I bought earphone 4 month ago and i got six month warranty also but when i go to the service centre they are not accepting my invoice why i don't. But before purchasing the product i read tge description there clearly write that for claiming warranty you can use your invoice now i'm in deep thinking that samsung is fraud or paytm. I want solution on it untill i will make a fraud video and post on facebook and youtube also....

I ordered a water purifier in offer. But as order place after 3-4 days they cancelled my order without any notice or inform. As i ask for reason they said due to unavoidable circumstances order is cancelled.
But why?? They refunded me, but i want that product in that offer price

I have requested for replacement for size issue on 25.09.2018 for order id - [protected], the courier person rejected the pickup for which i raised the query and then it was reschedule. However, i got message on 26.09.2018 for pickup but the courier person has not attended to pickup the courier but i got the message stating that "your shipment was not pick by our rider due to quality check failure at your doorstep"...

I had booked ticket on 26th september 2018 at 6pm but after deducting amount i didn't get any booking confirmation i called to ur paytm customer care also they said if after 20 minutes you didn't get any booking confirmation you can book new ticket amount will be refund previous ticket so booked new ticket but still not yet refunded my amount please do refund my amount as soon as possible

I have been calling there customer support from last 2 days and even they are not directing me in the right direction. The issue is been on going since last 2 days without any proper support from paytm care. The customer support is pathetic and they are always providing me with different time stating that the issue will get resolved.br...

When i order it shows your order will be delievered by 27th september and after 1 day it shows 29 th september and today it shows 1st october and also till the order is not dispatched.. And paytm customer care says 3rd october... What the hell you are doing.4-5 days gone but order not dispatched... Please help me to get the solutions... So many days are gone...

I pay rs. 800 via paytm to airtel against bill of my mobile number [protected] on 24 sep. 18. But up tlll now no deposit so please care of my complaint and resolve as soon as possible.
Very trouble without payment my mobile not active. So all works and communications stop.
Paytm send to me order is successfully. Then why airtel says no received any amount against [protected] via paytm. Further i request to need action immediately...

I had placed order with Paytm having [protected] and it was being shipped by Xpressbees courier. Xprexxbees shows order delivered but no one delivered ordered. Contact number was given for Deepak as a courier delivery boy. I called him so he said, mistakenly it has been updated on your order as it was to be updated on other order. So your order will be delivered tomorrow. I called him and other day so he said contact company as we do not have...

My items still not delivered in spite of number of complains. The item shows in paytm mall as delivered on 24 sep 2018 which is not actually received by me. On complaining the same a message received from pay tm mall that my item will be delivered on 27 Sep 2018. Surprisingly today i also received a message that my item is expected to be delivered by 28 Sep 2018. This childish attitude is not accepted. My thinking was that Paytm mobile Solution...

On 5th September 2018 I bought Lenovo IdeaPad 510 from Paytm app which was delivered on 7th September 2018. My complain no 87526839 still not resolve. My order no.[protected] could not be delivered till date. This type of service from a reputed company like your really not acceptable. I am dealing with paytm for last 5 years and sorry to say that you service is very poor and i should not recommended any one for opening of account in pay tm because you service to the customer is not professional. I made a Purchase of Rs. 93199/- on Date 20/09/2018 on Paytm through my Debit Card and On Date 21/09/2018 I cancelled the Product and my Refund was Confirmed though I recieved the Rs 10000 in my Paytm Wallet and Left amount Rs 83199 is Initiated by Paytm to refund in my Account But Not Recieved Yet.
