I ordered lavista men grey sneakers shoe from paytm on 18 october 2018 and my order number is [protected]. I received shoes on 22 october but it was wrong color so i submitted return request and product was returned successfully on 23 october 2018 but i have not received refund amount till now.
I have tried customer care many times and they put my call on hold for long but no response. This is very bad service from paytm and by doing this they have lost their customer.
Refund my money on early basis.

    Hi,

    My account is temporarily blocked. I didn't do anything against paytm's terms and conditions. Much of my amount is blocked there too. Please do fix this issue as soon as possible.
    I got mail from paytm cyber cell, in first mail it said fraud is detected and in second mail it said, please ignore this mail.
    Later i tried to login to paytm wallet, it says account is temporarily locked.

        I was trying to book a ticket from irctc on 24th oct. 2018 (Transaction i'd [protected]), at the time of payment through the paytm wallet, 430.42 rs has been deducted from my account but the amount not received by irctc from my paytm wallet and my ticket is not booked. I am in regular touch with paytm care, after lots of calls and messages, they aren't refunding my amount.

        I was trying to book a ticket from IRCTC on 24th Oct. 2018 (Transaction I'd [protected]), at the time of payment through the Paytm wallet, 430.42 rs has been deducted from my account but the amount not received by IRCTC from my Paytm wallet and my ticket is not booked.         Hi, your payment under order id [protected] was unsuccessful as we did not receive any response from your bank for the final confirmation. As a result of which, the refund has been initiated towards your source bank account on 26th October 2018. The refund reference number for the same is[protected]. It may take upto 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. In case of any delay, please reach out to your bank customer care stating the RRN and seek further assistance. Thanks.

          Hi,

          I bought a laptop online on 30th sept 2018, there was a hardware fault and one of the hinges was not perfect. So i raised a replacement request, and the product i received in my replacement order is also the same. Now i chasing behind paytm from last 5-6 days. And after waiting 30 mins on the call, they say the same thing that issue has been escalated to the concerned team and they will revert back soon. And some time back they started asking me to visit hp service center and get the report for the return.
          I asked them when i bought online, why i need to take bear all this pain, is it their responsibility to deliver genuine products.
          I specifically my office laptop is also from hp and no board is shaking there
          No reply after that.

The e-ticket was never generated through the app but the amount was debited from my aforesaid Axis bank account. The payment gateway was PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD..
            Kindly direct the bank to refund the money to my account for which I will be grateful.

                  With my reg. Mobile no [protected] at paytm, i was registered for paytm bussiness account but due to privacy concern i wanted to delete my paytm bussiness account permanently, when i contacted paytm about deleting my account, first they denied of deleting it by saying that bussiness account cant be delete, then they gave me a pathetic idea of not using it for 6 months, automatically account will be delete, but after so many try they agree to delete it, but after few days they only jst hold my account and withdraw my business rights but in system my bussiness account was not deleted, pllzz take action against paytm and delete my bussiness account, name - aarav muradya, mob no - [protected]

                    Bankspaytm mobile solutions paytm - money deducted but irctc shows pending from bank end


                    Hi,

                    I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from icici bank a/c and the amount debited inr 650 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund.

                      I have booked ticket on[protected]. The 1st transaction failed and the amount was deducted and not yet credited. Showing response pending from paytm m. Trans id: [protected]
                      I have done another transaction on the same day and i have cancelled the tickets. It is showing refunded status to paytm. Refund id: [protected]. But i have not got my money credited for both the transactions. Kindly solve my problem

                        I bought a tricycle from paytm.. My return request was approved on 14th oct 2018 and my return pickup was supposed to happen before 23rd oct 2018 but till today nobody has come for pickup. I tried calling paytm many times but their customer support is pathetic and my call is kept on hold forever. I also mailed them and they sent a reply saying they are trying to solve the issue... But when i mailed them again yesterday i have not got any response.. Paytm customer support and after sales is pathetic.. Please help me return the product and get my refund from paytm as its been almosts 11 days since my return request

                          I have order 5 set of door mat through "paytm" on 22/09.2018. Same material was delivered to my address on 01.10.2018.
                          But while unpacking, it was not found up to the mark which was shown previously in the computer screen. Hence i quote it for return immediately.
                          Same material was taken back in the evening from my address.
                          But still the amount is not refund back to my wallet. I request for returning amont to paytm many times but get no result

                            Hi team,

                            Am ram sridhar, have a account with paytm. Am using paytm for minor transactions frequently like gas filling, electricity and other payments.

                            Recently i redeem the amount of 2618/- (Two thousand six eighteen ruppes) from sride app.

                            Amount was deducted from sride and not got redeemed to paytm account.

                            Reason shows pending, when i called to customer care… they are forcing me to update any government proof, but i dont see any rule stating that we must submit government documents to private companies.

                            Recently there was a news that, no need to submit aadhar/pancard documents as kyc to any private sectors.

                            Customer care is insisting me to submit the documents, as they said because of my paytm transactions reached to limit to 10k (Ten thousand rupees) per month. Until the documents are submitted the amount will not be released to paytm wallet. Otherwise the amount will be released on 1st of the month…. But why should we wait till 1st of the month.

                            However i have already submitted my pan number.

                            My question is : why they blocked my amount with them, if any customer try to add the amount to paytm, the app must throw an alert that “you reached ten thousand limit, cannot make the payment to patm wallet” and must revert the amount from where it got triggered in a day or two like other banks does.

                            I see there is no alert or intimation display to avoid making transaction.
                            (As app know the transaction history per month)

                            In my case when i done transaction to paytm they simply accepted but not redeemed to my paytm account wallet, and shows pending.

                            Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

                            This shows many customers payments are blocking by paytm and minting the revenue on public.

                            Paytm is directly the blocking customers payments and insisting to submit the documents, (It was not supposed to do)

                            Why should we submit our personal and confidential documents paytm?

                            Why they require our personal data?

                            Kindly take action on paytm and solution must be provided by paytm and see that it should not impact the others.

                              Sir,
                              I want to let you know that my mobile number on paytm is [protected]. On dated 22nd august, 2018, i booked an item namely iball compbook i360, under order id [protected]. The item was delivered to me on dated 30/08/18. But after opening the pack i came to know that the item was wrong as it was not of the colour as i ordered. So i made the return request. Then the item was picked up by paytmmall from my address. After that it was mailed to me that my money will be refunded as transferred into my account, but the sad thing that my money is not refunded me till now.
                              Since then, regarding this i have made several request by calling customer care for refund my money by proper channel and medium, but nil joy.
                              Sir, i dont want to be more bother by typing more words for same thing again and again, because i am already so much harrased by paytmmall n team. Now, really it is going to be a legal issue. Hopefully and lastly once again i request you to look into the matter and to do the needful for the same. One the main thing, i dont want my money in paytm account because i am harrased by paytm and i have closed my paytm account. It is passed 2 months and the money will b refunded within 14 days.

                                I ordered an earphone from paytm mall order no [protected] on 27th sept 2018, i received my product on 6th october 2018 and found its defective, i placed return request same day within 4 hour and next day wishmaster came and accepted my product from me
                                After two days when i did not get any type of response from paytm mall i contact to customer care number from there i got no help
                                From 7th october to 24th october i did not get my refund from paytm mall

                                    I tried to book my ticket though paytm but payment got deducted and ticket was not booked and even its been 4-5 days my amount did not refunded! Seriously high time as i talked to them many times but there was a casual reply! And after having conversation two to three times one expect it to het clear but seriously no shame! What is this i mean???

                                      I am sneha from mumbai, my sister riddhi savla got a call at oct 2 telling that she has won a scooty from quickmaart. Took slowly 24000/- and other documents from us. As i am earning n not her so i paid all the money through paytm.
                                      I told later it's high time just tell to refund, no scooty
                                      They told to pay next 4000 + 799 (As instant transfer through paytm!

                                      I am on a call with him right now as I am typing this. He just swore on his mother that he'll help me win my prize. Normally I don't entertain such psychopaths. I'm only talking to him to see how far he goes. I've even recorded the call. He's creative as hell. Very bad liar though. I'm gonna have fun trolling him.
                                      Sneha Ji, it has served as a heads up for me and probably a lot of people who might have fallen for this scam if not for this complaint that you have made. So thank you for this. And I see how somebody as educated as you could fall for this stupid scam. These guys are persistent as hell. They just don't quit. There's this one guy who calls himself ashutosh. He's been calling me since 2 days so I had to block his number. But he keeps coming back with a new phone number every other day. I have had many experiences with scammers like these so I kind of saw through his bs even though he sounded convincing as hell. He even swore on his own family that he'll make me win the prize. Kind of sickening to see how low somebody is willing to fall for some petty cash.
                                      Don't feel bad about losing your 28799 though. It will serve you as a lesson which will stay with you your entire life so you don't make this mistake again. But I still suggest you to make a police complaint.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I am having very bad experience from paytm mall and supplier paragon bangalore. I have ordered 3 materials from paytm mall from order [protected] on 14.10.2018. So 2 items are from paragon which i received from them on 18.10.2018, with in 10 min after seeing that materials i have created a return order as the material which is ordered is entirely different from the materials received.
                                        The qulaity of the material and also color of the materials are worst. But the issue has started now the return order is getting cancelled by the courier without any proper reason. I have got created again the return order for the same but the courier guy rejected again with out any checking and proper reason. I have tried to contact the paytm customer care but not successfull after trying multiple time for last one week. I am not even getting the return call from paytm mall customer care excutive for checking the issue. Not able to find any solution. Please help for the same.
