Sir, the Problem is with the Offer Given by Paytm in Association with Heritage Food Limited.. I have bought heritage badam flavoured milk which costs ₹25 and it is there that ₹10paytm voucher..the product manufacturing date is 14Aug2018, , I tried to apply the Code in Paytm, , it is showing "offer not active". i referred Its T&C, it was there that the Offer is From may to 20th june2018, , . so my Question is that If the Offer ends by 20th June2018, how heritage company printed about the Paytm Cashback which was Manufactured on 14Aug2018??
Because of the Same I Had to pay an extra amount of ₹500 for believing that incorrect offer..

May be the Problem is With Paytm or Heritage Foods Limited, I want My Offer and Compensation for Delay.
Hope Solution Will be Provided Without any Arguments
Ordered iPhone 8 on Oct 2018 but received a product (imported in Nov 2017) which never gets powered on.

While trying to reach customer care, no body picks the call.

    Details of incident - (Paytm fraud)

    Received a call from paytm by mob no. [protected] as paytm executive and informed as i am an prestigious customer & offering you bumper gift hamper of tv/mobile/gold if i go for shopping for the minimum of rs 3000.
    Also informed that, this offer is valid till evening only.

    During the conversation time, he told that, this offer is providing based on your previous shopping details (He know all the shipment details of mine paytm account). Henceforth my believes enhanced.
    I did payment for the added item in cart of paytm account for the rs of 4119.89/- as suggested by the executive of paytm. The order was booked along with the offered gift as 32" tv.

    I have done payment in below specified account & details are as below -

    - bank name: fincare small finance bank limited
    Transaction id - [protected] payment mode - paytm wallet

    And further on next day
    Date -09.10.18 & 10.17 am

    Incident details - morning received a call from mr sameer ([protected]), informed that your previous order booked & you will receive soon. Also, he also added that, you was selected randomly out of 10000 customers in your city for the polo car context and you are winning the 2nd prize for it (It was 5.20 (Lack).
    Later, he transferred cal to his boss (Name was - p c kothari) for the confirmation & payment process. He asked for the account link charges for the large amount transfer in your simple account. He firstly claimed for the transaction of rs 9600/- for releasing half part of 5.20 lack immediately.

    I made payment rs 9600 to above same account through my net banking.

    From afternoon on wards they are not responding to my calls nor giving any tracking details for ordered item

    Please don't believe on paytm online calls for offering gifts & also be aware about such fake peoples as i was get into such incident.

    But recharge is not done but balance got deducted from my paytm account [protected]

      Mera pass Abhi tak koi call yea message or mail kuch bhi nahi aaya.
      I ordered a face toner and instead got a face wash... Invoice also says that I have ordered a face toner ..but the product I got is not what I hve ordered
      I have placed my order my invoice no FABA6P[protected] DATE[protected]. with rs 13999 i have not received cash back money refunded till date in my bank account. I have attached Bill. Please be quick to refund my money in my bank Account. Hope for positive response. Pradeep Magarde .

        Train ticket was not booked via paytm payment gateway.
        Irctc app said payment was rejected by bank but the amout was debited from the account.
        It is the second time happening this to me, nowi couldn't book my other tickets also because of this.

        Please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

        I have enclosed the booking and transaction details from the irctc site.

          We had purchased mobile phone through paytm a few months back as teh seller informed us that if we make the purchase through paytm we will get a cashback of 3000 rupees. To be able to avail this, we had to go through a lot of hassle of installing the app, providing may details, going to the store 2-3 times as their systems were down at certain times etc...

          After the purchase we were told that we have to compete the kyc to get the cash back in a form we can use it.

          We have been trying to do it from the mobile vendor and on our own but there is always some error. Also, they usually inform us that paytm system is under maintenance or some such problem and hence it cant be done right now. It has been almost 4 months, we have added our bank account details etc and still not able to do kyc and hence have not received the cash back.

          The customer contact centres have no option of speaking to anyone and hence not able to get a solution. All option of sending them a message cover topics other than my problem and hence i am unable to send them a written complaint either. Only solution related to my problem seems to be in their customer blogs and discussion forums - which obviously have no solutions but describes problems faced by many customers like me.

          All in all, they managed to waste a lot of my time and mobile space. It was an added benefit for which we wasted all the time and now seems unfair that they are fooling people like this. I a not sure if i will ever get the cash back but people need to know the reality and truth of such complanies.

            Paytm mobile solutions — oppo phone return

            I have purchased oppo f9 phone for ₹24000 from paytm in exchange of my old phone lenovo zuk 1 for ₹8250. So the original price for the phone to me was 16000 rupees

            Due to minor spot on my old phone they cancelled the exchange. I requested them to return my oppo f9 phone when it was within the return period/policy because i cannot afford using 25000 phone. ₹16000 was my budget.

            They assured me that we will exchange your old phone and will give me the cash back of ₹8250. Every time i call them they only assured me of the exchange but there was no action from them.

            I have mailed them 50 times and there is no reply and response from them.

            Now if i am calling them they have blocked me there is no response from them from last two weeks. I am seriously fed up by calling and emailing them again and again on daily basis.

            My concern was not so difficult to understand, why everytime i received the message that the issue has been resolved?

            I had told everything in simple and clear language, i cannot afford that costly phone without cashbackthey havenot solve my issue yet, they are pathetic, i am tired of explaining my simple issue.

                I ordered a pair of earphones on 10th of october on “paytm mall”, i was promised a delivery on 15th of october but without any notice the delivery date automarically changed to 16th of october and its already 21st october and there is no update on delivery and there is no mention of any date of delibery now.

                The name of the company is paytm and the delivery service is xpressbees.

                  I, vinam surana, s/o sunil kumar surana, residing in fort oasis, 36b, panditia road, kolkata 700029, has from the past few days noticed that there has been serious issues happening with me.
                  I have been using paytm, flipkart, amazon pay, and various other e-commerce sites and payment portal quite frequently
                  I also kept all my funds in paytm payments bank ltd.

                  But on 17th oct to my astonishment, around 9:00 pm i received chain of mails from paytm stating with a new login into my paytm account, then change of my registered mobile number to [protected], subsequently confirming change of my mobile number, then change of my email id from [protected]@gmail.com to martin. [protected]@gmail.com. All these were not at all done by me. And i assure that no otps were given by me to anyone. Since that time i got in touch with paytm for around 1hr 30 mins and what i gone through was just change of departments. Like one said this is not our work and keep on transferring calls to one number to another. And i wasn’t even able to block my account in order to just secure my funds. But there was not help done by paytm. They were just harrasing there customers. They took 15 hours to just block an account.

                  The same day i went to the police station, they told me that we will get in touch with paytm and stuffs. While i was in the police station only i got calls from various numbers like each from a different country. Then whatsapp started by a number ‪+[protected]‑2693‬ continuously in touch with him.
                  He was like i have hacked your account. And he even sent me my account statements screenshot so i was sure. He asked for a small gift and on enquiring he told that he will use 2923 from my funds. Funds in my bank were also around 45000. And all i used to keep there only. He even told me give me the otp i’ll change the number to yours and return you your id.

                  This thing had not started like this.
                  It was like 16th october. Randomly i received a message from flipkart stating the refunds for 2 items has been successfully transferred to some scbl0036039 ifsc code account. I was like this was some problem from the end of flipkart. On enquiring with them they stated that this account must have been added by you only. But i was sure that this didn’t belonged to me in any way.

                  An another astonishing issue that happened was that on the same day i. E. 17th october around 6 i received a messages from amazon pay stating my funds around 1900 has been successfully used in rail yatri and 99 in niki was successful which was again not done with my permission or under my knowledge.

                  There’s some serious hacking done and i have got no clue of what is happening with me. I need you to look into the matter and help me in any way you could. I have yet not received back my account from paytm and i have no money as i kept all saving in that very account. Please help me.

                    Hi,

                    This is the second time when i was cheated by paytm through this exchange offer. First time i tried to exchange my wife's mobile so i brought the phone but when person came to pickup the phone, he did not even take the phone in his hand and took the photo and said that another person will come and pick up and once he moved out, he sent message that phone is defective.

                    I tried a lot to make complaint that my phone was almost new and only battery was weak but nobody has listened my complaint.

                    And the same phone was picked by flipkart in exchange and his executive told that my was almost new so why i was exchanging it.

                    Now again i was cheated by paytm and this time, i was exchanging my father's phone and his phone is also almost 1 year old, only battery is bit weak but again executive did the same and rejected it by saying that on top body, very small scratch is there.

                    I am totally fed up with this kind of attitude. They are predetermined that they would not take any phone in exchange. Paytm mall has to take some against that vendor because they are ruining the paytm image.

                    I need immediate resolution of my complaint.

                      Today, 20 october, 2018 i initiated a rs. 300 recharge for my delhi metro card. The money was instantly deducted from my bank account but still the recharge is in the payment awaited mode. According to my bank oriental bank of commerce, the money was immediately transferred to paytm. I want my money back or the recharge to successfully take place.
                      I have a bad history with paytm regarding payments and i have lost a lot of money in the past. It was a bad decision ony part to trust paytm this time again. I should have gone for some other payments website at least then i might not have lost my money.
                      I want paytm to refund my money as my recharge has not been completed. Morally speaking, paytm has a responsibility but sadly paytm is too money minded to care for its customers. I regret ever joining the paytm community. I have lost a lot of money and time because of it.

                        Refund not yet credited to account. Had been more than 2 weeks. Tried contacting paytm via contact us option in app and tried calling but in both the cases they didn't bother, to reply or pick up the call. Now at this moment my hard earned 3000 rs is stuck and i am not even sure of getting it back. A very bad experience.

                        The biggest # is their customer service. I literally spent 30 minutes on call while calling them and at the end i gave up.

                          Hi,

                          I bought one sony home theater from paytm on 12 oct-2018 and the quality of sound is not satisfactory. The sound quality is too poor and you can not hear more than 15 mins in any of the room.

                          I requested return in just 3 hours of delivery as return was allowed in 15 days.

                          But not paytm is not accepting return and asking to visit sony service center.

                          I would like to highlight paytm is intentionally delaying the whole process so that 15 days return period passed and paytm start saying that we accept return in 15 days only.

                          This is manipulation with the consumer rights as per 15 days return allowed on your website.

                          Q. My question why should sony accept that quality of their product is not satisfactory to the customer?

                          Q. I do not see an service center in my city then where to go and why?

                              Paytm is not aware who is shipping their product as the customer support dont have any information on them leave about their phone number alone.
                              Ordered an i phone xs through paytm with reference number [protected] worth rs 100000
                              But paytm postponed the delivery date ahead by 5 days after 2 days of order.
                              On calling customer support they dont know who is delivering the product.
                              I will also be raising complaints at diggerent forums.

                                Applied a fastag for my car from paytm on[protected], after so many reminders and documents uploading, i did not get the item from paytm. When ever i made a complaint regarding this issue, a ticket number is intimated by paytm and within a day or two on their own they emailed me problem resolved, without delivering the fastag, then again i have to made another complaint. This process in going on. Please help me in this regard.

                                  I rohit goel have ordered a laptop asus vivobook x507 on 09 october 2018, order no. [protected] on paytm (Registered mobile no. [protected])
                                  I have been delivered a laptop on 11 october 2018. The serial number on the laptop is not the same as mentioned on the paytm bill.
                                  I have requested a return but rejected by paytm.
                                  I have constantly talking to paytm daily but getting no responses from paytm.
                                  My paytm case reference id is 90966805.
                                  After getting no responses from paytm after three days, i reported the case to national consumer helpline docket no. 962296 on 15 october 2018.
                                  Kindly resolve the case as soon as possible and return the laptop and credit my refund amount to me.

                                    On 9th oct i purchased a pair of shoes worth 2799 on which i would be receiving a cash back of 1679, i cancelled the order same day and purchased another pair from paytm as i received good deal. Now i received the second pair purchased on 15th oct but the 1st pair refund not yet received it's still showing as in transit. I don't have any other information to check with delivery agent not paytm customer care picking up any call, since 3 days i been trying for atleast half an hour 4 times a day, but no response.

                                    After more then 100 attempts for 6 long days I able to get a chance to speak to lords of customer service...I.e Paytm customer care agent. They took my case gave me an reference number and with 2 days I got my refund.Frankly speaking they least bother about any consumer compliant queries I suppose..

                                    The numbers mentioned below as Paytm head office and Paytm support we are suppose to call on those numbers it seems. Then who will listen to our query?? We just need to wait and watch then reply???

                                      My name is shiju pappachan. I have made 2 transactions of rs.100 each through paytm mobile solutions gateway for recharging my uts wallet balance both the times, amount deducted from my bank account but it neither credited by uts wallet nor returned back in my account. Payment deducted details from my bank account are as under

                                        I have placed the order in paytm whirlpool semi 7KG washing machine order place date is 10th oct 2018.my delivery date is 12 october 2018. the machine cost is 9610 they give me 1922 cashback after delivery and on additional bank offer is there 10% in Icici bank they changed my delivery date again and again also they remove my track access from paytm app.so can't even track my product.i have call many times paytm customer they even tell me delivery date of my product.the customer care executive not resolved issue than i have please transfer my call to your after 1 hour waiting i have reached senior Team Leader but he also not reply properly i have ask on appropriate answer after long conversion he said sir your order cancel from our side i have tell them that person boss this not my mistake so why i am suffer in that case my one week time loss bank 10% bank offer loss and cashback.

                                        after this all cheating incident they said your amount which i am paid 9610 the refund you after 14 days.

                                        this type online side cheating customer day to day.i need to answer that where i complain this type issue.

                                        i said that person please send my amount back along with my 10% bank offer and my 1922 cash he denied affront and he disconnected my call online paytm cheat me i need commission for the same.
