This is to inform you that i have made the cesc electric bill payment for the month of aug'2018 through paytm on 3rd oct'2018. I have made the payment
For rs.1890/- via netbanking (Order id: [protected]) & it was shown unsuccessful. I then paid for the 2nd time (Order id: [protected]), and since i had rs. 42 in my paytm wallet, i added rs. 1848 to my paytm wallet via netbanking and tried paying again. This time it was successful, and i got receipt from cesc. But i have not got my refund for the previous failed payment yet. I am enclosing my bank statement as proof of aforementioned payments. I hope to get a response from your end soon.

    Seller has received the item on 6/10/18 but my refund is still pending at their end. Paytm has neither any chat system nor any support mail id. Everytime beed to be in queue for hours to connect on helpline no. Worst online shopping portal. Need my refund asap.

      I have applied a fastag vide Order No. [protected] for my car from paytm on[protected], delivery schedule[protected], after so many reminders and documents uploading, i did not get the item from paytm. When ever i made a complaint regarding this issue, a ticket number is intimated by paytm and within a day or two on their own they emailed me problem resolved, without delivering the fastag, then again i have to made another complaint. This process in going on.
      I have submitted a complaint in our Indian consumer complaints forum on[protected], without delivering the ordered item as usual they marked as resolved in our forum also on[protected].
      The ordered item is not yet delivered so for.

      My transaction on 26 sep. was successful ..but for this no order got generated..
      and paytm is not providing any solution..
      on 26 sep. there was technical issue according to paytm.
      I am not able to connect to my paytm account through my new mobile. Pl send a link to my email address [protected]@gmail.com.

        My Order No is [protected], and the product is returned due to low quality. the product is reached to seller but the refund is not provided. they asked my bank details and given it 3 times and then they ask to fill a google form and am filled it. but yet now the refund is not provided. please help. and from my pay tm wallet, Rs 25 is deducted with out any reason. the paytm is not providing a customer service.

          I ordered a shirt from Paytm whose order Id is [protected] but instead they sent me a wrong product which I requested to return and I had returned the package successfully to blue dart...but after a day Paytm said the request was rejected ...now when I called blue dart they said they have my package but Paytm is not sending us the return request ...for which I messaged Paytm but they are not replying

            I’m writing this letter regarding to fraudulent activity who was done with me. I talked with one person regarding the phone on olx (Apple I phone 6s Grey Color 32 GB) on 14th October and timing was 10.57 Am whose id number was [protected] on olx He put price 14 Thousand on Olx and his put the name puja on olx Id . I had word with him in normally way in which I asked him that this phone is available because I want to purchase this mobile and he told me the last price of this mobile and I asked him that if you want to sell of this mobile then contact to my whatsapp number and I gave him my contact number ( [protected] and Name –Sucha Singh) and he said that fine and i gave my whatsapp number to him . he texted me on my whatsapp first of all he texted me around 11.22 Am and his contact number is [protected] and from his number he sent me some images ( Like phone, charger, bill, earphone ) I ask him that why are you selling this phone and ask to him that how warranty of this mobile he told me that 8 Months old and 4 months warranty left now then he told me that I am from Pune Maharashatra and I bought this phone from pune and I work in Indira Gandhi Airport as checking’s job and I am an Indian army and you will have to come in Indira Gandhi Airport for getting the bill I got checked from the EMEI Number ([protected]) and I got to know that bill is about to expire on 29-Oct-2018. I sent the tracking report at 6.17 Pm on 14th Oct (I checked by online )in which it was showing that will be expired on 29th oct-2018 and his bill’s date was 1-2-2018 after that he shared me the original bill at 6.45 PM after that I had word with on the call and asked to him that your phone’s bill is being expired then I won’t able to give you the amount above 10k (14- OCT-2018) after that I asked him that how will I get the phone and he asked to me that don’t come at airport I will get dispatch your mobile through the courier for whose you will have to give the courier charges around 1020 rupees after that you don’t purchase the phone then courier charges will be refund and amount will be deduct 120 Rs from 1020 Rs and you will get the amount 900.When I asked from him that how will I have to give the amount then he told me that you will have to give the amount by paytm ([protected])
            he called me in the morning on 15-Oct-2018 and he told me that I will get the courier today but I asked to him that please send me the courier slip after that I will send the amount by paytm . he sent me the courier slip at 9.04 AM and I transferred the amount by paytm. His paytm name was being showed overnight express and his transition id was [protected]. I sent the amount on 15 oct -2018 around 7 AM. After that I said to him for getting the Aadhar card, voter id and army card too and whereon name was mentioned vikram waghmare on his army card whose id number is LA[protected]U00
            Voter id card number AFB7807753 and address was mentioned ( Vill-tejur, tehsil-junnar distt- Pune(M.H)-410502 Gaaonthan Gaonthan Thakaravadi Pardhi Basti Varasubadi basti Tejur, and his name was mentioned vikram baluwaghmari and addhar card number[protected]
            Maruti Mandir, tegur, pune, Maharashtra -410502 (Aadhar Card)
            He texted me on the whatsapp around 2.11 Pm that told me that your phone is ready and his images sent me on the whatsapp wherein he was getting ready the courier and after one minte he texted me on the whatsapp and he shared the images of one person and informed me that what person is sitting on the chair that person will come in nirmaan vihar for giving the phone and his name was srikaant and he will come from this car and Car number was DL1CS6208 afternoon he called me from this number [protected] and said to me I stood in the laxmi nagar metro station and he asked to me that please made the payment by paytm after that I will dispatch your mobile after that I asked to him that first of all give me the phone after that I will made the payment and he asked me that I can’t break the company’s rules because he put the paid charges at you until you will not make the payment till then I can’t meet you after that I made the payment 9000 on this number [protected] Paytm Name- Overnight Express . Timing was 4.56 Pm. Transition id -[protected]
            When I transferred the amount 9k by paytm( transition id [protected]) Timing was 4.56 pm on 15th Oct 2018, Paytm Number-[protected], Account Name- Overnight Express after that he called me and asked to me that you had not to make 9k in paytm once. First you had to made the payment 3k and after that had to make the payment 6k I made the payment 6k ( transition id [protected]) Timing was 5.38 pm on 15th Oct 2018, Paytm Number-[protected], Account Name- Overnight Express in one time and after that I made the payment 1500 in paytm ( transition id [protected]) Timing was 5.56 pm on 15th Oct 2018, Paytm Number-[protected], Account Name- Overnight Express and after that 1500 made payment in paytm ( transition id [protected]) Timing was 5.55 pm on 15th Oct 2018, Paytm Number-[protected], Account Name- Overnight Express
            Once I made the whole payment after that he switched off his phone.
            I am sharing the attachment mentioned below that I received by him through the whatsapp.

                I am very disspointed by paytm service as my complaint reference no.91163232 is not been solved yet as its been long time. My complaint is that i need a fast tag replacement for which paytm executive said u will get a link on ur mail id on where u need to pay rs.100/- issuance charges but since then i have not received any mail while everytime calling on paytm service centre and they say we have raised a complaint and try to solve it on priority basis but still pending. Kindly do it on priority basis.

                  Hello. I have ordered for a case for oneplus 3t on paytm mall for rs. 263 and paid through debit card and received rs.100 cashback. Cool but the product i received was completely different from the one i ordered and it was damaged. So i requested for refund they accepted and picked the product back. On my order page it was written refund of rs. 153 was processed on 08 sep 2018 and the refund would reflect in my account within 14 working days. Today is oct 23 still i haven't received any money. When i called their customer care it's being on hold for hours. When i try to email them it's not delivering. So who do we approach? Is this a new way to loot people's money?

                  This is not about money but about trust. What if i ordered a product worth of rs.15000 and faced the same issue?

                      I have ordered an product as per the size chart mentioned on the paytm website. When i received the product, then i see the size different.

                      In size chart: m = 37-38 inch
                      But in product: m = 34 inch

                      My paytm mall order id : [protected]

                      The product company is selling this product under no return/replacement policy.

                      I have called several time on paytem customer care but nobody pich up the call.

                      I have also made a call to product company but they clearly denied to help me.

                      I want to replace my product or return my money.

                      Please help me to resolve this issue.

                        On 16-oct-2018 i booked ticket from irctc using paytm. However amount has been deducted from bank but process was in error and so ticket was not booked.
                        Today when i called customer care number mr. Manish kumar pick the phone and ask for the debit card number, atm pin and cvv number, which is not acceptable as this is secure information and not even bank demand for such information.

                        When i denied he misbehave and disconnect the phone. I am sure this was some fraud person and i want your team to check the matter.

                        Also let me know how can i get back the amount which had been deducted from my account.

                          I had complaint yesterday about non credit of rs.8911.41 twice debited from my sb account while paying electricity bill to mgvcl on 12th october 2018. No actions are yet advised to me. Please advise me the status of my complaint as well as refund of 8911.41. It was advised to credit between 7 to 14 days however not yet credited. I approached my banker however told to approach paytm. Not able to connect with paytm people. Can help me out of this.

                            My 902 rs. Deducted from my paytm wallet while booking my bus from samay shatabdi travels during payment and my transaction couldn’t get complete from the vendor end.
                            My bus seat did not confirm as the payment didn’t reach the vendor.
                            Payment is still showing stuck and my money got deducted from my paytm wallet.
                            And this is really painful when such issue keeps on occurring at regular basis and are not being looked at priority.

                              An amount of Rs. 8911.41 was erroneously debited from my SB Account while paying electricity bill to MGVCL Vadodara 12th October. Order Id MGVCL49043813. I was advised the amount will be credited within 7 to 14 days, which did not credited yet. Please initiate appropriate action and advise me accordingly by crediting the amount to my SB Account.

                                  I have order a pair of shoes later on paytm mall . Later on i have cancelled that but its been 8 days no refunds has beeen processed and every time i am trying to calling paytm mall customer care executive they put my call on hold with no response. I have been waiting for them to pick up my call but they didn't. Extremely poor service. Order number-[protected].
                                  Please refund my money ASAP . Its a request. Look after this.

                                    I cancelled my order of ixpand drive 64gb
                                    Order number [protected] on paytm mall

                                    I bought it using my debit card and some amount from my paytm wallet

                                    It said amount refunded in both debit card as well as paytm wallet

                                    I did not recieve the debit card amount back, only the paytm wallet

                                    It is 2999 rs that is yet to be refunded
                                    It is hdfc debit card

                                    They didn't inform me per se But a few days back i paid from my card and Viola! Money was back
                                    Today I t tried to book a rail ticket on IRCTC via paytm gateway, but the transation failed and payment not received by IRCTC and my money got debited from my bank a/c please refund my money back. PUR/irctcapp PayTM/Mumbai/0000000000000000000000000/Seq No[protected].
                                    please refund it to my external bank a/c as early possible.

                                    Sir I had done 2 jio recharge 399 through paytm & Tez upi mode my balance are deduct but recharge not successful .
                                    Me contact Customer support but they are postpone this case day by day

                                    So plz investigate this case and refund my amount

                                      I have recharge my mobile number twice and both time my account balance is deducted but recharge is failed. Paytm said that they refunded my failed order balance to my account but they didn't refunded yet. They give me 14 days to wait for reflecting balance in my bank account. My bank said that paytm didn't refunded. Today 14 days is over and i didn't get refunded. Failed order picture is shown below and also my statement of bank till now.

                                        Respected sir,
                                        I have place and order for dippers on[protected] with paytm mall. Againest this order i have paid rs. 355 through paytm wallet and balance amount of rupees 44 was assured to pay on delivery of goods.
                                        The paytm mall had cancel above said order[protected] immediately on[protected] and also inform me that my diposit amount rs. 355 will be refunded to my wallet with in 24 hours.

                                        Complaint id 89062074, 89403360, 89412883, 91262429,[protected] & 89781304 dated[protected] but not solve my complaint. Solve my complaint with in 24 hour immediate
