    Promotion offered by paytm as "purchase a product from Ebay and pay with Paytm account you will get 15% cashback in you account"

    Hence I purchased a product from Ebay on 23/03/2015 worth Rs 2, 091.18 and paid the order by Paytm. as per promo from Paytm 15% cashback not received till now.

    I raised complaint to paytm customer care (Ticket #[protected] and they replaied as

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    so i wait for more then 2 days but they did't add any cashback in my account so i sent lot mails to them but they did't not replay.

    myself sudhir and mobile number/paytm id is [protected]. As per PAYTM and groupon offer of 550 cashback i have purchased one item from GROUPON with PAYTM wallet.
    As per the guidline provided by PAYTM website i should get cashback but its more than5 days over i didnt received cashback yet!!!

    My conclusion here is either offfer on paytm website is fake or paytm is totally waste, unmanaged website which cannot compit with Flipkart and amazon and snapdeal.

    Morover i have dropped an email on their [protected]@paytm.com, but they only replied once that they would need 2 more days. now even that two days as well over.

    SO requesting all to lets be togather and file a case against Paytm. Already 8 to 10 peoples are approached me for legal action.

      Sir, I am a costumer of your site last couple of day, when I recharge today in a airtel no [protected] at that time my first transction id[protected] was when proceed in at that time your site reply retry but when I press retry bouttom at that time again reply in proceed but when some time after your site create a new transction id[protected] at that time my balance debited tow times .why? Reply me if your trancstion donot sucsessful properly why you written retry again.if I press retry bottom then two times you debit my money.

        I made a mistake of recharging my mobile with paytm. The order status is showing recharge successful, money has been debited from my account but the recharge is not yet done. I have already fired 2 help queries but they are replying them with the same pre-built template. I guess I am not getting my money back, this is just to spread awareness about this crap service.

              on 20/10/2014i recharged Rs 102, 103 and Rs 145 internet pack and taltime of Rs 50 their order no's are[protected], [protected], [protected] and[protected] Though i got sms saying the order was processed successfully, I didn't get any balance ...i rechecked but both internet and account balance was nil. I want my money to be refunded immediately...

                I have booked bedsheets from paytm website with order no:[protected] but I received different colors and quality is also very very poor. they are not looking how they have shown in the website and delivered ugly colors. the colors which i have booked is different and when i returned the product they simply saying that Reverse Pickup from your destination is not available from Paytm side as of now against your Order No.[protected].We would request you to courier it back to the merchant at the address as mentioned on the shipment. As there is a delivery why cant paytm take reverse pickup. paytm have cheated by sending different products. Please do justice to me. atleast paytm should pickup my returned product and provide my cash back.

                    I bought mop from paytm which i got in damaged condition and i lodge complain also but they seema least intrested to resolve the same. Dont buy from pay tm they will give u useless product with heavy discount. And i request you to provide me there office address as i want to send them legal notice but dont have address.

                        I need to replace my jeans. The order id is[protected]. There is no response to the email sent to care @paytm.com. Also I am tried reaching through phone. I was in waiting for more than half and hour. No respsne. Paytm lost its trust.

                        I had made a vacation deal purchase in Groupon using paytm wallet paytm gateway. Due to unavailability of rooms for the desired dates, I had canceled the deal. Groupon immediately responded to me and refunded amount to paytm wallet and asked me to followup paytm to refund the amount back to credit card.
                        There is no phone line for paytm, only one toll free number to register complaint through voice, I did that too. I had started emialing them from March 7th asking them to refund the amount to my credit card. No one is least bothered to reply me and they started closing the request without informing me. I have raised complaint at AKOSHA where they couldn't help me too.
                        I saw an option in paytm to transfer the amount to bank. I tried to transfer 5999 and then 5500, which didn't allow me. Later, I tried with 5000rs, which is successful but only 4800rs was transfered to my bank account. Paytm page show 5000 got transferred and my bank shows 4800rs got credited, i then contacted back who asked me to check with paytm. After many days, I got a reply saying that 4% charges will be applicable for transferring amount to banks.

                            Hi I had ordered an iphone 5c worth 24999 from PAYTM on 4th october 2014. Paytm order No.[protected] Due to some reasons PAYTM could not deliver the product to my desired location so I cancelled the order and PAYTM assured me that my money would be refunded back. It has been 16 days since yet my money has not been refunded. Today i.e. on 20th october i received a message from PAYTM stating my money has been refunded back. But when I checked my paytm cash wallet it still wasnt reflecting the amount. It just shows amount refunded back when actually it hasnt been refunded nor to paytm wallet nor to my bank account. This Fraud website does not even have a proper customer care. And they dont give a damn to the emails which customers send to them. I've send 8 complaints between 10th oct to 20th october yet there has been no reply from PAYTM. This website is a fraud website.                               Dear sir I have not been refunded Rs 1325 even after returning the product for more than 15 days. My order id is[protected] I ordered a Ambrane P-1000 Portable Charger and and returned it well in time.Now i have neither the product nor the money. I have called the customer care many a times, everytime they just say that its processing and amount will reflect in bank account with 3-5 days but it has been 15 days, i have been hearing the same thing...neither they refund me nor they register my complaint. I have purchased and recharged many orders through them but this is what the service they provide to a loyal customer. So, please register my complaints and take some against against this.                                 Hi, My name is Sriram. I made two recharges on 18th October 2014 for 455(order number[protected] and 1000 (order number[protected]. However they could not process it and said (Airtel Karnataka is down and your request is on queue) and money was deducted from my HDFC account. I waited for sometime and gave them some time however in the morning I saw my balance and the 3g packs were still not processed. Immediately I went and checked Paytm which to my amazement said "YOUR ORDERS ARE PROCESSED" even though i did not receive the balance nor the plan. I have been sending them numerous mails but not getting any proper reply or promise of resolution for last 3 days. Please help me with this.

                                  I was done Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] for Rs.255. Still it was not activated and i am not received Airtel service message also. But I was received in PAYTM recharge successfully. Find the details given below Registered mobile number/e-mail ID: [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com Recharge value: 255 Order Number: #[protected] On the I was lost my main balance 80rps, because of your issue. After recharge I getting SMS for PAYTM recharge successfully. NOTE: NOT IN NEWORK Or AIRTEL SERVICE. By the time I don’t know I was started browsing normally & I was lost of money 80rps in main balance after I checked with airtel customer care. After then only I know recharge was not activated in my mobile number. NOTE: I need compensation for lost of money 80+255 in my account not in paytm cash, because I don’t like pay tm I am waiting almost 3days for single recharge.

                                  If your service is relay very very poor, i have proof can you call me +91 [protected] or give me your contact no( not in tool free no) i was triyed so many times, but i did not get line.

                                  So dont try to cheat or ignore my mail, if you leave me. No issue...

                                      dear sir, i purchase a addidas shoe of single piece whose ORDER NO.[protected], order value 1568rs, on dated 19/10/2014 from paytm site. someone calling me and said that your choice not available and after that call break.my account debited from value 1586. so plz take action against this problem and inform me through sms or call regarding my order status.

                                        Hello paytm, yesterday I was trying to pay my Maharashtra mahanagar gas bill.The amount is 579 Rs. and the order number is[protected].My transaction is in queue but I didn't recieve any confirmation mail or message of successful transaction..What kind of service you are providing to your customers?Its my first time that I visited your site and I must say that you are not fulfilling the demands of the customer and providing the worst services..If you are returning my amount then I don't want that in.my paytm account rather transfer it to my bank account.Don't take too much time to solve my query and I am hoping to get a positive reply at the earliest..Don't disappoint your customers otherwise you are going to suffer.
