For both above transactions, amount debited from my axis bank account but not received the recharge.

First recharge done on 13th sept and second on 30th sept.in both the transactions, amount debited from account but the uts wallet is not recharged.
Please take necessary action and reverse the amount in my account

    I tried to recharge airtel mobile no from paytm wallet with rs 499 on 05.10.2018 at 08.01 am. After some i got message that payment failed. But neither rs 499 has been refunded nor my mobile recharged. Even after sending message on 24*7, no one has responded so far and not any message has been sent in this regard. On bringing this in notice of customer care, they are not providing satisfactory reply.

      My paytm wallet was deducted rs 300 and payment was made to getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: sep 30 2018
      This is auto renewal subcription and this started on 23rd nov 2017 since then every month they are charging rs 300 even the vendor/app getwoo isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm.

      I have created a complaint on paytm as well as mailed getwoo but no response yet.

      Kindly help me with a refund and cancel any such subscriptions
      Automatic deductions of money every month from paytm without my permission...
      Rs. 300 deducts from my e wallet for the renewal of getwoo subscription.

        I paid 278 rs in advance.
        Item is sold & shipped by eazylife.
        I placed my order on 28 sept 2018 at 7:50 am, and i paid full amount in advance.

        They gave me dispatch date which is 4th oct 2018, and expected delivery date which is 7th oct.

        And now they are just postponing date day by day and there is no reply of my feedback which i given.

        I also tried to contact there customer care but they don't pick phone.
        Today 6th oct 2018 8 days completed but no response.

          Paytm has suspended my transactions in the wallet and not allowing crediting the balance to my bank account citing my kyc has lapsed...I had earlier provided my aadhaar card number and PAN number as well and now they say their previous kyc clearance lasted for an year only.Well i am not interested in continuing with the wallet anymore. But they are not allowing closiure of the account and crediting the balance of nearly 1000 Rs to my bank account.Any number of complaints to their customer care do not give any solution beyond in person completion of KYC and they don't even address the issue of closure...Very unfair, unethical and unprofessional..How to get paytm to be reasonable ?

            I was recharged of rs 2820 through paytm of my dish tv . According to paytm base plane list it shows one year family pack but when I recharged I only get 3 months of recharge I called in paytm nobody accept his fault and dish tv also said we don't have any recharge of 2820 rs as a family pack of one year it's only 3 months here

              I tried to purchased an app from Google Playstore on 4 th October, but the app was neither got purchased nor the google is showing in its history about its purchase, when contacted to developer they are denying that they received any payment, However my money got debited to my account stating clearly credited to Times of Money Limited, I want it's ₹120 refund asap !

                  Sir / madam,

                  I pulipati swaroop, have an account in paytm with mobile number [protected]. I send rs.1099/- to paytm account holder have mobile no [protected] through upi service with reference no[protected] on 24/09/2016. Still payment not received by that person but amount rs.1099/- deduct from my account. Please rectify the problem and refund the amount as early as possible.

                    I add money (1000rs.) on paytm from my hdfc bank credit card no.[protected] on 26/09/2018 5:35pm something. But money not reflect in my paytm wallet. I call to paytm helpline minimum 15 times. I rays complain in paytm many times. But paytm did not help me. Paytm is very chetter website. Cosumer helpline please help as soon as possible and do refund 1000rs from paytm. Thanks

                      I order 2 woman watch on 28th september 2018 at 18:45 throght paytmmall application.
                      One of the item is shows delievered on 3rd october2018 at evening but i did not receive the item. After that i drop the request for return the delievered item but the seller rejected my request.
                      After this tragedy then i cancelled the 2nd watch which is order on the same date and time as mentioned above, after my cancellation the order is cancelled but i did not receive the my money back.
                      Nor the money refunded in to my wallet nor in the my debit card from which i used during the order.

                        I had order online 2 woman watch from paytmmall application on 28/09/2018 at 6:45pm.
                        One of the watch is showing delivered on 3/10/2018 at 19:23 but i did not received the watch.
                        I tried to contact paytm customer care contact no they did not pickup the call.
                        After this tragedy i cancelled the another watch which is booked on same time.. The money did not refun to me.
                        After not receiving of watch then i return the deliverd watch but the sellee rejected my return request.
                        Kindaly help me...

                            Dear Sir,

                            On 23.09.2018 at 01:53 PM, I recharged a mobile no[protected] through PAYTM with an amount of Rs.429/-, OPERATOR REF NO[protected]. This Payment was successful from PAYTM, However, the Mobile could be recharged.


                            On the same day, at 06:10 PM, I again recharged the same mobile no[protected] through PAYTM with amount of Rs.159/-, OPERATOR REF NO[protected], (keeping in mind that the earlier recharge will come in later) . Payment was again successful from PAYTM, However, once again the Mobile could be recharged.

                            I put a complaint many times to PAYTM for above both incidents. Every time, PAYTM asked me to contact BSNL and get in written by BSNL that both payments are( Rs.429 + Rs.159 ) not received by them. I also tried many times to contact to BSNL Customer care, but no response . I also put complaint / grievance with Docket Number :BSNL/HQ/2018/EM-37486 in BSNL Portal but there is still no response and I also sent mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in
                            but very sorry to say, BSNL did not give me any resolution of my complaint.

                            I requested, again to PAYTM on 03.10.2018 vide e-mail at [protected]@paytm.com, to refund my total amount of Rs.588/-, However, as usual, this time again, PAYTM refused to help me in refunding my money and expressed its inability to do the same.

                            I request to please get my problem resolved and help me in getting refund .

                            BSNL has confirmed that they have not received the payment, done by PAYTM.

                            I have sent the mail to PAYTM/ NODALOFFICER for refunding my amount.

                            There is no response from PAYTM till now

                                I had purchased PAYTM FASTAG in the month of AUG 2018 through PAYTM APP and i had received the TAG on 4th of September 2018.

                                i had followed the given instructions to stick the tag in to my car and when i try to use the TAG in the NHAI Toll it was showing as "BLACKLISTED" and there after i made multiple followup with PAYTM team through their FASTAG helpline[protected] and NHAI emergency helpline 1033 where they had clearly said me that the TAG issued by PAYTM is invalid and it is not linked with vehicle details .

                                I had tried to convey the same to PAYTM, where the PAYTM team is too negligent and they said me that the issue will be resolved or will get back in another 24 or 48 hours, but no response.

                                After paying the money, i had not received the correct product and even after raising the issue, PAYTM is not ready to correct it .

                                  I ordered California almonds 250g last month and they were holding it saying it will be delivered tomorrow everyday same message now they cancelled my order. Courier is bluedart and they also cancelled my few more orders without any prior information.

                                    A payment of rs 8260 on 01.09.2018 has been made by my credit card in the name movies93333 but as such no payment history is present in my paytm account. It has come into my notice on 04.10.2018 as i was going to pay my credit card bill. Please help as to what steps should i take to solve this as soon as possible. Also should i file a cyber complaint too?
                                    Recharge for 4 pe 125 cashback offer recharge no 3 rd for rs 149 not showing in my offer

                                    please add other wise i have to complain to the consumer forum

                                      I have done a transaction of rs.3766.47 using axis bank debit card on irctc mobile app (Using paytm gateway) to book a train ticket on 02 oct 2018. My account is debited for above amount but due to technical errors on irctc app the ticket is not booked.

                                      Message received from axis bank -

                                      Your a/c 249014 is debited with inr 3766.47 on[protected]:51:23. Info - pur/irctcapp paytm/mumbai/irctcapp paytm/seq no 537763.

                                      Transaction details available on irctc app-

                                      Failed transaction: transaction id - [protected], booking date - 02 oct 2018, payment status - pending from bank end, transaction amount - rs.3766.47, failure reason - no response from bank, bank name - paytm m.

                                      I request you to look in the matter urgently and reverse the amount back in my bank account.

                                        Bought a big bazar gft card bt the outlet says its nt valid, hw cn a egv expire in 2 mnth..

                                        Paytm mails getting bounced back nd none of paytm numbers get connectd
                                        Wt shud i do...

                                        How does a couple of month old gift card can bcome deactive
                                        I went in big bazar outlet to purchse bt billing desk sayed voucher is invalid and big bazar executive sayed to cntct paytm as i purchsed the card from there neithr big bazar not paytm is helping to sort me out from this issue
                                        So kindly look for a justified reply tht wts rong wth my purchase
