Paytm has lately released new way to offer cashback on completion of collective usage of service from them like 300rs cashback on 10 recharge, 125rs cashback on 4 electricity bill payment.
I unlocked the offer of 10 mobile recharge for 300rs cashback, just when I was about to reach the target to avail offer benefit, without even asking they switched my then done recharge as 1st recharge for some other promotional offer imposed on me by them. This is happening frequently now. Moreover they do not have any customer care to resolve the issue.
They are tricking poor customers into their new web like : DO 10 MOBILE RECHARGE FOR 300rs CASHBACK . And just when customer is about to achieve, they switch the existing offer with some new offer without even asking. Then you receive the message - THANKS FOR UNLOCKING 7 PE 700 OFFER CASHBACK.
