I am using using paytm from last 3 years and from last 6 month you guys have blocked my account without any reason and when i raised it you cybercell they want a statement and provided me a card last 4 digit which is not belong to me what a pathetic service you guys have

• the interesting story about paytm. I booked a blue tooth speaker zoook zb rocker boom box on paytm mall on 03.08.2018 vide order no. [protected] with computer craft dehradoon. While i kept waiting the order was delayed and the delivery date was extended by 2 days on every due date. When the item was not delivered, i cancelled on 16.08.2018.
• on the same day i. E. 16.08.2018, vide order no. [protected], i again booked the same item on paytm mall with different supplier m/s nihar market hyderabad presuming the problem with vendor. After prolong delay, delivery date was extending 2 days on every delivery date and finally, the order was cancelled by paytm on 24.08.2018 in their own.
• presuming genuine reasons and believing on paytm, i again booked the same item on 24.08.2018 vide order no. [protected] with different vendor m/s kme trader hyderabad, thinking positively that at least this time, i will get the item. Again the same story happened. Delivery date delayed and on every due date the delivery date was extended by 2 days and ultimately the order was cancelled by paytm on 4.09.2018.
Will paytm investigate the issue? And give satisfactory reasons? This is very serious issue.

I have added rs. 500 in my wife's alka vyas in paytm wallat account wrongly.

After verification it was found that i have added in my wife;s other jio paytm mobile number instead of vodafone no., kyc of this number not done. My wife has already vodafone no. Paytm,.

My wife is trying to open jio new paytm but rs. 500/- is not indicating and opening. Hence, she is unable to use / send back 500 to me.

I have verify my bob account rs. 500 has been debited on[protected] in paytm account - jio mob. No. Of my wife (Alka vyas).

Pl arrange to refund or add rs. 500 in my paytm account or my wife vodafone paytm account (Kyc done).

Pl respond and do the needful.

I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from hdfc bank a/c and the amount debited inr 265 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. I have booked my ticket on 02 sep 2018 till i don't received my refund.

Hi i have bought two kurties. But before delivery i cancelled them. Now i have not received my money back. Cash back amount has been deducted.

When no product has been delivered how can you deduct cash back amount stating that this is rbi guidelines. It is not a small amount for one product it is 971 and for other it is 419 rupees.

I have tried calling 24*7 support number many times but was kept on hold for hous without connecting to agent. No other way to communicate with paytm support

Please address my concerns on priority and get me my money back.

It's been 50 days till date no cashback! Complaint id : 85853974

I'm writing this as one of the formal written complaint/grievance, as paytm has stopped replying to emails these days (Before i take other lagal actions) and it's almost impossible to get through their pathetic customer service, too useless and carefree, they don't care. They give rude & scripted replies, in case you are able to get through. If your money is stuck with paytm, customer service department is simply there to aggravate the situation. It's become hopeless. However, i don't like to get cheated, hence plan to take this to a logical conclusion.

I ordered a product on 14 august 2018 it was delivered to me but the product delivered to me was different to the product i ordered i requested the return but no one contacted me for return pickup i called the help executive 4 times but they keep on saying ur product will pickup today tomorrow but no one called me i suffered a loss due to this its been going to be a month i am troubled with this

I purchased a bluetooth earphone from paytm. I have already done payement for it and it is not being delivered now. It was supposed to be delivered by 13th september but no clue where my product is right now. There is no updation in tracking details and whenever i try to contact them, there is no option of texting or calling just simply a pre recorded text display which says your product will be delivered by 13th sept. And when i try to call, they won’t pickup.

I want to know why my order status is 'delivered' when the product is not delivered yet?
Atleast the courier should call and let me know that order will be delivered late or whatever before marking the status delivered.
The paytm mall app doesn't have option to raise a complaint.
The order delivery section says please call the courier.
The courier is not responding.
The delivery guy never called me where he delivered the product.
The paytm customer care is not responding.
The order was marked delivered purposely after 6pm so that the customer care service is not reachable.
The machine says their working hours are 10 to 6pm.
Now its a weekend and the app says such issues should be raised within 72 hours.
What kind of service is this?

Someone addressed me as a railway irctc employee while making a telephonic call related with cancellation tickets refund.
He however deducted my money from my sbi savings account no. Xxxxxx97415 of rs.690. And rs 190. The details information on transactions is as:

This is to inform you that, Had placed an order by Paytm order number is [protected] i didnt receive my parcel yet but its showing as delivered on september 12th by blue dart courier services and i didnt get any call from paytm too. i tried to call paytm customer service they didnt response for my call.please help me.

Soap instead of mobile
Dear paytm team,

This is really very shameful for paytm that i yogendra vats ordered a mobile phone (Dated: july 08, 2017) through paytm and today i have received a soap inside the mobile phone box. So, dear paytm team, can you please justify the same. I am also trying to get in touch with your customer care executive from morning but there is no representative to take call due to heavy call waiting list.
The phone value is rs. 14949 (Motorola moto g4 plus). I am really very upset and going to take legal proceeding against the paytm. I need my money back.

I'm a registered paytm merchant. I've transferred Rs.50000 from paytm wallet to my paytm bank on August 9th, 2018. I haven't received the money neither into my paytm bank nor into my wallet rill date. All the kyc verification, document submission was done. Provided all the information they've asked. I'm constantly spending more than a hour on daily basis but in vain. My 50000 has been stuck with paytm. The customer support is of no help. They constantly asks me to wait for 2 days. It's going nowhere. I want my money along with the time I've spent with customer support.

this is to inform you that on 6th aug 2018 i have ordered a product from paytm. And my order i'd is [protected] (Sugar_rush beautiful girl's rose flower appliqued sleeveless party dress in fuschia red.) and on 8th aug 2018 my status got updated as the product was shipped by the seller and it was displaying on the site that it will be reach by 23rd. Than i waited till 23rd but the product was not delivered.. Than i mailed to paytm for the same. After that on 28th i received a mail from paytm that my order has been successfully deleived as well as i updated for the same on paytm site.. (Here i am sending you all my screenshots). but layer on i come to know that we have not received any packet from paytm. So i tried to message you through the application but there on site in my order query section it displayed that the product had been delivered on 24th and with in 3 days we can register the complaint.. And 4 days got over so i was unable to register my complaint. Than i call to custom executive of paytm and told him the same... He registered my complaint with 83429510 this complaint id. And assure me to revert with in 24 hours. But i didn't receive any kind of revert. Than next day again i made a call to paytm executive abdullah was the name of executive.. This time he told me the issue is of the deleivery services. And again registered my complaint with a new complaint i'd 83595886 and again assure me to revert with in next 24 hrs.. I waited for the same but they did not reply.. This time i made a call to the courier service.. They asked me for the awb number which i can find out from paytm site.. I found the same (Awb no [protected] from paytm site.. Deepak was the name of that customer executive. He checked the status and told me that the package had not picked till now from paytm.. That's why we are unable to deleiver the product. He told me that he will talk to paytm executive and will revert me in another 24 hrs. And also registered my complaint with 1266804 this complaint i'd. After that again i call many times to paytm executive but they are unable to give me answer for this. The case is actuly crystal clear.. As the order have not been picked by the courier service how it could be possible to deleiver it.. Here i am attaching the screenshot of the latest update of my order for your convenience. So what i mean to say is if your site is unable to deleiver the product than its better for you to refund my money as soon as possible.. Everything is crystal clear.. So don't take too much time to refund my money.1 month is over.. Many times i called to paytm as well as courier service but no one is answering me.. They have not refund my money as well as the product is undelivered.

There was a call with an offer about a tour package. And after filling all information we clicked on pay.. then there was a call asking to pay the money through paytm. And now there is no sign of the oackage and the number is also not connecting.

as i gave him my ATM card no. with pin

Person has debit Rs. 49, 999/- though DEBIT card wia PAYTM NOIDA without my consent.

This is false transect ion / Fraud. For that i have make complain in cyber crime in Ahmedabad.

Kindly quickly take action on this transaction. Pls stop this payment of this transaction. this is fraud transaction.
