Hello,
Am vaibhav deshpande (Paytm number [protected]). On 29th of october 2018, my cousin sent me money of 2000rs through paytm wallet. He received the notification that the money was successfully sent. Whereas, i did not receive the payment on my paytm wallet. It has been 48 hours, and i still have got no update on the transaction. The money has still not been transferred to my paytm wallet.
Please give me an update on when is the amount going to be transferred to my paytm wallet? What could be the possible issue for the transaction to take so long to be completed?
Below i have uploaded two screenshots. The first one that shows that the money has been successfully sent to me. The second one showing that my paytm wallet shows zero balance and that i haven't yet received the payment.

    I had ordered for voxati men regular fit casual shirt - blue from paytm mall on 14.10.18 but i had been supplied slim fit shirt in place of 'regular fit' as i had ordered. I returned the item for replacement but company again supplied slim fit shirt in place of 'regular fit'. I again returned the item for replacement on 27.10.18 but after it company is giving no response. Neither paytm is showing any replacement status nor refunded the amount of rs. 829. Paytm has 24x7 help centre but truth is that nobody attend the call even after holding the call upto 10 minute. I have tried lot of time to contact help nos. I. E. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] many times but i have been put on hold for long time even up to 6-10 minutes and nobody attended the call even once. I am feeling cheated by the paytm which is acting as a fraud company.

      This is super frustating and i should now stop using paytm. I am facing this issue second time. So i had taken screenshot as well.
      I purchased the pest reject product and it was clearly mentioned
      7 days return policy.. Once the product is delivered you change it to no returns.

      See this, it was written earlier, i will not tolerate this fraud and it is happening for the second time.

      We people trust paytm and use it alot for payments transfers shopping etc but this kind of fraud is not acceptable and non tolerable.
      I have not received any reply yet from paytm

        I would like to bring to you kind notice that i had ordered the below and it was delivered with damage. Immediately i had asked for return. As per the company norm they say 3-4 days, i have raised a ticket, i have tried to call them 24*7 is continously engaged i have waited close to 6- 8 hours listening to their patmkaro nonsense, i have tweeted them yet till today i do not have any call or mail response or paytm care response. This the most pathetic service which they can do.
        1. They have not taken the product from the delivery site
        2. They will process the refund post that the receiving

          I have purchased a Refrigerator from PAYTMMALL and received a defective product, so i placed a return request on 14th of Oct and the request was approved on 17th stating Return pick up would be arranged by 23rd OCT which PAYTM failed to do.
          On multiple follow up through call/Mail all they said is they are looking in to the issue and will be resolved ASAP by arranging a return pick up, but they are not committing on the return date and after few days they are completely ignoring it, where i have to call them again and the response i receive is we are looking in to it and will be resolved ASAP.

          This seems to be a circular thing with no resolution being provided.Request to please resolve this issue.

            I ordered a formal shirt from Paytm Mall. On the day 22/10/2018, I received a message "Out for delivery: Knight...will be delivered today by VIVEK KUMAR, reachable on [protected]". On that day I didn't get my order but on 23/10/2018 I got another SMS -"Delivered: Knighthood Men Slim fit formal Shirt - blue item was successfully delivered...". But the reality is, I got no order from the delivery man. Then I contacted the given number for 3-4 days continuously and finally, he confirmed that there is not order data in their delivery sheet regarding this order. There is no such order delivered on 23/10/2018 at that address. So I left with no option except this. I hope something will go into my favor from here.

              I bought 2 T-shirt of jockey that comes in one package with single delivery at my home and t shirt is not good in quality so i return both T-shirt in 1 package but after that day 2nd person come to pickup 2nd T-shirt what is this? FRAUD DDDDD...
              I have pickup receipt...
              customer care service is fake i called on that waiting 30minutes and still waiting...
              Fraud ddddddd...

                  Dear merchant,

                  Our risk engine has detected unfair usage pattern in your merchant account and hence, your payment acceptance has been put on hold.

                  But as per my transaction history, i have not done any unfair use of paytm.

                  Request you to start my business paytm services once again.
                  This is the worst thing from paytm, if company have some rules and regulation that should be explained before taking the services, not after availing the services, now we are losing our business as paytm is forcing us to pay 4% of the amount transferred to activate the merchant account. This way we are losing the hope from paytm, and also now we are not using personal paytm app.

                    I orederd a product nike shoe having order no [protected] of amount 3749 rs.. I received a wrong product and paytm rejected my return request for picking a wrong product. They are not responding my calls and messages. I try so many times for calls and messages. I want refund or replacement for above mention item.. Please provide me solution

                        I have bought a refrigerator from paytm mall under order number[protected] on 12 october. When i open the refrigerator there is some dents on upper door of it. Due to this i placed an return request whose approval is done by company on 22 october. Till now there is no pickup done by company since 8 days past. If company doesn't pick this product on time how will i get my refund & how i place a order of new refrigerator.

                        Please see this matter and take suitable action because i am continuously calling the company from last 5 -6 days. They always assured me to do the pickup as soon as possible & tell that we highlight your case & proceed to senior department.
                        This is shakin ahmed.s card holder. My card is misused and i lost 10, 000k.
                        on the same day i make a complaint to tamil nadu cyber crime department and paytm. i submit all the documents about the case but i repeatedly receive the same message like, submit the case document. please consider my request i want my money back help me.

                          I ordered for a xiaomi vacuum cleaner on 27th October from paytm. Now I have purchased it from market as it was cheaper than paytm price and available quickly as your delivery date is 11th November. I tried many time to cancel this order but it's no cancelable.
                          Please cancel this order and refund my money immediately.
                          I tried many times to cancel this order. Also called customer care but even after calling 21 minutes no one answered my call. Since placing the order i am trying to cancel this order but I am not able to do so.

                          I tried whole day to make contact with paytm customer care but even after 15-20 minutes waiting no one responded. Paytm should shut down it's customer care.

                          Paytm customer care has not responded yet. I daily try 20-30 minutes contacting them but their call is not connected. Still it is shown that order is not not cancelled and will be delivered on 11th November. I am trying to cancel it from the day I ordered.

                            This is my Paytm Mall order no. [protected] after getting the product i raised a return request and they came for pickup once and rescheduled the pickup for next day, from that day no one came to pickup the product yet.
                            i am delaying all work due to them. And customer care at paytm mall never picks up the call i have called them and waited on call for 24 hours but they never picksup the call. highly dissapointed. plese send paytm mall people in jail for a day then they will know.

                              I did a transaction for Rs. 41, 575 and applied a promocode TVSELE4300. They have not given me the cashback. Now when I look at my orders I observe that they ‘failed’ my order where the promocode was applied. Then they created another order, where the promo-code application is not shown. Daylight robbery. PayTM: please fix this and effect the cashback immediately, and stop cheating your customers. If you cannot, please cancel this order, and I claim Rs. 10 lacs (Rs. 10, 00, 000.00) additional damages for mental harassment and man-hours wasted.

                                I have sent 2150 rupees to phone number [protected] through paytm by mistake and now he is not returning to my calls and refusing to refund it .. pls help. He is saying that why did you send in the first place and not at all returning . I threatened id go to police but he said go on. It has already been 3 days since i have sent the amount and i kept a compliant in paytm but no use

                                  An amount of Rs.8911.41 was twice debited from my SB Account while paying electricity bill to MGVCL on 12th October 2018. I was advised by paytm team via SMS that amount of Rs.8911.41 will be credited to my account within 7 to 14 days. Still it was not credited to my account. A request in this regard was preferred with BOB however no response yet. Will paytm initiate to credit said amount of Rs.8911.41 to my SB account and advise me.

                                    I ordered daikin ac from patym on 16 th of oct, i ordered ftkl50 model and the seller delivered me with dtkl50 model, and when i contacted seller he is telling its one and the same, i requested return on 24th as i was delivered on 24th itself, till now paytm has not approved my return, i prepaid the money to the company, it was around 41k. Customer service is not helpfull, and call gets diconnected every time without any information, and when i call paytm around 1 to 15 mins it take me to connrct to the custom service.

                                      On 9th of october i has ordered ifb washing machine from patym. I did recieve it, but in damaged condition. I asked for return which got approved.

                                      Later the pick up from delhivery got initiated and they too 10 days to pickup and finally said they cannot pickup this order and closed the shipment.

                                      Now daily i call paytm which never responds and there is no update on the refund or return or pickup.

                                      I need the refund of my order but this is not happening.

                                      Take this complaint seriously. Paytm is fooling many customers

                                        I had ordered in total 4 products. 2 earrings from etnico and 2 phone covers from fashionury throuvh paytm mall. The payment is taken in full by xpressbess courier service but 2 products are not delivered to me out of the 4 products. I mailed at [protected]@ paytm.com and mail delivery failed. I already asked in paytm support too but no one has replied to me. Paytm customer executive never picks the call. Tell me when will i recieve my remaining two poducts? Or paytm credits back me the amount for the 2 products ie. Rs 179 for chandbali earrings and rs 195 for fashionury phone cover.
