    I used to login through my gmail id and i have been provided with one number registered [i.e. [protected]] already on my account and 3 to 4 times i have payed my mobile balances to different numbers and my self also, today i have been payed Rs20 through my online SBH account but i have not got balance, now iam struct at login page its asking for mobile number verification, by the time i had never such a type of problem, ever before and one of my number payment is pending by this evening [BSNL mobile [protected] for 20Rs] money had been deducted from my account already and now iam not able to login for paytm page nor getting back my amount to my SBH account, please change my mobile number from {[protected]} to {[protected]} please help me out as soon as possible, my mobile number is [protected]

      I have recharge of 246 Rs. from paytm wallet. And it was successfully from paytm. But i am not getting the recharge on my reliance mobile number is [protected]. And I got the message from Reliance is "Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again. We regret the inconvenience.Thank you. Reliance.". Also i have contacted with customer care and they told me that recharge is not successfully. Ticket #[protected]: I am not getting recharge
      I have sent so many mail to paytm. But i am not getting any response from there side.

I have complaint on date 9.12.14 at 4 pm after 2 hours I have recieved a call from this no[protected] he says i m speaking from paytm custmer care and he says i have recieved ur complaint and then he says pls telly us ur transaction details and i gave him all details about transaction and then he tell us pls confirm ur card details . i gave him card details after few minutes i have recieved a msg on my mobile" you have made a debit card purchase of rs 5000 account has been debited rs 5000 on 9.12.14VIN*idea_money_.' sir i have complaint to cyber cell bhopal, pls take action about this matter. i have very disappointed . pls beware all the customer who's wrote online complaints. this no.[protected] is Airtel series no(bihar circle) SIR PLEASE TAKE TAKE SERIOUSLY ABOUT THIS MATTER...

          I ordered an iphone 5S and it was clearly written "We will gladly accept returns for any reason within 5 days of receipt of delivery." I raised a request for return the same day I received the phone. I mailed them for 20 days got the same reply that we will pick up the product in next 4 days Somehow I managed to get the call center number: [protected] To my surprise their reply from the executive was: It was a mis-communication, WE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT He said that all mails were mis-communicated (Atleast 10 mails had the same reply that we will come and pick up the product) To the line mentioned on their website above about the return policy, he said that any return has some terms and conditions which are confidential and any does not mean any reason is valid for return. What a ridiculous way to fool people

            Hello I have ordered Hyundai 21600 mAh Power Bank (White) order NO[protected] on 26 NOV 2014 & I have recieved on 2dec2014 but the Power Bank is second hand so i call paytm for return my money So paytm customer care told me that you courier that product by yourself, So i have courier that product to the given address & mail that tracking no. to paytm customer care & through traking id it was delivered on 8th dec 2014 but today is now 18th dec, Still I had not recieved my money back even if i try to contact with Paytm Nobody is picking phone from past days.

                Really feeling bad about Paytm service on my order [[protected]]. I have booked an mobile on Paytm, but not got any update regards my order so long. So i have tried to reach through the help line number but no response. So i have mailed the with my concern. On receiving my complaints, they not even contacted me. They have simply cancelled my order from their end. Worst Experience with Paytm. Don't suggest Paytm to your friends.

                  I had recharged my airtel no. [protected] with an airtel 2g pack of Rs. 199 on 11th december 2014.The message sent by airtel indicated that my internet pack recharge was successful. But I found that the net pack had not been activated and sufficient amount from my talktime was deducted as a result of internet(mobile data) usage. I want the amount of Rs.199 back..

                    I have ordered a Hoody. Its order number is [protected] . They had sent me a defective product. When I complained about this, their customer support replied that there is no exchange and it will be picked up in 3 days. But it was not picked up. When I asked about this, they said, I have to courier it and they will refund 100Rs as shipping charges. But the shipping charges are coming upto 300Rs. When mailed paytm saying the same, they said they will arrange the pick up. I waited for about 10 days. But they did not pick up. I asked them strongly about this and they said I have to courier it. They are confusing me and finally bluffing me with neither picking up nor giving a confirmation on refunding the complete shipping charges. Please provide justice to me in this matter. This is a open cheating. It is not fair that these people sending defective product and not picking it up.

And today I got a call ([protected]) from your side this offer is not valid we can give you only one power bank but it was clearly mention on your site combo of 2, so you need to provide set of 2 power bank. If there are mistake from your side so first you need to check all the offers and then open for sale. I want 2 power bank as per the below receipt Now without any discussion Paytm guys canceled my order and refunded my money. I made payment for power bank not for just moving my balance to you and back to me. as per last conversation with paytm there was clearly mention your item will be shipped in within comming 2 days but fraudly you canceled my order.

                            I made a payment through your Paytm website to Bescom on 09.11.2014 using my Credit Card. Paytm Transaction Receipt Order No's are : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] My Account has been debited and even the Paytm transaction is showing successful but the payment has not received by Bescom. I have called Bescom many times and they are saying Paytm is not a partner of Bescom and they have not received any Payment from Paytm. And this Rs.505 is reflecting in this month current Bill. Response received from Bescom: "HelplineBESCOM Dec 9 (3 days ago) to me Dear Consumer, We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.                               I recharged from paytm against order ID[protected] for rs. 250 on 12th dec 2014. The amount was supposed to be deducted from Axis bank account as I entered the details of axis card but amount was deducted from both AXIS & IDBI account as IDBI card was already saved with paytm.
                              First of all how it can happen that without asking CVV no. & password amount can be deducted from such a brand who assures for seal of security. Second they are not replying any of my mail from last 4--5 days and not refunding me extra 250 even. Only one reply I received on 13th to share statement details so I shared both bank's statement. After that they are not responding. Please help into the matter to get refund and to delete all my saved card details with them.

                                    I purchased an online order worth Rs. 2049 on 03-Dec-14 on Paytm, Inspite of regular follow ups, refund for this unconfirmed order has not been processed. Since i did not receive any order confirmation, I checked with Paytm on 3rd Dec and they said that order was not successful. I informed them about my CC being debited. They informed that, they haven't received the amount, it will be refunded automatically. I further checked with my Credit Card company and they said payment was successful, and funds were settled with the Merchant - Paytm. After i communicated this to Paytm with transaction Auth ID 265813, they confirmed again that they haven't received any amount and hence amount would be refunded in 3-10 working days, but till date I haven't received the refund.                                       Hello, I ordered 2 quantity of Old Spice After Shave amounting to Rs.378 under the GOSF Festival deal. The estimated time for Shipment was 15th December, 2014 and delivery is 19th December. When i raised this issue to Paytm, they answered that there is some problem with the seller and if it is not shipped in 4 days, we will refund your money in Paytm Cash Wallet. First of all, they should not have talked about refunding the money once the order is confirmed. Secondly, even if in any case they are refunding, it should not be in the Paytm wallet Please help me in getting this issue addressed.
