Hi,
I have done a recharge of ₹458 from MyVodafone app and paid using Paytm. Paytm deducted the amount from my bank and also showing paid successfully to Vodafone. But the recharge of the same has not been done. I contacted Vodafone customer care and got response that they have not received any recharge from Paytm. I tried to contact Paytm many times but all in vain. Also I raised a ticket in Paytm app with screenshot of MyVodafone app showing no recharge of ₹458 was done. The last message which I recieved from Paytm is they have forwarded to the merchant and would share with me the status. I have asked many times for the current status but have not received any response from them. Also no one is picking up the call. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter asap. Please take necessary actions to refund my money back from Paytm. Attaching all necessary screenshots. Paytm transaction ID: [protected]

    I have raised issue on paytm 24*7 help regarding Issue in paying on IRCTC using Paytm wallet and query reference number is[protected].
    I have asked them who is responsible for failed transaction?? but they didnt answer my question.
    I was booking tatkal ticket on IRCTC and paying throgh paytm app wallet, my amount is deducted but ticket is not booked successfully.
    I have called to paytm customer executive they were saying that amount is transferd to the IRCTC by their end, then i have called to IRCTC customer executive they said that no amount is received by your bankers for mentioned transaction id.
    IRCTC given me this statement on mail that no amount is received towards IRCTC for mentioned transaction id.
    So the question was no one was taking responsibility at that moment.
    IRCTC already given me it on mail but Paytm was behaving totally unprofessional
    Every one knows that amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days but why paytm is not taking responsibility for failed transaction??
    I asked to paytm 24*7 help many times that who is responsible for failed transaction?? And reason for the transaction failure but they didn't respond me yet.

      Very bad and poor service.
      Concern related to my fastag (Barcode:[protected].
      I have raised the issue regarding closing of fastag.
      I am closing the fastag due to poor and worst service in toll tax.

      I have also sent the copy of rc of my car.

      They did not refund my values. Even i have sent many mails for requesting the refund but there reply was "dear customer, we are currently working closely with our team to resolve your issue related to tag close. We will get back to you with the resolution"

      To paytm in mail:-
      1st problem, was paytm did not refund my 500rs fastag activation cash. Image is attached (Fig 1).

      2nd problem, i have paid twice toll tax (Rs120) tag at ban toll (Jammu), i have already sent the images to paytm app ticket. But there was no response (See fig 2).

      3rd, paytm did not adjust my rs150 value from fastag reserved to my paytm wallet.

      Today i have called it from paytm fastag customer care service, they replied, "sir today paytm server is not working kindly do call after 6pm"... What is this.???

      Paytm is not allowing me to enter the promo code.. whenever I try to enter the code the error shows up... B.

      I cannot buy stuff from Paytm .and I contacted them but no proper response have been provided..

      Even I'm facing similar issue the Paytm Fasttag. They are not taking request for cancellation, instead they are forcing me to do KYC.

        Ear sir,
        I have done a paytm tx (No. [protected]) on 03.10.2018 of adding money into paytm wallet via tx no othpg[protected]paytm noida from my sbi a/c [protected]. Money was debited from a/c but not credited in paytm wallet. I raised the complaint to paytm several times. They declined the claim saying they haven't received any money contact your bank. When i contacted bank they said they haven't received the money contact paytm. These people are sending me from here to there without giving any proper solution which is causing unnecessary stress and metal pressure. Now 3 months have passed but money is not refunded yet from anywhere. I don't know where to look for. I request you to help me to get my precious money back and compensation for the mental stress it has caused since 03.10.2018. Moreover they are closing my complaint without giving any reply. I have shared my bank statement 2 times still they are saying as it is not available we cant help you.

            I placed one order for purchase of one mobile vide order no. [protected]
            They showed a price of mobile as rs. 12099/- and after discount they sole it for 6621/-
            When i got the mobile the price mentioned on the mobile box was rs. 10349/- which paytm showed on their application as rs. 12099/-

            It seems that the initial price was shown high and then discount was offered to show as if they offering very high discount. When the matter was taken up with paytm, they did not accept it.
            Service dept not reply me n paytm not unblock my account within 12 hours you are not unblock my paytm then i complain

              With reference to above transaction reference number, there was a debit of 4136 rupees on 29th december 2028 to paytm mobile solutions pvt ltd. I didn't do this transaction as far as i remember, nor showing in my paytm summary list. Then how come this amount got deducted. Please provide me required details

                Amount deducted from my bank account without me doing any transaction on 29 december, 2018. The amount debited was rs. 5000 without my consent. There was no transaction of any kind done by me on this date. There was no message recieved from my bank of the transaction either.. But the money was deducted. It is really becoming a headache as it gives a sense that this fraud will also happen inthe future.. Till i become bankrupt.. Through this inconvinence from paytm you guys are really losing your brand loyalty and consumers. Solve this problem as soon as you can so that i am relieved and is not required to take further steps against paytm. That will be a very unhealthy affair for both sides.

                    The complaint is not at all resolved yet but still it has marked as resolved. PAYTM is the worst company ever for handling such complaints. They cant close it without refunding my money.

                      My father transferred rs. 10000 to through paytm upi from his account to my sbi account on dated 17th december 2018, but rs. 10000 debited from my father's account and not credited to my account, i and my father immediately contacted to paytm care about this after two days they replied amount already credited to receiver account on 18th december, then we once again inform them the receiver not received the amount, they asked me to send us the bank statement scan copy to us, l send the images of my passbook and also statement to them but i'm not getting any responses from them, kindly help me in this regard

                      I have made the complain about the transaction done from Paytm payment bank but till today my account not credited by Paytm bank or not refund the money to my father's account. The upi transaction reference ID is[protected] through this id Rs 10000 my father sent me by Paytm BHIM upi to my linked sbi account but till today my account not credited, Paytm customer care directly denied me to help in this regard, so I need the help regarding this help me

                          On 31.12.2018, at about 15.15 hrs, three transactions happened from my savings account by some fraudstar withdrawing a total sum of rs.60000/- through three transactions.
                          A General Diary is made at Raksaul Thana(East Champaran, Bihar) in this regard, where I had been at the time of such transactions.

                          The POS Transactions are:
                          1. POS [protected] at PTM*PayTM TXN#430123 Rs.20000/- at 15.15.17 dt 31.12.18.
                          2. POS [protected] at PTM*PayTM TXN#430319 Rs. 20000/- at 15.15.23 Dt 31.12.18.
                          3. POS [protected] at PTM*PayTM TXN#430123 Rs.20000/- at 15.17.59 Dt 31.12.18.
                          I am enclosing a copy of the GDR detailing all reference number of such transaction and request your authority to Block such amount and refund.

                            Really disappointed to share my worst experience with Paytm om 30th dec 2018 night . I have always been a very loyal paytm user but after this incident I won’t suggest using paytm to any of my friend.

                            Last night we booked bus tickets for Haridwar to Delhi for 11.55 pm and at 10.00 pm when we reached the locayion provided by the operator was very isolated and dark, We tried to call the operator but call was unanswered and we were unable to contact anyone.
                            after an hour of panic and constant trying we were able to reach one operator who said that the particular bus service which we paid for has been deactivated since six months.

                            After hearing this from bus operator we called Paytm again but the officials did not not trust on us and asked to wait for the bus till its departure time i.e 12 pm and asked to search the bus to different location near to Laltara Pul. We were 4 boys and 2 girls and we were still hoping and trusting paytm we waited for the bus at our location. 2 friends of mine went for searching the bus but were helpless as at that deserted place they unable to locate even a bicycle.

                            After a couple of minutes we have been asked by one of the girl in our group that 2 guys in bike were staring and commenting. So we reached the location and cleared the zone because it was too late. In total grief I am writing this as only we are aware of how hard time we have suffered because of the negligence by such a renowned site.
                            When called the customer service, no body was ready to even talk or entertain.

                            I do expect a call or refund for the fake services provided or else I would be forced to seek legal help.

                              I have ordered a phone lenovo k8 note on paytm mall app order no. [protected] on 27th of december 2018. After an hour of order i cancelled my order. But i didn't received my refund back of rs. 7999 (Order was of rs. 8199 but 200 was paid through paytm wallet and that was refunded in my paytm wallet) but remaining rs. 7999 has not been refunded so far into my sbi bank account as same amount of transaction was made by me through sbi upi id. After contacting paytm customer care, they replied with that " we have refunded your rs. 7999 towards sbi bank, now should contact with sbi bank that how much time they will take to refund the amount into my account. Then after contacting sbi customer care they said ask paytm to provide reference id through which they have refunded your money back to sbi bank. After agian contacting paytm customer care they continuously keep saying that we have refunded your amount to bank, you should contact bank. Paytm is harassing me mentally. I request you please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible. As i'm a student and i'm vey far away from my home. I'm suffering alot, plz for god sake refund my money back.

                                I was informed by sms that i won maruti alto k10 by paytm mall offers section and they have sent invoice appearing from paytm mall offers that maruti alto k10 shoing my name and address and asking to deposit initially rs.6500/- as registration fee and after doing it asked me to deposit rs.35000/-as gst which is refundable within 7 mts after submitting my transaction id which is 10 % of cost of vehicle rs.3500000/-. After this they have sent form 21 and form 34 of rto which contained all dtails of mine as they have taken my pan card and aadhar card and insisted to pay rs.19311/- a insurance amount and rs.15952/- as transportation charges which i have paid on[protected] but till[protected] no news about dispatch of vehicel. When i contacted they asked me to deposit rs.75500/- as noc charges out of which rs.5100/- will be deducted and rs.70400/- will be refunded. As my earlier amount rs.34850/- (Out of rs.35000/- gst amount rs.150/- will be deducted as administrative charges) i suspected a foul and refused to pay. From that moment all the phones from where they were contacting were switched off. Many mails are sent from here i received the mail for depositing amount were not delivered reason stated is server did not accept. I have sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com on[protected] at 20.39 pm but so far no reply is received. On[protected] i have sent hard copy to noida address.

                                    I have a deal of apche 200 rtr on olx india with a person named murugan on 20th dec. He claimed to be a cifs personnel posted on bangalore airport and send some proofs of his identity belong to indian army canteen card.

                                    I believed on him as thinking of an army person and his talking manners seems like of an army person. I have given him amount of 85000 through paytm. But later found this a fraud. I have done a cyber crime complaint also but no response. On later i called the person in which account i transferred the money and found that he is the victim of same fraud and scammers are using his paytm account for frauds. And when i contacted him he met me and give all the information that he have.

                                    After that he is able to give me the address of those frauds which i am attatching here.
                                    Also the person have complaint paytm about the issue on 6th december but they havent block the account till 24th december.

                                      Sir i have advance paid for my order. But due to some reasons my ordered has been cancelled due to some reason by you. My gifted coupons from other sites of rs200 has been wasted. Kindly give me my coupons back so that i can order again by using it. As my order has been cancelled by you. So its your fault, you have to again provide me the coupons.

                                        Hi. I had tweeted paytm because i wasn't able to use the wallet because of pending kyc. The kyc page doesnt open and always says "something went wrong". I got a response from the paytm care handle about the problem and it said that if the kyc of a relative is done, your kyc will also be done. He said he will send a verification pin to confirm the identity. However, seemed like it was a fraud as an amount of 500rs was cut from my wallet. Please help.
