Respected sir/madam

I'd ordered a footwear of worth 355/-and payed the entire amount at the time of delivery and after that i'd opened saw that the product that i'd ordered was different from the product i'd received and even the product i'd received was also of low cost that is 299/- really it was very and i was trying to contact the customer care even they are not responding... Please do respond immediately

    Paytm at the date of 25/09/2018
    The item is delivered after 1 week
    I had taken my courier and pay the money
    On that courier only 1 piece only received
    But billed for 2 prices

    One piece not received
    On that 1 piece also it is damaged
    I had asked the delivery courier boy he told give complaint at paytm customer care
    At next day i had been raised a complaint on my order id no — {[protected] }
    My return complaints no's —[protected] /[protected]
    The paytm team is telling we had forward ur complaint to our superior team

    It has been gone 1 week
    No response from paytm
    No reply from customer care
    We had been lossed my money
    Cheating customers

    Please check and send my philips ear phones or refund money to paytm asap
    All messages & call recordings has been stored

    All will be submitted in the court of law justice at consumer court of rights in guntur ap asap

      I am manikandan from chennai, i have an issue with paytm transaction the details are below

      On 6.9.2018, i have tried to transact the amount of rs.3500/- through paytm but the payment has got failed but my money has not refunded back to my bank account till now.

      Even though the payment is on failed mode, but the money has been deducted from my bank account. Still i have not received my money back to my account.

        Complain against wrong transaction through my wallet. And customer service is very bad. I was shopping on paytm on 26 September and I selected some products but not finally purchased but 2055/ amount deducted from my wallet. No response from customer care at all. How to get back my money will I get back the money or it will remain in paytm pocket.

            I have tried to find a resolution online but in vain.

            I tried calling them, but they don't lift the call.

              I have almost 15 paid order in paytm. They distracted it and product says it dispatched most of the product delivery date was 6 to 8th october. But it is not yet been delivered to me.
              On customer care call every time they say we took your complaint and will deliver it urgently but no action on that.
              On calling courier (Xpress bees) they didn't gave proper status and put my call on long hold.

              Paytm took my money and looks like xpressbess is using my product, but no one is ready to deliver my product.

                I have sent money from paytm to my linked bank account by clicking on return to the bank. They have not mentioned, it takes 14 days maximum to transfer near the button. The transaction was urgent for me to do. So, i have contacted paytm to resolve this issue. They gave a bank transaction id and asked to contact sbi. I did as per the guidelines. When i have contacted sbi, they said we do not care about the transaction id, just contact paytm. It seems like a deadlock to me.

                I feel like i made a terrible mistake by choosing paytm over other payment systems. And, i am not satisfied with the transaction details mentioned on site.
                I booked a ticket from irctc payment deducted from my wallet but in irctc it is showing Pending From Bank End.What should i do i can't take refund niether cancel also

                  I ordered on 30 sept and the expected delivery date was 5th oct. It was yet not been delivered. I have been writing them the mails, raising query on the app and reaching out to the call center but i am not getting any reply. No replies on my mail and no one at the call center ever picks up. I have already paid for the order and i feel cheated. I have been mailing and writing but they prefer to ignore and their so called call center prefers to not pick at all. I dont know whom to contact to get my money back...

                    Greetings
                    I booked shipments with order no.-[protected], [protected].
                    But due to some reason i return the order ending with 3390 but i haven't received my refund yet since the order is already picked up by the courier service.

                    I also canceled the product ending with 9667. Initially i paid amount of 478/- but after cancellation i got only 4/- in return.

                    So, please take the proper action regarding my concern.

                        I have bought products in unlimited and got movie vouchers which has validity of 7days. Im booking tickets through paytn but there is an error always popping up. I have checked the same seats in book my show where the selected seats are available. How am i going to avail the offer now and even the validity of vouchers is just 7days. How long will it take to resolve this or will it be resolved after expiry of my vouchers

                              I done return request in 29 sep they take to approve this in 72 hours and Now 7 working day is over but till now they not pickup the item and when I call they customer support not attend the call they don't have any solution for this query. I am very upset purchase item through Paytm and I don't give suggestions to our relatives and friends not purchase any item through Paytm.
                              Because they are not understand customer feeling and upper management and senior level employee also same.
                              And now I understand Paytm is the India's number 1 fraud company and they are making fool to customer and this type of service provide by the Paytm next time I am not purchase any item through Paytm.
                              Thanks for Paytm Team who ever working on this product side and who ever working support site for providing this type service to make happy to the customer and they never purchase item through Paytm. Today they picked my order but they not refund my money back to the bank account.
                              Please help me asap possible.

                                I am P.Periyasamy residing at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.
                                Yesterday (09/10/2018) evening at 6:01 PM someone had withdrawn Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 + Rs.5000 by using my SBI CREDIT CARD ending with xxxx5644 without my knowledge.
                                I did not buy anything on that day.
                                Please do the needful to stop that transaction and kindly help me to get my money back.

                                Actually the person called me stating that he is a Bank Staff. They canvassed me to unlock my credit card and using my ignorance they got the OTP from me. I totally believed them because True Caller showed that the call is from *customer care credit card*. After getting the amount debitted message I was shocked and was helpless. I totally lost Rs.33000. Please do the needful as far as possible.

                                        Cancelled a ticket in irctc pnr: [protected]. It was booked in irctc using paytm wallet money.in irctc website it shows that the amount refunded on 26th sep however, it's been 15 days the money not credited back to my wallet. Tried to reach paytm and their ivr is providing recursive number which doesn't work. Also their email id doesn't work and their executives are redirecting to other numbers which is not helpful.
                                        Hi all I have wallet account and Paytm bank account, me transferred money from Paytm wallet to bank but, My money is either transferred to account or credited to wallet for almost 8 day's
