A sum of Rs.7770/- was debited to my HDFC Credit card through POS at Movies93333 at 16.29 hours on 10th August 2018. This transaction was not authorized by me. The transaction on my credit card was through PAYTM and I did not swipe my card at any outlet or POS on that date for this amount....

I have paid icai membership of ankit bhandari, membership no 414218 today (25/09/2018) online by using option paytm gateway. I dint login to paytm account and paid directly through credit card. I received message from hdfc bank which is attached along with this complaint which shows amount is debited to movies93333. Please check at your end whether you received payment or not and if not then call paytm to resolve issue. They are not supporting...

I have ordered paramount incofit premium adult diapers medium, pack of 100, 71cm-10. Order no [protected]. The product cost 3, 369 indian rupees.

I've ordered a shoe from paytm mall by seeing ferrari logo on the showed shoe, but after delivery there is no logo and very simple single colour shoe delivered, hope it was by mistake, waiting for the replacement and send me the proper shoe as showing in the shopping apps.. I have purchased many product from Paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on Paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my Paytm Wallet but due to some error "Your account is temporarily blocked for login" I can’t login my account or i can't use my Paytm wallet.
Last 4-5 days i am continuing email to Paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now.

Paytm has lately released new way to offer cashback on completion of collective usage of service from them like 300rs cashback on 10 recharge, 125rs cashback on 4 electricity bill payment.
I unlocked the offer of 10 mobile recharge for 300rs cashback, just when I was about to reach the target to avail offer benefit, without even asking they switched my then done recharge as 1st recharge for some other promotional offer imposed on...

I have been trying to change my registered mobile number for few weeks now but unable to do so even with Paytm help. Paytm standard help reply says that use 'trouble logging in' option and then 'changed my mobile number' option but there is no such option 'changed my mobile number' on paytm application.
Paytm 's voice help is also bad because you don't get to talk to real person and it's only pre-set help options thrown to you.br...

14th september 2018 i tried to book my ticket on uts app via paytm but my money deducted from my bank account but my ticket wasn't book yet.. And after 9 days i still didn't get my money back. As per offer provided by paytm i have paid 2 times on zomato to order food. I paid 204.5/-on my 1st payment and on my 2nd payment paid 146/-. As per terms and condition of paytm i am eligible for the cashback of 50/-. But when i complaint about it paytm customercare said that i have to apply promocode blr100 but it is actually not that offer which i am availing. They said about another offer but the offer which i am availing there is not...

I have ordered Yamaha R15 on paytm at the price of 127500 on 21st September 2018. Due to some issues I requested Paytm team to cancel the order and refund the amount. But they are delaying the process and not refunding the amount. Requesting consumer forum to cancel the order and refund the total amount today....

I did credit card payment of rs 3000 of kotak bank on 12th sep and till date no amount transferred from their end. Kotak bank saying it is pending from paytm side and paytm saying it is pending from kotak bank. Request you to please look into the matter as it almost 10 days up now

Only after seeing the cashback i have applied for the order now i got the product and they are saying cashback was not for that products promo code was not applied.
And they are not even taking it back.
They should have informed me about the cashback...

Some one called me and said your number is listed for won the gift. you can get any one gift which are listed (laptop or jewellery or etc) then i disconnected the phone i thought its fraud. but again some one called me for same think then i thought it may be. then i asked for further he said, you have to add any item in your paytm add list after that you have to pay .then we will send to your address your product and your gift . then i did...

After your involvement they just asked and then reply the same story. They denied to help.
They are not ready to listen . I am unable to contact them as they never get connected. There is no other way of communication with them.
They are replying on email with the same responses which is not gonna help.
Please help me with the further escalation procedure....

I have bought a laptop bag fro paytm mall, which is defective. I have paid 695 from my debit card in which 200 paytm cash has been cash backed in paytm wallet. As the product is defective so i returned back the product.

Now my complain is if i have paid 695 rs. For the product i should returned back 695 to my bank account not 495. As if product is defective and i returned back then my cash back should be automatically deducted...

I booked 3 tickets in IRCTC rail connect app. I have paid 1157.04 rupees for the ticket. But the ticket has not been booked. But I confirmed that the money has been deducted from my account. It was transferred to paytm.
I confirmed the same with my banking transactions ID.
I want my money back in my account .
Please do the needful....

I have returned the product (order No. [protected]) as it was damaged. Paytm says that the refund has been initiated on 31st Aug but still the amount is not reflecting in my account. Its a fraud and the customer care representatives are too rude to provide any solutions. Please look upon my matter and refund the amount as soon as possible....
