 30, 50, 50. It's been more than 4 days 96 hours and still no action has been taken. Where is the payment of Rs 300 ? It is still not received by service provider neither get refunded in my Paytm wallet. Now the issue is late payment charge. As last due date of my Airtel bill was 24th Oct 2014 which I had paid on 23rd via Paytm and it was showing successful as well. But payment was not received because of technical problem at your end. Even I still haven't received any further payment for number [protected] via Paytm. And now I have to pay bill with late payment of Rs. 100 (Extra) because of technical issue from your side. Please find the attachment of snapshot of bill for the same. It would be appreciable if I got refund with this late payment of Rs 100 as well in my Paytm Cash. For proof kindly find the attachments snapshot of bill and paytm confirm recharge snapshot which is not yet received by service provider!

                          I MADE A TRANSACTION WITH PAYTM FOR INALSA MAKE MIXER GRINDER ORDER NO. WAS[protected]. But item shipment was cancelled from your side. I MADE A PAYMENT OF Rs. 3729. Rs. 2984 via. PNB net banking transaction no. 42458976 And rs. 745 via PAYTM CASH WALLET. I HAVE GOT REFUND OF RS. 745 BUT RS. 2984 has not been refunded yet neither in cash wallet nor in account. It has been 7 day since payment and i am emailing to Paytm daily but emails are not being delivered to Paytm. This is quite harassing me. Paytm had replied for one email saying "your problem has been resolved" But still i am unattended. I request you to help me in this regard. Paytm has harassed me a lot.                             I have tried to recharge my mobile for 3 consecutive trys but money debited from my account, but recharge not received. In paytm site it is showing successful message, i have mail several times showing no recharge of any amount in my mobile, atleast they are not responding to several complaints. Worst experience and i got mail saying that "recharge successful and no need to mail again".

                                I Have Placed A Order On 29th August, After That I Just Want To Order A Different Product Instead Of It So I Consulted With The Customer Service Representative & They Said “I Would Like To Inform You That Product Has Already Been Shipped. Once Product Is Shipped It Can't Cancelled. In Case If You Want To Cancel Please Don't Accept The Product At Time Of Delivery. Once Product Will Back To Merchant, We Will Initiate The Refund.” I Didn’t Accept The Shipment As Suggested By Them (I Rejected The Shipment On 6th Of September) & Till Now They Haven’t Refunded My Money. I Have Consulted With Them Regarding This But Every Time They Are Saying That “Once The Product Will Reach To Us We Will Process Your Refund”, So My Question Is How Long It Takes To Reach The Consignment To Them?

                                  hello sir, I placed an order on 11 oct 2014, delivery date was 14 oct 2014. still products not received, order automatically cancelled by NCR on 22 oct 2014 but money received for only 1 product. order No.[protected] complaint ticket No's.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] wrote to you lot of time, i just get an nonsense common msg everytime in reply of my complaint. dont cheat people, do some hard work and try to earn money else close the company and sit at home that would be more better i think so. dont know why you people are harassing customers.                                         I Placed order thro online website - Paytm Order[protected] accepted for micromax canvas elanza A121on 30.09.2014 & money transferred Rs: 8313 /= and Material received on 08.10.14, I checked the mobile was having 3 defects. As Per their advertisement the Product can be returned back within 10 days if any Problem. I Launched complaint thro their web site & Ticket No: Ticket #[protected]: Customer care Sachin mailed me on 09.10.14 and informed that the Pickup boy come & take back material and money will be refunded. I kept ready the material with the same Package, but till today (25.10.14) nobody has come to my Place & pick up the material. It is more than 25 days & 30 online complaint ticket no was given and 11 executives were replied from PayTm saying that the material will be taken back within 3 days & money will be refunded. Kindly arrange to refund my money and for the Past 25 days I was extremely affected mental torture by PayTm customer care / Grievances officer. Please do the needful to genuine customer and take appropriate action against this type of non ethics sellers like PayTm.
