Do need full as soon i tried to contact u executive but there is no option to call you care center when we call u mention no they advised different no. To call and when we try second no there is only on voice thanks to call paytm and call discncted and there is no body take responsibilty about placed order courier service and paytm service both are useless
I have. Booked a ticket with IRTC app through PAytm gateway.Due to net error money deducted from my Bank account but due to error ticket not got confirmed.So as Paytm is gateway money is with Paytm.PLEASE REALSED MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

    I have paid my electricity bill of Rs. 1000/- through Paytm wide order no [protected] dated[protected], But when I select for cash back with this purchase (which was displayed during my purchase) another voucher of Rs. 1000 was attached and deduction done of Rs. 2000/- from my account. I complaint about this several times to Paytm Care, but they said it is non refundable deal. However I have never been asked to check this purchase without certifying any T&C the voucher is attached to my electricity bill payment. I have no need of this voucher o[censored]ber and I am asking to cancel & refund of my amount but no action in this regard by Paytm. In one reply mail it is tell by Paytm resolved & refunded but no refund provided so far. But they are trying to tell as per T&C it is not refundable and never showed / agreed T&C from me.

    So here's the issue. I was using paytm and suddenly I was logged out of the session. And now when I'm trying to sign in again with all correct credentials, app says that account not found!!! Please paytm solve this issue.

      We were buying a gift card and money got deducted i. E 10k but card is cancelled where money should be refunded in my bank account. But it is not yet come to my account

      We tried to contact customer care and there is no direct option to talk to customer care person and no option to file a query to them. It is very frustrating to reach them and not getting anyway

        To led tv delayed delivery and negligency canceled order
        There is [protected], i purchased led tv. From paytm..10 october.. The tv dispatched from seller on 11 oct from bangalore. Same city i have ordered. When i see update there is my tv out for delivery 12oct, but when i call courier guy they said in the evening before 7.30 will reach the parcel to your home.. Fine when i call in in the evening they said the courier not with us.. It was gone through other vehicle.. Fine after that when i call the courier office and guys no responce till morning..
        When i see the courier update there is mentioned by courier people customer not availble.. This is the way of courier people making wrong statement.. Then i called morning they said sir today before evening you will recieve. Then when i call 12 clock they are saying it was in there hub so we will delivery tomorow.. Very irresponsible and careless team..
        Also mean time i called paytm they are raising complain but there is no action taken from them 3 times called each time they will raise the complaint but not raising complaint.
        So i decided to cancel my order...

        Thanks paytm for your careless customer handling process..

              I had ordered a casio calculator on october 1, 2018 for 945 rupees for which i received a 200 rupees cash back the next day. However i cancelled the product due to some reason on october 3, 2018, and then i waited the official 14 working days time period and it says its refunded to my upi but i haven't received any money back in my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                I was making payment to thyrocare for tests through paytm upi and 820 rs was debited from my account and they paytm app showed transaction as successful but the merchant thyrocare has not received any amount. My money has been credited to paytm. [protected]@axisbank which is the paytm account. They have taken my money and denying the same on being asked at customer care.
                Please get my money back.

                    I have contacted paytm customer care multiple times and raised tickets to update the mobile number registered with my account. As i am out of country from past couple of months, the service provider recycled the phone number and my registered number is used by someone else now. I am not able to login to paytm account as well since they don't provide password reset option through email now. Password can be reset by making a call from registered mobile number which gives the other person holding my old number an opportunity to do so, if they want to.
                    Whenever i contact paytm they copy paste the same reply every time that "currently, we do not support mobile number update while you are not in india, hence we will be unable to update your mobile number in your paytm account".
                    Can some one please suggest me a way forward to resolve this? Thanks

                      Recently i had very strange experience with paytm wallet, when it was used for recharging of prepaid mobile. I had requested for recharge of my mob. No. [protected] for rs. 398/- however after transaction, it was credited to mob. No.[protected]. Sice, i thought i might have a mistake in entering mob no, i attempted again carefully rechecking mob. No entered, however, it was again credited to wrong number.

                      In the process, i have lost rs.796/- for no fault of mine.

                      Pay tm should give me refund immediately as it is mainly due to faulty service

                          So i have sent mail to airtel for refund and airtel says " we have not rcvd money frim paytm, and paytm says that we have given to airtel. Both compnies are refuse for refund so plese help

                              Hello sir
                              I bought paytm flight 499 flycard with promocode :- flycardvip (100% cashback upto rs.499)
                              But i did not receive cashback till now...
                              My registered number :- 992*67

                              I am attaching proof that promocode successfully applied but after the payment there is no promocode in order section..
                              This is paytm server problem and many are facing this problem about this offer.
                              I tried to contact them via twitter but they are not replying my message and also tried to contact via call but all the time there cc are busy (3 calls made of 90 min. Each)

                              Please help me out for this one...

                                    In which i ordered two items of catwalk shoes on 19/10/2018 i received only one pair
                                    But i received a invoice of 2 qty but i recieved only 1 qty. And in my order status they marked both the product as delivered.
                                    And after that m trying to contact paytm ppl but they are not taking calls and there are no other means whom i call. I daily call them but they aren't receiving my call
