Paytm — Delivered wrong product

Hello, I have been provided with wrong product...and no one is replying to the complaint no[protected] I raised. I have ordered micro sd card (2 items) and I received Dual USB Drive... Order no is:[protected] dated 12 Mar '15 2:08 pm Provided with images of the wrong product on mail complaint on demand but no action has yet been taken. I have even escalated the issue to the grievance manager and forwarded to him all the earlier mails and from his side too I have not got any response. Seems there is no meaning/ or no one is there as grievance manager... Please arrange immediately to deliver the right product which was ordered in exchange of wrong product.
