I MADE A RECHARGE OF RS.131 FOR MOBILE NO.[protected] ON OCT 24 BUT THE TRANSACTION HAD FAILED AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN CREDITED IN MY PAYTM CAH WALLET (ORDER ID.[protected] ON 25 OCT I AGAIN TRIED MAKING A RECHARGE OF RS.131, WHICH FAILED BUT GAVE A CASHBACK IN PAYTM WALLET (ORDER ID.[protected]
Dear Sir,
I have used Paytm for recharge my Internet service MTS Mblaze . Rs 999 have debited from my account, But Net is Not recharged. Used ICICI bank debit card.

        Dear sir / madam, I have done 12 payments through my Paytm Account to my Airtel Postpaid Account on 30/09/2014. Out of that 8 payments have been confirmed and 5 payments are not updated in my Airtel Postpaid Account. Transaction ID of all the payments are as follows: 1. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 2. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 3. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 4. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 5. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 6. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 7. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 8. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 9. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 10. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] Out of above 10 payment of Rs.30/- only 6 has been confirmed and 4 are still pending. 1. Rs.50: Transaction ID: #[protected] 2. Rs.50: Transaction ID: #[protected] Out of above 2 payments of Rs.50/- only 1 has been confirmed and 1 is still pending. Therefore total of Rs.170/- is not confirmed in my Airtel Postpaid Account. Please look into the matter and do the needful at your end, as for all the 12 payments, amount has been deducted from my PAYTM account but the payments has not been received in my Airtel Postpaid Account.             Hi Sir I did a recharge of Rs 50 with order id's,[protected] OCT '14 .Money is debited from my cashwallet but they haven't recharged still now and when I mail them about the problem they reply saying "There was a technical problem at our end it has been resolved please check and write to us if still there is any problem"

              Hi Sir I did a recharge of 120 and 90 with order id's,[protected] and 30341381 respectively on 23rd October.Money is debited from my account but they haven't recharged still now and when I mail them about the problem they reply saying "There was a technical problem at our end it has been resolved please check and write to us if still there is any problem".This happened for 4 times till now from 2 days. I am facing a huge problem with mney and these guys are playing with me. please help me in getting my money back

                  My order #[protected]. I had made a recharge of Rs.100 on 22 Oct at 9.15p.m. And I still did not receive my balance. Then I made a complain to paytm and they said if the order is not complete then my amount will b refunded in the bank or it will be returned as cash credit. But till now its not credited.

                    sir i was booked the lumia 730 and Mavis350 on paytm 10days back(oct15), mavis 350 is delivered but lumia 730 was not shipped, i asked paytm service they said due to heavy rush your item not shipped wait for few more days but another item was delivered, they were cheating me actual delivery date is oct22 but still item not shipped, i have all the details so any body suggest me compliant against paytm

                      sir/madam, i ordered a samsung galaxy grand 2 on paytm.com on 17th october with all the money paid. they said that they will ship that on 22nd october and will be dilevered to me on 26th october. till date it is not shipped that is 24th october. after reading reviews i think that that do this with a lot of people. please help me as a paid a large amount of my order. please help me. i am very much worried. i have liest. ihave all the proofs with me. their customer care system is very poor. they dont reply to my e-mails and if they reply it is just that we will be in your help at the earliest. please help me. all my money is in danger.

                        Dear Sir, I have paid my bill through Paytm on 22nd Oct, 14, but by mistake I have chosen option of prepaid instead of post paid and I have received message of "recharge successful" from Paytm instead of Bill paid and now bill was not paid. I have mailed the same issue to Paytm but till now I have not receive any mail or any other satisfactory action from paytm.                         I have paid bill of Airtel No.-[protected], I have chossen option prepaid by mistake and amount is deducted from my account, but bill was not paid.This is the postpaid no and i have no message received from Airtel regarding paid my bill.                           Rs 249 has been deducted from my bank of HDFC Bank account for 3G recharge of my Vodafone prepaid number [protected], but i have not received the balance in my Vodafone account. And even, I have not receive any order number for your side and the HDFC Bank transaction number is POS [protected]. Please recharge my 3G vodafone account as soon as possible.
