Dear Sir,
On 23.09.2018 at 01:53 PM, I recharged a mobile no[protected] through PAYTM with an amount of Rs.429/-, OPERATOR REF NO[protected]. This Payment was successful from PAYTM, However, the Mobile could be recharged.
On the same day, at 06:10 PM, I again recharged the same mobile no[protected] through PAYTM with amount of Rs.159/-, OPERATOR REF NO[protected], (keeping in mind that the earlier recharge will come in later) . Payment was again successful from PAYTM, However, once again the Mobile could be recharged.
I put a complaint many times to PAYTM for above both incidents. Every time, PAYTM asked me to contact BSNL and get in written by BSNL that both payments are( Rs.429 + Rs.159 ) not received by them. I also tried many times to contact to BSNL Customer care, but no response . I also put complaint / grievance with Docket Number :BSNL/HQ/2018/EM-37486 in BSNL Portal but there is still no response and I also sent mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in
but very sorry to say, BSNL did not give me any resolution of my complaint.
I requested, again to PAYTM on 03.10.2018 vide e-mail at [protected]@paytm.com, to refund my total amount of Rs.588/-, However, as usual, this time again, PAYTM refused to help me in refunding my money and expressed its inability to do the same.
I request to please get my problem resolved and help me in getting refund .

Updated by manojbhelit BSNL has confirmed that they have not received the payment, done by PAYTM.
I have sent the mail to PAYTM/ NODALOFFICER for refunding my amount.
There is no response from PAYTM till now

Rs. 300 deducts from my e wallet for the renewal of getwoo subscription.
