I have ordered three necklace from PAYTM. Order id:[protected] on 20/10/18.

I have received two packets on 26/10/18.
#First have miss perfect rajwadi bridal white women fancy necklace, which is ok.

#on second parcel, there is invoice of two necklace, both from apara which i have ordered. When i opened the parcel there is only one necklace, which was also broken.i have filed return request and also told customer care that i haven't received one product on same day 26/10/18.
They picked the broken product on next day, but have not refunded my money yet.

I have also done complaint on PAYTM customer care, complaint nos.-

But i have not received my money back yet. Please resolve my complaint and refund my money.

I want my money back for both product.

    Sir I ordered a Wooden divider..
    But the product was very bad.
    and when i requested a return it got rejected
    it has been more then 25 days..
    but my return request was submitted the very next day.
    and the delivery guy only delievered the product without letting us check the quality of the product

      Dear sir/madam,
      Very sad to say but i am trying since yesterday regarding my delivery issue of Order No :[protected].. As i tried to contact delhivery service. Its been said by them that courier has not been dispatched by paytym.. Its in Delhi only.. I am having flight by tomorrow so i need the courier by tomorrow afternoon if possible. But sadly no one is replying from paytym side regrading my issue. Delivery date was 30th October.
      Even the one dress has been cancelled by its own without my prior permission.

        I am Umesh Kaushik from delhi NCR. I had ordered two Immersion Rods Bajaj 1500 w. But i received one only which was damged one. I returned the damged one.
        The message i received which shows i received both. I had call your customer care but no response. I am trying for the last two days. Your courier partner xpressbees says they have received only one package from Paytm. And they have no responsibility.

          I am working in an automobile sales company, from their we receive ICICI PRE-PAID GIFT CARD as incentives for different amount. As we are always using online wallets such as paytm and mobikiwik for online shopping and transaction for different outlets .
          Now we are facing issue to add money on these wallets and these app gives error that these card are credit card .

            Maine ek watch kharidi thi Paytm mall per aur wo watch wrong item thi jispe na koi logo tha aur nahi us per design uske jaisa tha to maine wapus kar diya return option men jakar aur wo aya lekar chala gaya aur tab se my order me refund in process likh raha hai aur bank details bharne par cheque/return passbook mangata hai

                I ordered a wireless Bluetooth headphones through paytm its delivered today when i trying to using but its not working its not working even its not charging .paytm company give me a fake product.                     I can't apply the promo code in my wallet...

                    I purchase the voucher on 11th october but then i can't apply the promo code in my wallet as per my monthly limit was over but today my limit is refreshed to 10000rs but sill i get a error message (Sorry the offer is not active) while i'm trying to apply the 5000rs promo code in my wallet but in the voucher there clearly mentionedthat the promo code is valid upto 1year... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or refund my 5000rs amount as soon as possible...

                        I purchsed certain iteams from paytm mall from my registered mobile no - [protected], [protected]. Order no - [protected], [protected] one item was used nd others were wrong item delivered. Earlier also they did same mistake many times and when i place return request they are just rejecting it. Neither they are responding on helpline no neither replying on complains registered on their site.

                          The order showing status of delivered on 29.10.2018 but I have not received it till today(31.10.2018). I felt cheated from your side and I am highly disappointed from my very first shopping experience from paytm mall. I ordered the thing as gift but this incident had embarrassed me. How can your system accept such fraud behaviour of your delivery guy. I hope you will take appropriate actions in matter concerned.

                                I have ordered(Order number [protected]) watch in paytm on 6th October and cancelled order on 10th October and i got a message saying I will get refund in 14 days from the date of cancellation but I have not received the money yet. I have tried several times to reach their call center and other help lines like 24*7 ([protected]) but it is not properly working, they have given other option where we can join in PAYTM community and we have to start a discussion about our problem, So i have posted my payment delay issue in it. Their security is very poor I am getting calls from anonymous people saying they are from PAYTM and asking my debit card and pin number details and they are also asking to install anydesk mobile application after raising a complaint to PAYTM for refund.
                                So i want my money to be Refunded and PAYTM should take enough security measures where our personnel data should be protected, which otherwise will lead to major loss to customers.
                                Most Important thing is PAYTM should provide a proper platform like call center or proper email id where our issues should be lodged. The customer care numbers which they given by PAYTM is not working properly.

                                  Am vaibhav deshpande (Paytm number [protected]). On 29th of october 2018, my cousin sent me money of 2000rs through paytm wallet. He received the notification that the money was successfully sent. Whereas, i did not receive the payment on my paytm wallet. It has been 48 hours, and i still have got no update on the transaction. The money has still not been transferred to my paytm wallet.
                                  Please give me an update on when is the amount going to be transferred to my paytm wallet? What could be the possible issue for the transaction to take so long to be completed?
                                  Below i have uploaded two screenshots. The first one that shows that the money has been successfully sent to me. The second one showing that my paytm wallet shows zero balance and that i haven't yet received the payment.

                                    I had ordered for voxati men regular fit casual shirt - blue from paytm mall on 14.10.18 but i had been supplied slim fit shirt in place of 'regular fit' as i had ordered. I returned the item for replacement but company again supplied slim fit shirt in place of 'regular fit'. I again returned the item for replacement on 27.10.18 but after it company is giving no response. Neither paytm is showing any replacement status nor refunded the amount of rs. 829. Paytm has 24x7 help centre but truth is that nobody attend the call even after holding the call upto 10 minute. I have tried lot of time to contact help nos. I. E. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] many times but i have been put on hold for long time even up to 6-10 minutes and nobody attended the call even once. I am feeling cheated by the paytm which is acting as a fraud company.

                                      This is super frustating and i should now stop using paytm. I am facing this issue second time. So i had taken screenshot as well.
                                      I purchased the pest reject product and it was clearly mentioned
                                      7 days return policy.. Once the product is delivered you change it to no returns.

                                      See this, it was written earlier, i will not tolerate this fraud and it is happening for the second time.

                                      We people trust paytm and use it alot for payments transfers shopping etc but this kind of fraud is not acceptable and non tolerable.

                                        I would like to bring to you kind notice that i had ordered the below and it was delivered with damage. Immediately i had asked for return. As per the company norm they say 3-4 days, i have raised a ticket, i have tried to call them 24*7 is continously engaged i have waited close to 6- 8 hours listening to their patmkaro nonsense, i have tweeted them yet till today i do not have any call or mail response or paytm care response. This the most pathetic service which they can do.
                                        1. They have not taken the product from the delivery site
                                        2. They will process the refund post that the receiving
