Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount deducted but train ticket not booked

Its very worst experience with paytm that my amount was deducted but train ticket not booked. I have gone through with paytm aplication and tried to book my ticket, after deducting my amount i was said that we are redirecting you to IRCTC hold on but despite holding for an hour nothing it responded.So pls check and remit my amount in account no back.

Dear sir I have forgotten my password, at that time my wallet had 1870/- but after set the new password it showing zero balance, I verified both mobile number and email address, , don't know how I lost it, , kindly help me to regain my lost balance sir/madam, , please its urgent and precious amount for me, , please please help.
I have cancelled my product before delivery on 5 april 2017 but still i am not getting my refound ...i am not happy with your service and costomer care also not poicup my call what the hell.of this i want my refound today anyhow its so longer i am suffering from about 8 days how discusting why u dont give my rfound i wnat my refound at this time
When my jio recharge is not successful through paytm. When I recharge in jio care recharge is successful. You are cut my balance in my paytm wallet without recharge. Please give me my money in my paytm wallet. You call me on no. [protected].I will explain this issue.
