I'm a registered paytm merchant. I've transferred Rs.50000 from paytm wallet to my paytm bank on August 9th, 2018. I haven't received the money neither into my paytm bank nor into my wallet rill date. All the kyc verification, document submission was done. Provided all the information they've asked. I'm constantly spending more than a hour on daily basis but in vain. My 50000 has been stuck with paytm. The customer support is of no help. They constantly asks me to wait for 2 days. It's going nowhere. I want my money along with the time I've spent with customer support.

    Sir/madam,
    this is to inform you that on 6th aug 2018 i have ordered a product from paytm. And my order i'd is [protected] (Sugar_rush beautiful girl's rose flower appliqued sleeveless party dress in fuschia red.) and on 8th aug 2018 my status got updated as the product was shipped by the seller and it was displaying on the site that it will be reach by 23rd. Than i waited till 23rd but the product was not delivered.. Than i mailed to paytm for the same. After that on 28th i received a mail from paytm that my order has been successfully deleived as well as i updated for the same on paytm site.. (Here i am sending you all my screenshots). but layer on i come to know that we have not received any packet from paytm. So i tried to message you through the application but there on site in my order query section it displayed that the product had been delivered on 24th and with in 3 days we can register the complaint.. And 4 days got over so i was unable to register my complaint. Than i call to custom executive of paytm and told him the same... He registered my complaint with 83429510 this complaint id. And assure me to revert with in 24 hours. But i didn't receive any kind of revert. Than next day again i made a call to paytm executive abdullah was the name of executive.. This time he told me the issue is of the deleivery services. And again registered my complaint with a new complaint i'd 83595886 and again assure me to revert with in next 24 hrs.. I waited for the same but they did not reply.. This time i made a call to the courier service.. They asked me for the awb number which i can find out from paytm site.. I found the same (Awb no [protected] from paytm site.. Deepak was the name of that customer executive. He checked the status and told me that the package had not picked till now from paytm.. That's why we are unable to deleiver the product. He told me that he will talk to paytm executive and will revert me in another 24 hrs. And also registered my complaint with 1266804 this complaint i'd. After that again i call many times to paytm executive but they are unable to give me answer for this. The case is actuly crystal clear.. As the order have not been picked by the courier service how it could be possible to deleiver it.. Here i am attaching the screenshot of the latest update of my order for your convenience. So what i mean to say is if your site is unable to deleiver the product than its better for you to refund my money as soon as possible.. Everything is crystal clear.. So don't take too much time to refund my money.1 month is over.. Many times i called to paytm as well as courier service but no one is answering me.. They have not refund my money as well as the product is undelivered.

    Cheat company refund of recharge amount is not done. Done recharge of rs 378 on7 september it was unsuccessful but still refund not done

      There was a call with an offer about a tour package. And after filling all information we clicked on pay.. then there was a call asking to pay the money through paytm. And now there is no sign of the oackage and the number is also not connecting.

        Today around 5.00 pm i have received call from SBI for blocking of ATM card
        as i gave him my ATM card no. with pin

        Person has debit Rs. 49, 999/- though DEBIT card wia PAYTM NOIDA without my consent.
        Transaction ID : OTHPG 181427 PTM*PAYTM NOIDA

        This is false transect ion / Fraud. For that i have make complain in cyber crime in Ahmedabad.

        Kindly quickly take action on this transaction. Pls stop this payment of this transaction. this is fraud transaction.

            I have a grievance related to the money deducted but transaction didnt completed and my money got stuck. That means total 2610 got stuck and after discussing with bank, they told that money is transferred to merchant that means paytm. Transaction ids are paytm mob/[protected]/[protected]/onli and paytm mob/[protected]/[protected]/onli which i got from my account statement. So please resolve this issue and refund my money.

              I have been trying to call the helpline but after keeping me on hold for 30 mins no one is ready to answer the call. Since May my problem is not solved.
              Request all the users instead of paytm use Tez. Paytm services are horrible
              I ordred vr its cost its 62 0 rs the courier came and give the product after opening it the upper part of the vris broken the date of the incdent is 6 th september 2018 ido not no the cleint name and the resolution is to return and refund

                  I am unable to complete my kyc i don't know why so please help me .
                  I had more than 350 rupees in my paytm account ..I booked an Uber ride and paid 45 rupees from paytm to the cab driver but after transaction I was left with only Rs.9 in my account...
                  On 3rd of July, I tried to add money from bank to paytm wallet for shopping but unfortunately amount debited from account but not added in the wallet.
                  the paytm is responsible or not for this mistake?

                        I am a regular user of your paytm app with my mobile number[protected] and my email id : [protected]@gmail.com. I have paid 3 electricity bills under the cash back offer "7 pee 700 electricity offer'. Now i have to submit the fourth bill and i am trying since saturday. But after showing the bill details and amount, the processing stops, even i have more than sufficient balance in my paytm account. I am unable to pay the bill every time. And today is the last date for the online payment. Please suggest me and oblige.

                          I received 20000/- from other paytm app to my paytm bank account but amount is not received in my paytm bank account. The successful transaction made at 24 may 2018 but amount is pending to be receive. They told me that your paytm bank account is not open but i have all things account number and ifsc code. They are giving only time and time or time... Time... But not returned or not transferred in my account.
                          Please solve this asap....

                              I have taken bus card worth 169 which is valid for 5 bookings cashback of 100 each but after one booking it I saying promo code is valid only for once I was trying for 2 weeks but no response from paytm everytime they will tell 24 hrs we need to wait

                                I bought an item on marvel future fight gaming app but i did not get an item, the purchase is not showing on google pay and even i did not get any mail regarding this... I just a got a massage of diduction of money i m sending a screenshot show of massage.. Reference number is available in massage... Pls kindly complete my transaction or refund my money...

                                    Beware of Paytm Products, they are selling the products through unauthorised sellers of the products.

                                    Due to this, all warranty of the product will be null & void. Company is not going to entrtain the warranty of the product if purchased from this type o[censored]nauthorised sellers.
