we have order from the Paytm but they wrong product after that i return back the order and no body response on customer care number and at mail they do same mail again and again.not my money refunded yet 1 month is almost gone for this issue.

    Be very careful at paytm.com There payment servers are not reliable and they do not return your money on failed transactions. I've lost some money like this atleast a couple of times. Hence I have stopped using it no matter what the offer to entice me. I am surprised to see such firms getting billion dollar valuations. Hope they put some money in their customer care which never responds.
    Payment Refund - Paytm Payment Gateway This is in reference to my application for Wallet integration services from Paytm for my website. I have applied for your services on 28th April 2015. I have made the payment for annual maintenance charge (AMC) for my account. I am sorry to say that till today I am not able to use your services even after continuous email exchange with your technical as well as sales team. A letter for refund process was sent to PayTm on 9th June 2015 as per the invoice. Your Manager - Sales of Paytm replied on 10th June refusing the refund. I request you once again to process the refund since I have not used your Payment Gateway till date. No transaction was done till today even after the continuous mail exchange with your technical team. I even got a mail from your sales team on 9th June 2015 asking for fresh sets of documents.

          on[protected] i have tried booking my movie tickets on bookmyshow via my paytm account. when i proceeded for making paytm by adding the required amount to my paytm wallet it showed a message saying the payment could not me made due to some error. however my bank account was instantly debited with Rs 660.04 three times. i have already written to paytm several times but they have not responded even once. i have also sent them a mail showing my bank account statement regarding the transaction details and the proof that paytm has been credited from my account with 660.04 three times on[protected].             I Raju Goel, the account holder of PAYTM.COM. On 3rd Feb somebody hacked my account transferred my 2750 rupees from mobile [protected] and 702 rupees from mobile [protected]. I raised the request for same to [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com and changed my password at that time. He deleted my Order and transaction history from my mobile [protected] as well. After this I got a mail from paytm.com that luckily user did not use your 2132 amount. So, we added in your account and got message as well. But I replied to paytm.com that my balance is still Zero. But I did not get any reply for after this . And then I received one more message that rupees 2150 sent to “Sfshddhd Asfdg”. I have five orders in queue and one of my order shipped yesterday then I got another message you have received your 210 cash back for your item. Then suddenly I got another message that you successfully sent 210 to “pukar”. I am in very big trouble because I have two order for which I have to receive the cash back of around 2000. If the things will be like this, then I will lose this money as well. Please help me urgently, I am requesting you because I am not able to sleep and work properly.             Did you get any update from Paytm? Did they refund you amount? What actions did you take?

              i had ordered a tripod, i did payment. after 10 days i got my product. it was poorly packed. i opened it and found that it's a used damaged and broken tripod, while i had ordered and paid for the new one. i did complains for five times but i haven't received any positive reply by mail or phone call.

                I purchased two batteries of micromax a116 vide order no.[protected] but there was problem in batteries then i requested for replacement or refund of the same but the company has refunded amount of one battery and has not collected the other one and said to approch to micromax service centre for replacement of other battery, on visiting to service centre i was found that the battery was duplicate which was provide by paytm. After that i have mailed to pay tm about 5-6 times but no response was received from paytm so kindly redress my grivence at the earliest.

                  i had made a recharge of rs550 from Punjab national bank to paytm on august 9th reference id:40536175extenal reference:[protected] unfortunately my money deducted from bank but not transferred to paytm i requested paytm and bank people with this issue both told my money will be returned to my account my money got returned after returning unfortunately again the money had refunded to paytm when i ask bank customer care they are saying that "they had funded u and they again refunded why we dont know" so kindly help with this issue below is the transaction history till now for this issue i have contacted nearly 10 members there was no counter reply kindly please reply my issue my previous submitted issue numbers #[protected] my money neither in bank nor in paytm (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/[protected] #[protected] devendra (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/[protected] #[protected] paytm money not replying anyone for issue

                      Hi, Booked bus ticket on paytm for 23rjan2015 via [protected]@gmail.com. But when i went for the travel on the day, Travel agency denied any booking from my name. There was miscommunication by paytm. I had to travel and there was not any ticket booked by paytm. So There was huge inconviniency. I booked another travel which was 3 times costlier than normal travel. And that travel dropped me on highway of my city. So all the way i suffered to reach my home. When i complaint paytm, they just refunded the amount. Thats not the way to treat customer.

                          On 30/1/2015 i got a e-mail from PayTm that they have deducted my wallet balance amounting to Rs. 200. when i asked them why is that happen they replied me that i made that transaction. they sent the mail that they have deducted that now they are blaming me. even i sent them attachment of their mail but they are not replying now. i am pissed off with their reply. i am attaching their mail picture in which it is mention that they deducted my amount and also my transaction history picture in which no where mention about my that transaction.

                            This is Rahul srivastav my paytm order number is 70933018 and payment details UNI NB transection no. 30894217 my registeted id [protected]@gmail.com and reg. no is [protected]. I was tried to recharge my vodafone no [protected] of rupees 249 in 31 december 2014 at 12:07 pm and this amount was debited from my bank account at that time and recharge had failed but my balance rupees of 249 has not refunded in my paytm wallet still. I had complaint it on paytm but not got desirable action to settling down my refundable amount 249 on my paytm wallet as company well know that after every failed transaction amonut firstly settle down on paytm wallet then customer will use this amount. I have proof of settling down of failed transaction on wallet which is shown attaching screen shot snap from paytm app in "my order" inbox service. Paytm itself mention that settlement of amount on wallet but it has not added on my paytm wallet. Regards, Rahul Srivastav

                            As paytm mention in order history "WE HAVE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TO YOUR PAYTM WALLET FOR YOUR FAILED ORDER"
                            and we know that generally after failed transaction, amount back into paytm wallet. But today i checked it into my bank account and i found that amount has settled into my bank account.
                            Now my problem has resolved.

Order has been confirmed and money has been deducted from my account but cash back have credited my account. I have complained to inditimes they said we have sent order to Paytm but they have not added casback. I want refund .

                                  This is regarding the ORDER NO.[protected]. I booked a bus ticket to travel on 27-jan-2015 instead of 30-Jan-2015. I dint see the date and booked the ticket for 550RS . After seeing that i cancelled the same on 6.43pm Boarding time for bus is at 11.45 pm. i was intimated as a alert message as that the 50%of cancellation amount i will be getting as a cash back . My departure of boarding into bus at 11.45 pm . I booked the ticket at 6.43pm and cancelled as soon i booked it. 11.45 -6.43 = 5.02HRS . Also i was intimated with the alert as 275 rupees of amount as cancellation amount will be get as a cash back to my PAYTM wallet . This is as per the policy. Attached is the ticket booked along with the "Departure time" and "booking time" . For this I am getting a response from your representative as i wont be get any refund . It is been more than one week i dint even get any reply properly from them as they are cheating the ppl like anything . Today morning Mr.Pankaj (Paytm Servicehead ) from paytm is replying me with following given below Pankaj, Feb 3, 13:08: Hi there, We are going to do our best to solve your problem. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, As per the cancellation policy stated below : Refund Percentage Hours before Departure 0% Between 0 Hrs. to 4Hrs. 50% Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs. 80% Between 12 Hrs. to 24Hrs. 85% Between 24 Hrs. to 168Hrs. 90% Before 168 Hrs. You have initiated your refund at 6.45 PM i.e 4 hrs before your bus start time (11.45 PM). So as per the cancellation policy you get 0% refund for the same. We hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let us know. It is looking really ashame on this fellow dont know this simple calculation also, i dont know how this kind persons are working in PAYTM and they keep employees like this .. How bad it is and cheating the people .. You have initiated your refund at 6.45 PM i.e 4 hrs before your bus start time (11.45 PM). Is this 4 hours before ????????????? what a cheating is this ., If i am boardin into bus at 11.45pm how many hours left before i intiated for refund ????? . It is 11.45 PM- 6.45PM = 5hours. i have cancelled 5 hours before . So as per the policy i am lying between Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs for which i should suppose to get 50% of amount. I want to put this forward to you... Kindly take an immediate action on this as this is cheating thing which should not happen to anyone like this .. Please help me on this .
