I have ordered three necklace from PAYTM. Order id:[protected] on 20/10/18.
I have received two packets on 26/10/18.
#First have miss perfect rajwadi bridal white women fancy necklace, which is ok.
#on second parcel, there is invoice of two necklace, both from apara which i have ordered. When i opened the parcel there is only one necklace, which was also broken.i have filed return request and also told customer care that i haven't received one product on same day 26/10/18.
They picked the broken product on next day, but have not refunded my money yet.
I have also done complaint on PAYTM customer care, complaint nos.-

But i have not received my money back yet. Please resolve my complaint and refund my money.
I want my money back for both product.
