I had placed order with Paytm having [protected] and it was being shipped by Xpressbees courier. Xprexxbees shows order delivered but no one delivered ordered. Contact number was given for Deepak as a courier delivery boy. I called him so he said, mistakenly it has been updated on your order as it was to be updated on other order. So your order will be delivered tomorrow. I called him and other day so he said contact company as we do not have any order for you. Contacted xpressbees they said that they are logging the complain. No action has been taken yet by them it has now been two days. They have embezzled my packet my order and harassing me whenever I called him to get the status. Paytm has given 24 hours contact number but then never available on the phone I tried multiple times to contact Paytm about it but they are never reachable due to high call volumes. I went tried to contact them at 5 a.m. in the morning and finding the same message on IVR that due to call volume how are represented you are busy at the moment so it seems it is fake because at 5 p.m. I don't think that Paytm number should be that much busy. Nobody is there from Paytm or xpressbees to look into this matter my money has been taken out and I am left with blank hand.

    My items still not delivered in spite of number of complains. The item shows in paytm mall as delivered on 24 sep 2018 which is not actually received by me. On complaining the same a message received from pay tm mall that my item will be delivered on 27 Sep 2018. Surprisingly today i also received a message that my item is expected to be delivered by 28 Sep 2018. This childish attitude is not accepted. My thinking was that Paytm mobile Solution is very good organisation but my thinking was completely wrong. I dont know whethetr i received my items or not.I already paid Rs 899. You are just behave like a cheater with me.
    I odered a formal shoe by paytm malla on 18th September 2018 order number:[protected] by the paytm number [protected], , but today now also item is not shipped.is that item shipped r can I cancel the item...?I need it in urgent. What is the problem with this item .?is this item delivered r not..?

        On 5th September 2018 I bought Lenovo IdeaPad 510 from Paytm app which was delivered on 7th September 2018. In first few days it was showing error message and later it stopped booting up so I contacted lenovo support where they told me there is problem with hard disk so as per Paytm replacement policies I requested for replacement on 16 separate 2018 and then in the Paytm app it showed that laptop will replace before 21 September 2018 but on 19 September 2018 it showed error so I called Paytm customer support there they lied me that they had sent me an email regarding problem about the laptop as my email wasn't linked to my Paytm account so I again talked with Paytm customer care for 7 times after which they emailed me on 21 September 2018. As per the information asked in email I called Lenovo customer care and asked for a free visit on 22 September 2018. The engineer diagnosed the laptop and told me about defective hard disk. Then I emailed all the information with photos of laptop, weight of laptop, box, engineer's jobsheet on 24rth September 2018 and asked for the response there Paytm customer care told me that they hadn't got any email yet. So I again emailed and called them on 25th and 26th September 2018 but they had the same response

          I got a cashback from Nissan & it is showing failure in my wallet. Is there any way to get the money back?
          KYC of my account is completed. I got a cashback when rechargung and its there in the wallet but the cashback from Nissan is showed as failure. The incentive i get from Nissan is transfered through paytm. Please dobthe needful to transfer the cashback to my wallet

              My complain no 87526839 still not resolve. My order no.[protected] could not be delivered till date. This type of service from a reputed company like your really not acceptable. I am dealing with paytm for last 5 years and sorry to say that you service is very poor and i should not recommended any one for opening of account in pay tm because you service to the customer is not professional. Immediate sort out my problem other wise i will complain in consumer grievance cell against paytm.
              I have lost mobile then call customer care to block after some time when new sim issued then asked to unblock but they within 24 hour it have not unblocked till now

                  I made a Purchase of Rs. 93199/- on Date 20/09/2018 on Paytm through my Debit Card and On Date 21/09/2018 I cancelled the Product and my Refund was Confirmed though I recieved the Rs 10000 in my Paytm Wallet and Left amount Rs 83199 is Initiated by Paytm to refund in my Account But Not Recieved Yet.

                    We bought a Symphony Air Cooler from Paytm on 25th April (Order No. [protected]). The cooler stopped working in August. We filed several complaints with the Symphony Customer Care (complaint id: DL[protected]) but we are not getting any service. However, one year warranty was advertised on the paytm app. I just want to know who is responsible for providing the warranty service.

                      A sum of Rs.7770/- was debited to my HDFC Credit card through POS at Movies93333 at 16.29 hours on 10th August 2018. This transaction was not authorized by me. The transaction on my credit card was through PAYTM and I did not swipe my card at any outlet or POS on that date for this amount.

                        My order no. [protected] showing delivered on 24 sep 2013 without actual delivery to me. Both your company and courier agency service extremely poor. I will lodge a complain before customer forum if the same will not resolve with the day. Moreover, a message from paytm mall received to day duly stated that your items will be delivered within 27 sep 2018 which is not acceptable by me. Please try to understand value of money otherwise i will take appropriate action against both of you. I also contracted over 33776677 but after a long waiting your representative could not be available. I have already spent a lot of money for calling both you and blue dart.
                        Plz I want reply from paytm because I need money immediately my Gmail is [protected]@gmail.com

                          I have paid icai membership of ankit bhandari, membership no 414218 today (25/09/2018) online by using option paytm gateway. I dint login to paytm account and paid directly through credit card. I received message from hdfc bank which is attached along with this complaint which shows amount is debited to movies93333. Please check at your end whether you received payment or not and if not then call paytm to resolve issue. They are not supporting me as i havent login to my paytm account. When i called hdfc bank customer care they told. Me amount is debited to paytm app noi and transation details are merchant category a299-reason 78597, bin ica 504492. Please revert immediately.

                            I have ordered paramount incofit premium adult diapers medium, pack of 100, 71cm-10. Order no [protected]. The product cost 3, 369 indian rupees.

                            And i want to mention this is for patient.

                            In case of 100 units i have received 10 units. And i raised the ticket and mentioned as my mail id as vinodhkumar. [protected]@gmail.com before seven days with proof as image what i have received.

                            Now they are saying that i have not sent images as when they requested. So they are not accepting my request.

                              I've ordered a shoe from paytm mall by seeing ferrari logo on the showed shoe, but after delivery there is no logo and very simple single colour shoe delivered, hope it was by mistake, waiting for the replacement and send me the proper shoe as showing in the shopping apps.. Difference pictures is uploaded in the attached file.. This is the first time worst experience from paytm. Please replace it soon. Thank you.

                                I have purchased many product from Paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on Paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my Paytm Wallet but due to some error "Your account is temporarily blocked for login" I can’t login my account or i can't use my Paytm wallet.
                                Last 4-5 days i am continuing email to Paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now.

                                i tried to call them in different number are given for contact like[protected], but no one can pick up the phone and no reply or no call from Paytm team side. Please as soon as possible my account unblock

                                  Paytm has lately released new way to offer cashback on completion of collective usage of service from them like 300rs cashback on 10 recharge, 125rs cashback on 4 electricity bill payment.
                                  I unlocked the offer of 10 mobile recharge for 300rs cashback, just when I was about to reach the target to avail offer benefit, without even asking they switched my then done recharge as 1st recharge for some other promotional offer imposed on me by them. This is happening frequently now. Moreover they do not have any customer care to resolve the issue.
                                  They are tricking poor customers into their new web like : DO 10 MOBILE RECHARGE FOR 300rs CASHBACK . And just when customer is about to achieve, they switch the existing offer with some new offer without even asking. Then you receive the message - THANKS FOR UNLOCKING 7 PE 700 OFFER CASHBACK.
                                  please stop making fool of peoples hard earned money.

                                    I have been trying to change my registered mobile number for few weeks now but unable to do so even with Paytm help. Paytm standard help reply says that use 'trouble logging in' option and then 'changed my mobile number' option but there is no such option 'changed my mobile number' on paytm application.
                                    Paytm 's voice help is also bad because you don't get to talk to real person and it's only pre-set help options thrown to you.

                                    This is bit of frustrating.

                                      14th september 2018 i tried to book my ticket on uts app via paytm but my money deducted from my bank account but my ticket wasn't book yet.. And after 9 days i still didn't get my money back. I tried to contact uts sealdah division also but they aren't picked up calls. I had sent a email but no response from uts. My mobile number is [protected]. I have sent you transaction detail that i had been made on that day. But still i am not be able to get my refund from uts. Its a cheating.

                                        As per offer provided by paytm i have paid 2 times on zomato to order food. I paid 204.5/-on my 1st payment and on my 2nd payment paid 146/-. As per terms and condition of paytm i am eligible for the cashback of 50/-. But when i complaint about it paytm customercare said that i have to apply promocode blr100 but it is actually not that offer which i am availing. They said about another offer but the offer which i am availing there is not such apply of promocode written in their terms and conditions for this cashback offer to avail. I am attaching all the proofs of transactions and terms and condition of paytm.

                                        Issue resolved.Paytm don't make any call they only message to your complain on their site only.So beware of fraudcallers don't give any personal details to them as well as dont upload your personal data on this site as it is shown to all.
                                        Date 5-9-2018, i am not receive 1300 money from paytm.Money got deducted from bank account but not added to paytm wallet.see in photos.
