I have made a payment of rs 800 from paytm towards my airtel mobile using my yesbank credit card.

1. I have written communication from paytm that it is successful from paytm
2. I have a written communication from airtel that they have not received the amount from paytm
3. I have written communication from yesbank that the amount is not reversed back

Now where is my money?

This is a scam, and i guess i should get a explanation over this, otherwise we will have t go to consumer court.

    On 26 October 2018 I purchased apple airpods worth 12899 from paytm.The money got deducted but item was not found under orders.The amount was claimed by paytm from my citibank credit card.When trying to reach their customer support, the are asking for order ID which does not exist and they don't have a mail ID to send our grieviences.

      I booked a flight ticket for mangalore to jaipur for me and my wife. While entering passenger details, paytm automatically selects the gender as mr. Instead of asking us to choose the same. By error i selected my wifes name also as mr instead of mrs. With great difficulty, i got throught to paytm customer care for rectifying the same. Finally the carrier sent me the rectified itinerary with correct name. However, paytm is still not sending me the rectified ticket with correct name. They are simply asking 24 hours each time and not responding to the message help section. I had booked ticket on 6th september 2018 and raised the issue on same day. The problem is still not solved. Now i am afraid i may not be allowed to enter the airport without a proper ticket in the name of my wife. Also i am unable to claim the tickey reimbursement from my employer which was a part of leave travel concession. Overall, pathetic response from paytm to resolve a simple issue. Despite of the carrier issuing me a revised itinerary, paytm has not issued me a proper ticket.
      Hi all I have wallet account and Paytm bank account, me transferred money from Paytm wallet to bank but, My money is either transferred to account or credited to wallet for almost 8 day's
      I just want to change my pin code in paytm this is my order num [protected] and the new pin code is 506009
      I give an order of 320 on paytm and they send an other item and i give diffrent order and after that i returned tthat item and they give me only 100 rs and it is not there policy so where is my 220 rs.
      Rs 8000 has been deducted from my bank account although haven’t received the Paytm balance

        This is the worst experience of me with paytm mall. I ordered 3 trackpants from paytm mall & the quality was totally different so i returned all 3 products. They have taken there products back but paytm is not giving refund & when i call customer care always & anytime its busy (They do not pick call). My products order number are as follows: 1) [protected]. 2) [protected]. 3) [protected]. I request all o[censored] never order from paytm mall. I am sharing a screenshot (This is what paytm says from last 7-8 days buy not refunding me my money back). Please help.

          We have recharged rupees 10 but you said offer close but when offered was going on at that time we inform you we are unable to get offer amount voucher is still unused I am requesting you to please open link and give to us 10 rupees only in my account I sent you email also kindly keep honestly in business don't cheated to customers I spoke with nodal officer but still we didn't get resolution

            I have ordered a product from paytm mall on 22 September 2018 via order no [protected] as per them my order was supposed to be delivered by 7 oct but today is 9 October and there is no such delivery frim there end and also while we are trying to track our order sent by them via ALLJOY courier servies we are unable to track... Its a TRAP. . They are makung us fool... They are not even picking calls neither paytm nor alljoy... What a fake site they are running... You should take action against them... Also i want full refund of my payment made and also an apology from them as they are harrasing me so much.

              I had ordered a bluetooth device last week, as per latest update on my app it says the order is delivered. But has not yet arrived to me. Its not the first time Paytm delivery representative has done such instances. Before 2 weeks as well i ordered some hair dryer but it did not delIver as the delivery boy did not deliver to correct address which led to cancellation of my order. Request you to kindly refund my amount dedudcted for bluetooth device. Let me know in case some other details are required

                I book a ticket through Paytm online IRCTC from HOWRAH(HWH) junction to Bokaro Steel City(BKSC) at the date 19-Sep-2018.
                My PNR number is [protected]. Some reason I cancelled my ticket. After cancellation I did not get my money back.
                My ticket fare is Rs.300 and out of Rs.300 I get only Rs.60 and Rs.240 is cut down. Please resolve my issue and refud my money as soon as possible.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  As per above order number I had ordered 3 Sarees in which 1 saree was delivered but rest of the 2 sarees has got cancelled at your end, the reason which was told to me that courier not picked up in certain time.

                  Now its approx 45 days and I have not received my refunded amount (Rs.349.00 + Rs. 449.00)

                  Your customer service number is pathetic, I was on hold approx 30 minutes and not able to talk customer care.

                  Please refund my amount. I am your decent customer.

                    Sir, a webiste dch. Watches.in has create for scam i ordered watches from dch and i give money by paytm qr there is 100 cb for payment of paytm qr. I paid 1400 after few minute this site has been deleted i. This site make for big scam but i did not got my ordered and i complaint paytm who gives merchant qr code of customer, paytm gave me addres of merchant but did not gave his/her phone number i went there addres but no one available on this adress, address was also fake but paytm did not give my 1400 i want 1400 from paytm or merchant user phone number please sir help me..

                    Sir, aperson create fake site for big scam and after few minutes site was deleted and i order a watch of rs 1400 through paytm qr code but the scamer create paytm merchant account with fake address and paytm gave me scamer fake addres, and scamer use fake address and create paytm merchant account on fake address and scamer mobile number is switch off nber is also fake and paytm provide of scamer paytm merchant qr code without verify documents so paytm is also a cheater who provide merchant qr code on fake documents and phone number so i want 1400 rs of paytm because if paytm verify all details of scamer then did not scam with me so please help me and refund me 1400 rs from paytm
                    Can't processing postpaid bill through paytm .

                      We have ordered fastag from paytm website on date 7-9-18 with
                      Order # [protected]. Its dispatch due from 25-9-18 and till date we have not receive the fastag. Neither we cancel this order or still we have not receive our money back. We call to customer care many times bit no one is picking phone. We have raise this issue many times but till no resolution is provided by paytm. Some of complaints details are as 89131257, 85671339, 86243400 and 86240597.
                      Kindly cancel my order or provide the fastag asap.

                        I am online shoppers and frequently buy products online. I have purchased go extra walnut from Paytm and found product crushed and packing was not good. I initiated return but no resolve till now. This is very bad experience from Paytm customer care. I will not advise to buy products from Paytm in lieu of cash back. They are fraud. They don't listen you and just sell products by anyway
                        Pls do somthing i cannt use promocode
                        I cannt get cashback rupees back in my pay tm account so do something as soon as possible early i receive bt suddenly i cannot receive money in cash back offer
                        My amount has been deducted from my paytm bank account at PAYTM NOIDA UPIN
                        24 hour is done but still i not got my money . i book air ticket and i call a consumer care but still i not got my money i want my money.booking ID [protected]

                          Hello Team,

                          I have purchased a AccuCheck Active strips from Paytm Mall but once I got it was damage...nd now they are saying this product is not in return and replace policy though I have submit complaint just in next day from the day I received this product. And now i m trying to made a contact with Paytm but not able to get in touch with them neither via call nor via email.When I am sending mail it bounce back and once I tried to made call their number is continuously busy.

                          I tried to see show timmings and other details of a movie to book my show on your application paytm but it showed some error and i was not able to book my show and see the shows and available seats .

                                  Hi, paytm has blocked my account saying that it is fraudulent account. I have submitted all the relevant documents and made the account active again. However they have deducted the money from my paytm wallet. I have submitted a request in paytm 24/7 customer support and it's been 10working days i am without any reply from them. Please do needful and get this sorted for me.

                                      I made a recharge in delhi metro card on 3.10.2018 at 9.14 am. Due to sufficient balance and due to emergency to travel to my destination i don't use that card in avm machine and same day i came from my destination to my another destination by cab. The next day when i put my card on avm machine it was showing no balance. But the transaction was showing success for rs. 1000. My order number was[protected] and transaction no. [protected].
                                      Please refund my 1000 rs.

                                        Because of a wrongly purchased voucher unknowingly amount of rupees 1000 got deducted from my bank account which was none of my mistake to select that voucher.
                                        As i tried to do my premium payment through paytym mode automatically the voucher got selected and the amount also got deducted within no second.
                                        As i raised the issue with it to paytym helpline centre yesterday evening they asked me to wait for atleast next 24 hours to refund the amount to bank but that didn't happen so.
                                        Now they are asking to wait again for next 24 hours.
                                        For me using paytym as a payment mode has put me into a loss and what is the benefit o[censored]sing paytym
