I've ordered a shoe from paytm mall by seeing ferrari logo on the showed shoe, but after delivery there is no logo and very simple single colour shoe delivered, hope it was by mistake, waiting for the replacement and. And i have already replaced this shoe your courier executive has picked up the shoe from my home, but next replacement shoe has to be delivered by 8th october but arriving date is changing daily and today is 13th october..     I made payment of electricity bill for Rs.4820 on 12.10.18 which was successful But the same is not credited in my offer account why it is so Please do the needful and give me my cash back amount.This is not the first instance it happend earlier also but that was ignored.Also it happened previously in my cash back offer of mobile bill payments.

      I had ordered a laptop from paytm and paid for the same using my bank account. I cancelled the product later on because the information shown about the product on paytm website was wrong. But it has been 10 days now and the product still shows cancellation pending and the refund could not be initiated. Even after calling the customer service many times, they keep on saying that we are sorry and we will resolve this as soon as possible. But there is no update yet.

              I want to know the status of my order refund i trying to know this details from last 3 days but no response from your end. I called your customer care number but no one attended my call it's continuesly on hold only and your customers care number is not toll free i have spended my 50 rs mobile balance for contacting you people but still my issue is not resolve what can i do now. Can u please escalate this issue to your higher authority and arrange a call back from there if i not get any proper response from your end within 48 hrs. Surly i post this issue in social media and i take legal action on you and your service.. Why you people saying this is 24x7 customers care. I not get a single response from your end from last 48 hrs what is mean that your 24x7.

                I had ordered motorola verve loop super light waterproof wireless stereo earbuds, order no -[protected]. I git it defected so i returned it & bought as cash on delivery so return amount should be credit thru neft in my account within the 14 days but yet i didn't get it. I'm also complained ti paytm but i didn't get clear answer.& no one pickup customer care number almost half an hour ring phone also said that your call on hold be on line. Could you imagine how can wait on call half an hour yet not get answers.

                  On 6th oct i bought tickets for the movie venom using the paytm app. However i paid the money using my debit card. I did not do any other transaction on paytm but there is a deduction of 561.64 with no proper details. I would like to know why this amount is deducted from my wallet.                         Last month around 19th sep i opted for a cashback offer named: 4 pe 125 recharge offer.
                        Done 3 recharges by now. I have done the recharges by going into their cashback offer section and then clicking the same offer and did the recharges in sequence, their app shown e. G. Do the 2nd recharge, do the 3rd, doe the 4th and so on.
                        Today on 12 oct i have done the 3rd recharge under the same offer.
                        But the offer page still shows that you have done 2 recharges. Do more 2 to get the cashback.
                        I think they are looting innocent people on the name of cashback offers and people get trapped in their lure and adding their money into their wallet and paying in advance.
                        Why do govt. Don't take actions against such companies and enforcing them to commit their promises before hand for customers who have sufficient amount in their wallet just by locking the required amount and 1st giving the cashback offer and after that they can deduct the amount.
                        I learnt that this kind of fraud is common with paytm.
                        Do take some stricter steps to either eliminate such frauds or just close such companies.

                          On 13.08.18 i made two transactions each of rs 5000 to anna university i. E it was done via paytmeducation only. I want to whether the amount was credited to anna university or not?? Since i received a message "transaction failed"after the transaction, but amount was debited from my account.

                            I have wrote to customer support earlier and i m writing now also that my money is not get refunded for the purchase of redtape shoe orderno: [protected], which i have returned as you can see in my account, it has been 14 working days, you said that it will come on 2nd october, but i m still waiting.
                            What is the issues, no one shared me transaction id, i want my money back, do whatever is necessary or i will take legal action and also will be filing case in consumer forum, what kind of customer support you are hiring, i tried calling 15 to 20 times but no response said you put on hold, but you are charging money for that too. This is really pathetic.
                            I am really not happy with paytm services, you are loosing a customer here and more because of poor customer service.
                            I hope this is the last time i am complaining, and you will get this sorted. Kindly take some action.
                            Do not let your brand name go down because of some useless fellows.

                            I can't apply the promo code in my wallet...

                            I purchase the voucher on 11th October but then I can't apply the promo code in my wallet as per my monthly limit was over but today my limit is refreshed to 10000rs but sill I get a error message (sorry the offer is not active) while I'm trying to apply the 5000rs promo code in my wallet... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or refund my 5000rs amount as soon as possible... paytm registered no [protected]
                            Because in 2-5 days my mini kyc validity will expired...

                              I have ordered one swing cradle for my 3 month old baby and received it but my baby is not comfortable because her hands touch in net and she started crying so i have requested return the next day. Pick up boy called me but i asked him to come next day because cradle was at home and it was supposed to be picked up from my office address. They have rescheduled it but the same day at night tine i received a message that return is rejected. Paytmmall has the worst services, i have called their customer care and was hold for 35 mins but call has not been connected. I hace never seen such a worst customer care. Now i want to return that product.

I was shopping on paytm on 26 September and I selected some products but not finally purchased but 2055/ amount deducted from my wallet. No response from customer care at all. How to get back my money will I get back the money or it will remain in paytm pocket.
