I ordered rockz 430 boat bluetooth headphone from paytm mall on 20.09.18 and i got the delivery on 22.09.18 when i received the product and i open the outer box was fine but the inner box was not in seal and the box is damaged with no headphone inside only aux and usb cable was there after i appeal complain. But, nothing happen they are not giving my money. Almost 10 days passed but no proper response from the paytm mall. Although i'm continuously sending the mails to paytm care but nothing happening.
Kindly, please help me regarding this.

Dear sir,
I ordered one boat bluetooth headphones model- Rockz 430 headphones. And I got the empty box without headphones. It contains only usb cable and aux cable with manual of different headphones After that i complained on paytm mall immediately and they said they will work on thant after some days they asked me some questions and they said me to sign the Undertaking after they asked the photos of box. They are playing with me from 1 month and sending the same massages again and again like a robot they are just wasting my time and making fun of me now after a month they are saying that they are not going to refund my money.

    My amount was deducted from my account but not added to my paytm wallet nor refunded to my account it's about a weak kindly update the status of my transaction... And even paytm customer care is also not willing to talk. Kindly update me regarding to the transaction else some strict action will be taken by me through law... Please don't compel me to do so

        I have a PayTM Merchant account, I created it thinking that there are more number o[censored]sers so that I can transact quickly. But for the business I am in, PayTM is far from reach. Hence decided to close the account but their APP does not have any option to make a request for closure, the email support team responds back stating that they do not handle this.

        Can some one please suggest how do I get this merchant account of mine closed???

          I've ordered a camera with Paytm for Rs 41 K and was delivered on Sep 26th. The order had 10 days return guarantee from Paytm while buying. In a day i realized the product is a used product and warranty started for the product on 9th Sep itself though i bought it i bought it on 25th Sep.

          The product is faulty and when i raised return request on 28th Sep, and repeated follow up till 30th Sep Paytm mall never responded. Then on 30th Sep they respond telling the return request rejected as the product has been tampered. The return was never picked or Paytm team never responded, then how can they claim its tampered with. Very hopeless behavior from customer care and they hardly respond to any mails or tweets. Entire leadership team is responsible for the same.

            I am order head phones its become 10 days but no call from paytm and order not delivered. so now I want cancel my order but cancel option is not there. If I call customer service thay not respond put my call on hold.iam lost 40 rs balance to customer service .so tell me how to cancel my order. so please solve my problem.               I have booked 4 tickets from paytm on irctc and money also is debited from my one of the paytms acc however it shows pending from the bank there. What type of network do you guys have, I am waiting to book my tickets and here I am waiting for this confirmation. Seriously always I have to be disappointed from paytm and the worst part we cannot get in touch with any customer support team.

                    Fraud calls :-

                    They are calling and telling to i m from paytm mall employee and reminding our last purchase frm mall. And then telling u are selected for lucky winner draw. And offer to gift and ask to choose one from any five of it and then ask to add cart any item minimum of rs. 4000/- as i ask why so they telling as per govt rules direct gift can not be deliver without any traction in to 10% of gift amt. So then they again call to hv you added any item in cart and do not go for pay it just add in to cart then one merchant code will be giving by paytm mall that u hv to enter it in pay option. And order status will be packed along with gift and its details will be showing in paytm my order u can track it also. But that is not code its fraud’s mobile no which showing paytm mall symbol. So money goes to frauds account.

                    So i asked why they came to knew our last puchase order it must be confidential. Pls stop this frauds as i m victim and lost 5990/-

                    As you have to put caution or alert on home page or site of paytm app and website to stop these frauds and keep our order details as private and secure with your server only

                    Do needful and take necessary actions
                    Rs.1770 has been deducted from my savings bank account on pos movies93333 at ptm*paytm app.

                    Refund me the amount of rs.1770 to my credit card account.

                      Hi,

                      I have not received the refund of 1315 against
                      transaction number[protected] which was of rs 1514.
                      The transaction was done through paytm to book train tickets. I have already cancelled the tickets but have not got my money back. I have checked with payment team who said that the refund has been processed.
                      There were two transaction made both of 1514. I have received refund for the first one, but not for the second transaction.

                          Sir, maine mere ek dost k account me 3000rs transfer kiye.. Lekin vo dost ko paise mile hi nicole, maine his account me vo money bheje vo hai uska hi par vo kisi aur ek bhi bank se link hai shayad.. Q ki usko vo paise mile hi ni, aur mere account se deduct huye. Maine paytmoffline se bheje paise.. Par vo uske account me credit no huye, aur meko refund bhi ni aaya.. Abhi aap batayiye ki ispe kya solution hai.?

                            I bought earphone 4 month ago and i got six month warranty also but when i go to the service centre they are not accepting my invoice why i don't. But before purchasing the product i read tge description there clearly write that for claiming warranty you can use your invoice now i'm in deep thinking that samsung is fraud or paytm. I want solution on it untill i will make a fraud video and post on facebook and youtube also.
                            I deposit electrical bill of 5859 its deducted to my bank account but bill not paid. 24 hours still processing sign showing.. Solve it i want return my money coz today is last date of paying bill

                              I ordered a water purifier in offer. But as order place after 3-4 days they cancelled my order without any notice or inform. As i ask for reason they said due to unavoidable circumstances order is cancelled.

                                I had placed koryo 6.2 automatic washing machine throgh paytm which has to be delivered to me by 24 oct 2018 but was automatically cancelled on the day of delivery. Now i have placed the same order again and no action has been taken till now.

                                The delay is causing inconvenience.

                                  I have requested for replacement for size issue on 25.09.2018 for order id - [protected], the courier person rejected the pickup for which i raised the query and then it was reschedule. However, i got message on 26.09.2018 for pickup but the courier person has not attended to pickup the courier but i got the message stating that "your shipment was not pick by our rider due to quality check failure at your doorstep" without attending me. The same person mr. Dipesh khambe (Mobile no. [protected]) who attended earlier has rejected the shipment without attending the product. Again on 27.09.2018 i raised query and the same thing happen he didn't attended and rejected the courier pickup. Kindly help me asap as he is doing this intentionally. Kindly reschedule the replacement.

                                    I had booked ticket on 26th september 2018 at 6pm but after deducting amount i didn't get any booking confirmation i called to ur paytm customer care also they said if after 20 minutes you didn't get any booking confirmation you can book new ticket amount will be refund previous ticket so booked new ticket but still not yet refunded my amount please do refund my amount as soon as possible

                                        Hi,

                                        This is with reference to upi transection id[protected] and[protected].

                                        I have been calling there customer support from last 2 days and even they are not directing me in the right direction. The issue is been on going since last 2 days without any proper support from paytm care. The customer support is pathetic and they are always providing me with different time stating that the issue will get resolved.

                                        I am on call with them from last 2 hours still no one is bothered to transfer the call to there team lead.

                                        This customer support standard in india should improve as this is not how a customer support is provided. I will be helpful if some actions are being taken from the team against paytm.
