On 6th oct i bought tickets for the movie venom using the paytm app. However i paid the money using my debit card. I did not do any other transaction on paytm but there is a deduction of 561.64 with no proper details. I would like to know why this amount is deducted from my wallet. I have attached a screenshot of my paytm wallet statement. Please revert as soon as possible...

My user id is [protected] i ordered wallet and belt combo i recieved my order after 10 days and still its partial only a worst kind of wallet and not got the belt how come i get that.

And also a friends id [protected] ordered a bowl set and got a cheap card holder only i want both item complte. I complaint so many time but no any replyi could get. Please resolve my problem or i have to complaint further....

Yur suppliers delivered the wrong product.. I ordered the things which i want but they send me to the wrong. Product you wasting mine time. The sizes are unmatched, the product ia look like used things. Colour issue. The orderd is delivered late aa usuallyy..

Last month around 19th sep i opted for a cashback offer named: 4 pe 125 recharge offer.
Done 3 recharges by now. I have done the recharges by going into their cashback offer section and then clicking the same offer and did the recharges in sequence, their app shown e. G. Do the 2nd recharge, do the 3rd, doe the 4th and so on.
Today on 12 oct i have done the 3rd recharge under the same offer.
But the offer page still shows...

On 13.08.18 i made two transactions each of rs 5000 to anna university i. E it was done via paytmeducation only. I want to whether the amount was credited to anna university or not?? Since i received a message "transaction failed"after the transaction, but amount was debited from my account.
My account number is [protected]. Kindly verify it and provide me a statement of where the amount has been credited....

I have wrote to customer support earlier and i m writing now also that my money is not get refunded for the purchase of redtape shoe orderno: [protected], which i have returned as you can see in my account, it has been 14 working days, you said that it will come on 2nd october, but i m still waiting.
What is the issues, no one shared me transaction id, i want my money back, do whatever is necessary or i will take legal action and also...

I have ordered one swing cradle for my 3 month old baby and received it but my baby is not comfortable because her hands touch in net and she started crying so i have requested return the next day. Pick up boy called me but i asked him to come next day because cradle was at home and it was supposed to be picked up from my office address. They have rescheduled it but the same day at night tine i received a message that return is rejected....

I have place and order for dippers on[protected] with paytm mall. Againest this order i have paid rs. 355 through paytm wallet and balance amount of rupees 44 was assured to pay on delivery of goods.
The paytm mall had cancel above said order[protected] immediately on[protected] and also inform me that my diposit amount rs. 355 will be refunded to my wallet with in 24 hours....

I'd ordered a footwear of worth 355/-and payed the entire amount at the time of delivery and after that i'd opened saw that the product that i'd ordered was different from the product i'd received and even the product i'd received was also of low cost that is 299/- really it was very and i was trying to contact the customer care even they are not responding... Please do respond immediately...

On 6.9.2018, i have tried to transact the amount of rs.3500/- through paytm but the payment has got failed but my money has not refunded back to my bank account till now.

Even though the payment is on failed mode, but the money has been deducted from my bank account. Still i have not received my...

Complain against wrong transaction through my wallet. And customer service is very bad. I was shopping on paytm on 26 September and I selected some products but not finally purchased but 2055/ amount deducted from my wallet. No response from customer care at all. How to get back my money will I get back the money or it will remain in paytm pocket....

I have almost 15 paid order in paytm. They distracted it and product says it dispatched most of the product delivery date was 6 to 8th october. But it is not yet been delivered to me.
On customer care call every time they say we took your complaint and will deliver it urgently but no action on that.
On calling courier (Xpress bees) they didn't gave proper status and put my call on long hold.br...

I have sent money from paytm to my linked bank account by clicking on return to the bank. They have not mentioned, it takes 14 days maximum to transfer near the button. The transaction was urgent for me to do. So, i have contacted paytm to resolve this issue. They gave a bank transaction id and asked to contact sbi. I did as per the guidelines. When i have contacted sbi, they said we do not care about the transaction id, just contact paytm....

I ordered on 30 sept and the expected delivery date was 5th oct. It was yet not been delivered. I have been writing them the mails, raising query on the app and reaching out to the call center but i am not getting any reply. No replies on my mail and no one at the call center ever picks up. I have already paid for the order and i feel cheated. I have been mailing and writing but they prefer to ignore and their so called call center prefers...

But due to some reason i return the order ending with 3390 but i haven't received my refund yet since the order is already picked up by the courier service.

I had ordered product from paytm on 28 september 2018 still today date 11 october 2018 it is not dispatched yet. I want my order as early as possible. I called paytm 10 times with waiting period of 30 min but they not picked my call....

I have bought products in unlimited and got movie vouchers which has validity of 7days. Im booking tickets through paytn but there is an error always popping up. I have checked the same seats in book my show where the selected seats are available. How am i going to avail the offer now and even the validity of vouchers is just 7days. How long will it take to resolve this or will it be resolved after expiry of my vouchers...
