[Resolved]  Paytm — cash back issue

Hello sir/Madam

I had Rs.340 amount on the playTm Cash wallet. on the date[protected], I transferred my amount to my bank account with transaction Id: 3E705E48D3DDD98E.AMount transferred, but my account details are not available in Paytm database. I mailed them as there are no bank details available in your database, please either revert that transaction or debit that my amount in my bank account. I provided all details. I got a mail from support team as,

Hi Bharat,
I am Achal I am going to do my best to solve your problem. In such cases
the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account.It may take
between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
The refund time lines vary from bank to bank. In case of any delay in receiving your amount,
I request you to please get in touch with your bank. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm.


But still no amount debited my account.Now, Paytm declared, amount had been debited to my account on 9 Nov 2014.But no such amount debited yet.I am attaching all my transaction record screen
shots.please find the attachment

2 days back I recharged with Rs50 with coopon code GET50 still not yet recieved my cashback amount

i did recharge of 410Rs for airtel DTH and use the promocode SCB15 for 15% cash back, yet now i have not recived any cash back, its third time when i have not recived cash back order No[protected]. on 28th sep i did recharge of tata sky 240Rs use promocode SCB15 fr 15%cash back but not recived csh back order No.[protected].please solve my quarie.

I am one of the paytm customer. Paytm people are double deducting my amount every time.When I spoke to my bank's customer care person that you have to wait for 21 days. Why should I have to wait for my money.Voucher coupons providing by paytm is also waste. I got book my show coupon which is not useful for me because I did not get any discount.

I had received my product soon but i did not received my cash back in my paytm account till now.
Please, provide my cash back soon. I believe paytm is customer friendly, , , ../..

But i haven't received by cash back even though my product delivery completed.

Dear Concern,

From the last 2 weeks I m doing the follow up of the cash back issue,
I wrote to [protected]@paytm.com but I didn't get any reply.
Actually I had order one (Philips HL7710 600 W Mixer Grinder (Silver & Maroon/3 Jars) Order number was[protected].
When the order shifted I came to know that my cash back of Rs.1520/- will get added to my wallet in 24 hrs.
But unfortunately my monthly limit of cash back was exhausted for that month .
So, Paytm Customer Care team told me that in the very first day coming mth my cash back will get added to my wallet which is not yet not done.
So many time I reported the same to Paytm Customer Care but yet it's not resolved.
Kindly help.

I had used a code CR40 which said they will give 40% discount on food ordered at food panda + 25% cash back in paytm wallet. I have got the 40% discount but no cash back.

I raised so many tickets (complaints) to them but they have not responded.

Hi I have booked krackerjack carnival tickets through book my show app via using paytm wallet as there was an offer of paytm 10 + 50% cash back dated 19th Dec 2015.

Hv booked five tickets each amounting to R's 200.
