I had ordered product from paytm on 28 september 2018 still today date 11 october 2018 it is not dispatched yet. I want my order as early as possible. I called paytm 10 times with waiting period of 30 min but they not picked my call....

I have bought products in unlimited and got movie vouchers which has validity of 7days. Im booking tickets through paytn but there is an error always popping up. I have checked the same seats in book my show where the selected seats are available. How am i going to avail the offer now and even the validity of vouchers is just 7days. How long will it take to resolve this or will it be resolved after expiry of my vouchers...

But today I received a parcel and when I opened it I found hand gloves for cleaning the car. And after that I tried to call customer care of paytm but they didn't pick up the phone. I am very upset about it
Please solve the problem other wise I have to go cunsumer court...

I done return request in 29 sep they take to approve this in 72 hours and Now 7 working day is over but till now they not pickup the item and when I call they customer support not attend the call they don't have any solution for this query. I am very upset purchase item through Paytm and I don't give suggestions to our relatives and friends not purchase any item through Paytm.
Because they are not understand customer feeling and upper...

Yesterday (09/10/2018) evening at 6:01 PM someone had withdrawn Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 + Rs.5000 by using my SBI CREDIT CARD ending with xxxx5644 without my knowledge.
I did not buy anything on that day.
Please do the needful to stop that transaction and kindly help me to get my money back.

I ordered on 20 sept and the expected delivery date was 30 sept. It was yet not been delivered. I have been writing them the mails, raising query on the app and reaching out to the call center but i am not getting any reply. No replies on my mail and no one at the call center ever picks up. Cancelled a ticket in irctc pnr: [protected]. It was booked in irctc using paytm wallet money.in irctc website it shows that the amount refunded on 26th sep however, it's been 15 days the money not credited back to my wallet. Tried to reach paytm and their ivr is providing recursive number which doesn't work. Also their email id doesn't work and their executives are redirecting to other numbers which is not helpful....

I have made a payment of rs 800 from paytm towards my airtel mobile using my yesbank credit card.

1. I have written communication from paytm that it is successful from paytm
2. I have a written communication from airtel that they have not received the amount from paytm
3. I have written communication from yesbank that the amount is not reversed back

On 26 October 2018 I purchased apple airpods worth 12899 from paytm.The money got deducted but item was not found under orders.The amount was claimed by paytm from my citibank credit card.When trying to reach their customer support, the are asking for order ID which does not exist and they don't have a mail ID to send our grieviences....

I booked a flight ticket for mangalore to jaipur for me and my wife. While entering passenger details, paytm automatically selects the gender as mr. Instead of asking us to choose the same. I had ordered a bluetooth device last week, as per latest update on my app it says the order is delivered. But has not yet arrived to me. Its not the first time Paytm delivery representative has done such instances. I book a ticket through Paytm online IRCTC from HOWRAH(HWH) junction to Bokaro Steel City(BKSC) at the date 19-Sep-2018.
My PNR number is [protected]. Some reason I cancelled my ticket. After cancellation I did not get my money back.

I paid 1400 after few minute this site has been deleted i.
