I have ordered Yamaha R15 on paytm at the price of 127500 on 21st September 2018. Due to some issues I requested Paytm team to cancel the order and refund the amount. But they are delaying the process and not refunding the amount. Requesting consumer forum to cancel the order and refund the total amount today.

    I did credit card payment of rs 3000 of kotak bank on 12th sep and till date no amount transferred from their end. Kotak bank saying it is pending from paytm side and paytm saying it is pending from kotak bank. Request you to please look into the matter as it almost 10 days up now

      Kindly charge paytm what ever way you can
      It is a fraud total fraud
      Only after seeing the cashback i have applied for the order now i got the product and they are saying cashback was not for that products promo code was not applied.
      And they are not even taking it back.

        Some one called me and said your number is listed for won the gift. you can get any one gift which are listed (laptop or jewellery or etc) then i disconnected the phone i thought its fraud. but again some one called me for same think then i thought it may be. then i asked for further he said, you have to add any item in your paytm add list after that you have to pay .then we will send to your address your product and your gift . then i did all his process according him . but till date not any response . do something and refund my amount in my account . for reference i am sharing those numbers and screen shot of his paytm code.

          After your involvement they just asked and then reply the same story. They denied to help.
          They are not ready to listen . I am unable to contact them as they never get connected. There is no other way of communication with them.
          They are replying on email with the same responses which is not gonna help.
          Please help me with the further escalation procedure.

            I have bought a laptop bag fro paytm mall, which is defective. I have paid 695 from my debit card in which 200 paytm cash has been cash backed in paytm wallet. As the product is defective so i returned back the product.

            Now my complain is if i have paid 695 rs. For the product i should returned back 695 to my bank account not 495. As if product is defective and i returned back then my cash back should be automatically deducted to my wallet and added to my bank account.

            This is a policy of e commerce sites to send defective product so that it can be promoted wallet money instead of indian currency. So, i should get returned all my payment done to paytm to my bank account according to rbi rule, not in paytm wallet. This is type of cheating and fraud-ism.

              I booked 3 tickets in IRCTC rail connect app. I have paid 1157.04 rupees for the ticket. But the ticket has not been booked. But I confirmed that the money has been deducted from my account. It was transferred to paytm.
              I confirmed the same with my banking transactions ID.
              I want my money back in my account .
              Please do the needful.

                  I have returned the product (order No. [protected]) as it was damaged. Paytm says that the refund has been initiated on 31st Aug but still the amount is not reflecting in my account. Its a fraud and the customer care representatives are too rude to provide any solutions. Please look upon my matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    I order a boss bassheads 235 v2 in ear super extra bass earphone with mic (ocean blue) through paytm mall on 13September 2018 Order no. [protected] . It will be delivered via delivery on 16 September 2018, but the courier boy doesn't call or massage me. I have been complained about it to paytm and courier partner delivery but they doesn't listen me. I called delhivery but they doesn't reissued my complain. .

                      I have successfully completed the transaction of 600+60 uc in pubg mobile for rs. 799 on 17th september 2018. But, the product is not received yet. The amount is debited from my account. Please kindly refund my money to the saving account i did my payment. I contacted the bank regarding this issue and was told that the transaction did go through times of money ltd did received my money. So kindly refund my money thank you

                        There is a advertisement at Kaka Shree Fuel Centre, Bawrasala (Indore) Petrol pump as attached. Saying 5% cashback.

                        I have used twice a time paytm for payment but not received the discounts of 5% (order id's [protected] and [protected] ),

                        Now they are saying that You are not eligible for the cashback offer against the order id's [protected] and [protected] as the merchant Kaka shree Fuel Centre is not included in 5% cashback campaign.

                        Attached Poster saying clearly 5% cash payment at Kaka Shree Fuel Centre. Please take necessary action.

                        The Nodal Office is also not doing anything.

                          My order number [protected].. Paytm fellows delivered wrongly.. I called them regarding my order.. No one lifted the call.. 4th day they lifted the call after one hour keeping on hold.. That fellows simply saying system will not support on 4 that day to raise query...

                          Wrong delivery is their mistake.. They have to solve...

                          For their mistake that bloody guys telling bloody fffff — gggg reasons...
                          Niether i am geeting refund nir my product is getting delivered.

                            Money deducted from bank acct, payee hasn't received.
                            On 28th June 2018, money transferred to SBI acct, but payee hasnt received. Asked Paytm to provide transaction id, that is generated at paytm's end while transferring from paytm to payee's bank, so that i can provide proof of tranfer to payee's bank. Paytm is not cooperating by providing transaction id & only insisting that transfer was successful !
                            I got fake call saying that sum assured gift offer for me, n to claim offer buy product worth rupees 4000 n above, i paid amount in online both NEFT & IMPS ve paid 4785 twice, again next day called for paying GST amount 9999, I ve paid but now phone is switched off, pls help me

                              Hi team, i have raised issue regarding recent my bus journey. I explained my issue to 7-8 times to customer care representive but they are not providing me satisfaction solution.. Query ref number is.[protected].. Its regarding bus journey... Bus came late around 1 and half hour due to this i miss my next journey.. Due to their delay i faced lots off issue financially as well as mentally stress.. I want refund of my ticket.

                                  I ordered a projector on paytm mall of egate from egate ghaziabad up, on Aug 14 . I received the package on Aug 21 outside of my office address by an unknown person ( usually product delivered inside office by known person) . I got all the accessories excluding the product (projector). I raised the concern on paytm mall, they rejected twice . Then I spoke with them they asked me to wait, I waited almost a month and now they said that they will not help as they delivered the product. I escalated the issue on Twitter as well, nothing happen. Order number [protected] Please help.

                                  I got the call from one of very unprofessional cus service guy named Kunal from escalation department. He clearly denied for the resolution and asking for evidence. Is Paytm mall is a kind of cop asking evidence from cx.
                                  I have recorded the complete call conversation for proof, moreover he denied providing any supervisor on call.

                                  They are keep emailing the same thing and nit providing any resolution. They said that they delivered the complete product and not beliving me. Do I need to file a legal complain now.
                                  One transaction of 25 Aug was done Automatically from my debit Account worth 1000Rs against OTHPG768054 ONE97 Communication which was not done by me. From that day my faith on this app has got fallen and I do not want this paytym to use again.Kindly refund my money.

                                      My mother got a call on 16th september'18 from a person giving his identification that he belongs to sbi debit card department. The guy over the call created a panic situation by informing my mother that her sbi account will get suspended because of kyc information not been updated. With that the guy also informed my mother that the debit card which she is using will get expire within next 2 days and my mother will not be able to recover her money due to the account suspension. The guy then took my mother's debit card details and sent message to her phone that an amount of rs49999.0 will be going to deduct because of the above stated reason. Then one more message came to her phone stating that to provide the one time password to finish the transaction. That last message forced my mother to gave second thought as this case looks very much suspicious and she denied share the otp with that guy. Then the person actually started retaliating and threatened my monther many times by calling her that she will loose all her money if she doesn't share the otp. The first message which came to my mother was something like that: thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxx for a purchase worth rs49999.0 on pos[protected] at paytm txn#[protected]... The other message was: your otp for online purchase of rs49999.00 at paytm thru sbi debit card... As my mother didn't share the otp, so i am kind of sure that the amount has not credited to the fraudulent account. But, the sadest part is that the amount has been debited from my mother's account. So, i would like to know how can my mother's money be recovered.

                                      however i have the paytm code and i wish to add my cashback money to my paytm wallet ([protected]).

                                      and one more thing when i am trying to contact paytm team the phone numbers i.e,[protected], [protected] doesn't exist.

                                        Sir I just booked ticket from IRCTC payment through Paytm. Ticket not ordered but amount debited from my bank account via UPI. Paytm not noticing this transaction on its passbook. What about my money I have mail with order ID [protected] for confirmation. Customer service not responding.
