I purchased a mi note 5 pro mobile from paytm mall with exchange offer of my old device. i got the new product at time but at the time of exchange paytm did fraud with me.the person came for pick my old device said the imei number of my device is different so he can't pick the product.paytm reject exchange.this was very shocking and horrible for me. i am very disappointed with this behaviour of paytm.

    I have ordered for redmi note 5 pro with an exchange offer and party courier vendor shadowfax team picked my exchange product with all quality check and he also said my product is eligible for exchange after that he picked my product by completing quality check and after 2days without any prior information they returned my exchange product even I have spoken with customer service and also spoken with senior executives also but still now they didn’t not give me any solution on this issue.       I have contacted this guy for Unlock iCloud account on my Iphone.
      His Mobile Number is :[protected] ( truecaller shows Manoj is his name).He asked for Rs 1000 as service change for him.I have transferred Rs 400 and Rs 600 to his paytm account ( [protected] - Raj Samrat). He didnt unlock iCloud account as he promised and His number is switched off then on.

      He is big fraud. Pls don't believe anyone on olx for Unlock Icloud service by online.

            Today, 2 Oct 18 afternoon at 2:40pm my father, Mr Kamal Kumar Singh got a fraudulent call from this no. – [protected] (Truecaller says - Pankaj Kumar Gupta Bank)
            My father unaware of the fraud call, shared details like Aadhar no & debit card number of SBI card. And within minutes transactions were done on Paytm (49, 999/-) through SBI card .

            Please hold the transaction immediately & process refund. Have also registered police and cyber cell complaints. Need immediate action as none of your customer care is taking calls

              I have ordered two products together at same time and payment has been together and balance has been also deducted from my account but out of the two one product has been delivered and other is showing payment confirmation awaited since many days.. None of the coustmer service is helpful.. They cut the phone.. If not heard this time the i have no other option then complaining at consumer forum

                I have booked on paytm mall the item - apple airpods on 22nd sept 2018 and paid amount rs 11665 /- through online transaction. Order od is [protected]. This item has cash back offer of rs. 2500 /- which is to be remitted upon dispatch of the item.

                As per the order item was supposed to dispatch latest by 1st oct 2018, however the sane has not happened. I have contacted customer care on 29th sept 2018 and it was assured to me the item will be dispatched positively on 1st oct 2018 which paytm failed to do. Item was supposed to deliver by 3rd oct 2018. How paytm is going to do?

                Yesterday and today as many times i tried to contact customer care of paytm but no yield as nobody is responding to the calls. One of the worst service provider i have come across. Hence, as there is no response from paytm i request to refund the amounts with interest charges as failed to dispatch the item.

                Revert with confirmation on refund.

                    Paytm mall is one of the worst online shopping platform. Their seller provides defective products and they can't do anything. Even worst is their customer service experience.
                    I have purchased one ashus laptop order no. [protected] on 20 september 2018.
                    I have received defective product as mouse pad was not working. I have made complaint on 23rd sep 2018 for replacement. They provided new
                    Order no. [protected] 23 september 2018 6:17 pm. I contacted customer care many times and they don't have satisfactory answers. Then they asked for product images and condition. On which i have shared their information 2 times. And informed in customer care executive. But i was getting same mail for sharing images. I don't understand, why they are need same details again and again.
                    Finally, they resolved ticket without confirmation and resolution. And asked for feedback. I have provided negative feedback. But nobody cares.

                    Now my new laptop mouse pad will be replaced by ashus. Why paytm has not replaced product in first place when i have replacement policy.

                        I returned my order to Amazon and Amazon refunded as RRN says HSBCN[protected]
                        But the Paytm bank says your refund has not been credited to your bank account even Amazon has not refunded and Amazon has proof for refund.

                            Hi,

                            I do recharge on [protected] for rs. 300/- from the paytm app on 30/09/2018.

                            The payment was deducted from the account but recharge not done. On the paytm it shows successful but the recharge was not received.

                            I am trying to contact with company but there is no way to contact with company and to post my complaint.

                            I got an email id from one of company employee "[protected]@paytm.com", i post my complaint to this e-mail id but nothing happen. I got an revert mail from company mail

                            "dear paytm user,
                            We do not monitor this email address. If you have an issue with any of your orders, please raise your concerns using paytm app."
                            On the one hand paytm launches its banking services but on the other hand they dont have any support system for the issue resolution. Such type of companies make fraud with the people and ran away from the india. How government allows these company and give them licence.

                            I have also attached paytm invoice for the proof of payment.

                            Please take necessary step to refund my money from paytm.

                              I have purchased fasttag for my vehicle ka01mr6434 and the same linked to paytm. Since it is compulsory, i did the same. I travelled on 27th may 2018 from bangalore to chennai. On the day while passing through the below toll plaza (Fasttag route) chennasamundram, pallikonda and vaniyambadi my paytm balance amount debited twice. (Rs. 55, rs. 85 and rs. 80). Regarding the above one i formally lodged complaint amy times and requested to transger the amount and in support of that my statement also forwarded.

                              So far no action and again and again when i contact asking the same details. As already 4 month over, can you pl. Issue notice to the concerned authorities to do the needful. Let me know for any more details required.

                                I have purchased a double door refrigerator lg 420 l, from paytm mall. My order no. Is [protected] and i have received on 25 sep, 2018 and get installed in the evening of 26, after that i have found that there is less cooling and it make lots of noise, then i continue trying paytm customer care many times but it was continue hold on, after getting tired i have asked paytm (In paytm app) on 28 sep for return under the 7 days return policy for defective product, i am continuing trying to call customer care on 28, 29, and after that they picked phone on 30 sep after a long holding and asked this is not a defective, they will give the resolution but till now no reponse, they are passing the time so that they asked me now the 7 days over, please help me this is not for the small amount.

                                  I ordered rockz 430 boat bluetooth headphone from paytm mall on 20.09.18 and i got the delivery on 22.09.18 when i received the product and i open the outer box was fine but the inner box was not in seal and the box is damaged with no headphone inside only aux and usb cable was there after i appeal complain. But, nothing happen they are not giving my money. Almost 10 days passed but no proper response from the paytm mall. Although i'm continuously sending the mails to paytm care but nothing happening.

                                  I ordered one boat bluetooth headphones model- Rockz 430 headphones. And I got the empty box without headphones. It contains only usb cable and aux cable with manual of different headphones After that i complained on paytm mall immediately and they said they will work on thant after some days they asked me some questions and they said me to sign the Undertaking after they asked the photos of box. They are playing with me from 1 month and sending the same massages again and again like a robot they are just wasting my time and making fun of me now after a month they are saying that they are not going to refund my money.

                                        I have a PayTM Merchant account, I created it thinking that there are more number o[censored]sers so that I can transact quickly. But for the business I am in, PayTM is far from reach. Hence decided to close the account but their APP does not have any option to make a request for closure, the email support team responds back stating that they do not handle this.
