I received a payment by scanning the qr code on 23rdjune 2018. I have a paytm merchant account. The bank account linked with my paytm is not operative any more. Please help me divert the said amount received to my paytm wallet.
There is no entry as such in my paytm passbook regarding this transaction. I've received the following 2 messages on my register phone no.
1) count#1:rs 4950.00 paid to punit auto mobiles by 9xxxx69100 at 23 jun, 2018 12:16 pm. Orderid [protected].

2) we attempted a transfer to your bank account for payout of[protected] of rs. 4950.0, but was failed by your bank, we will initiate the payout tomorrow.

Tried calling customer care and merchant help numbers, but it was useless... They didn't know the course of action to be taken!

    Dear sir please resolve this issue that i have made a transaction on 13th jun 2018 means this month for the order of paytm mall product of 252 rupees through upi payment from my paytm payment bank but unfortunately transaction is not successful but money debited from my bank account. Many times i've contacted to the customer service center but no response till now and the money not credited to my account so please sir refund the amount and help me. I did this transaction for the payment of paytm mallproducts. On mall they massage me that amount will be credited within 7working days but write now no money added back. So please sir please resolve this issue and refund the amount.

      I have done transaction on 4 th june 2018. I was trying to order product from paytm but money was debited and order not placed. After conversation with bank, bank told that transaction has committed from there end and bank not able to register complaint against this. And bank statement clearly shows that money paid to paytm. After lot of calls and mail my issue still not resolved.
      Kindly solve my issue as early as possible.

        I bought product of rs 374, and there was cashback offer of rs 200.
        Rs 374 was deducted from my bank account and i received product. But even after 5days i didn't received any cashback so i returned product.
        Now after returning, paytm is saying as there was cashback of rs 200 (Which i didn't received) and i wl get 174rs back i my bank account.
        I have bank statements which shows deduction of rs 374 during purchase.
        I also have statements of paytm in which its clear that i didn't received any refund.

          I had paced the order on 7 th june which was received on 13th june. Product was faulty hence replacement order was generated & Order was cancelled by seller & message received that refund will get within 24 hrs but 24 hrs over, refund is not initiated yet. Whenever i am calling on support everyone is disconnecting the calls or not responding properly. I've sent mails as well on customer care but no one is responding.it is very disappointing.

            I tried to book ticket on irctc on 22/06/2018 for 13009 Doon express. The tickets were not booked but ₹-2166.80 was deducted from my account. Now in irctc portal it says"pending from bank end". Transactions was done through paytm m gateway(net banking). I have contacted irctc regarding this, but they are saying they have not the amount. The amount was not refunded into my account. How do I get my money back

              Dear sir
              On 21 june at 6:00pm i have recharged a airtel number with registered mobile number, order id is [protected] and transaction id is [protected]. But till now my recharge is not done still in waiting. I have already cancel it but its not done and say please try after sometime but later same problem there and message to him but don't give me any response. So help me for the same.

                I got refund of premium through paytm gateway. My phone number is [protected]. As per the insurance company data, they gave refund to paytm on 27/05/2018 but paytm did not give credit to my account. No proper response on complaint also. I only used the link provided by the policybazar for buying the insurance. They provided link with paytm and hence payment was routed throgh it. Now policybazar also not properly responding these kinds of intermediary services are to be controlled by some regulators. Else numerous small transactions will go unnoticed and resultantly these companies will gain.

                  I first time ordered a LED solar lantern on Paytm but the delivery man called me and said that u have to come on the metro Station to collect your product he denied to deliver toy home and the language he used was so bad.he told that "Mai nahi aa raha mar do complaint krni h to" it was so disgusting..now I want my money back bcz I don't get my product

                    Tax Fraudulent issue by PayTM for Flight Booking ID : [protected].

                    Below is the summary:
                    1. PayTM charged GST without providing any GST details and also without asking my company GST details on the final bill copy. (Final bill copy attached)

                    2. Airline company can't provide any GST details as PayTM didn't take any GST details from me at the time of booking. (Booking pages of website & PayTM app attached).

                    3. Their provided ticket can't be claimed in my company as it has no GST inputs in it. So, it means that the passenger employee won't get the claimed amount from the company.

                    4. Even at this moment, their booking pages nowhere shows the GST input options for the passenger. That means, now they are still carelessly cheating others in India.

                    5. On the very booking date, with an hour I made 2 calls to their helpline with my grievances (I have the call recordings). Also, 2 times I expressed my grievances with the pathetic behaviors.

                    6. I also mentioned that I may go to the consumer forum if they don't provide a solution to my issue but until this 4th day, I have not received any comforting solution apart from mear 41 INR return as wallet cashback.

                    Praying for help to the consumer forum now!!!

                        On dated 22/6/2018 i didn't get transaction alert of rs 255, but i checked from my internet banking 255 ruppes has been deducted . The details of transactions are,

                        i want to know the mobile number from which these transactions have been made & in which account my money has been transffered. Sir please subbit my complaint about the unauthorized transactions of rs 255 & help me to let me know the information about the hackers. So that i can get my money back.

                          I, hemlata sharma is holding a bank account no.[protected]with indusind sector 4 gurgaon branch since 21 dec 2017. There have been 4 unauthorized and fraudulent transaction in my account to the paytm account which needs to be refunded. I have updated the employees in branch about the transactions but got no resolution from them. The details of the transactions are as below:

                          12.05.2018 inr 9, 999
                          23.05.2018 inr 3, 010
                          Please reverse my paytm saving account money Rs-1000 A/c no[protected].
                          Automatically bedit my paytm account.
                          Hi,

                          I did kyc and still order cashback not received. Called paytm nobody picking the call. No reply over mail.

                          Paytm making fool with coupon codes to get order and not fullfilling their promise.
                          My customer id or mobile number is [protected].I did not able to transfer my wallet amount to bank account .Please solve my issue as soon as possible .

                            It's already been 5 days since I have provided you with the information you wanted. But no action taken.

                            Have been calling customer care since yesterday. After opting for the options it directs me to the customer care representative. But after waiting it disconnects. And no one is replying to my mails either.

                              I order a "pure it 14 letter" (price ₹1699) on 5 June 2018. order no is [protected]. And any reason i cancelled this order on 6 June 2018. I got ₹200 on my Paytm wallet instent I'm not got my ₹1499 on my bank account. Paytm said my refund is credit in next 14 days. But i can't get my refund.

                              Today I complained on Paytm app (queries reference no.[protected] but my complaint is closed from paytm side without my resolve.

                              I hope you take action on this problem and my refund in credit on my account soon.

                                  I am not here to compalin anything about paytm but just suggesting some new feautures on which paytm team should modify in their app.
                                  I would suggest that paytm should start mutual fund thing so that investor would not see any other than paytm thing and he get all on just one tap and on one app
                                  Ola can be added in paytm.
                                  On booking train ticket one should also get the facility to order food in train so as to get ease with online payments.
                                  Paytm mall could be added with many items because its facility and products are good enough but its varieties of items is much lesser tham flipkart and amazon.

                                    I have purchased i bike from PayTM Order No. [protected] one month back
                                    and same day i have got bike delivery.but my cash back rs.1500 didn't credit to my account till now. i have sent emails and query to paytm but they didn't respond at all.my wallet is kyc verified(upgraded).i raised the query at bike
                                    showroom and they said we have processed at the transaction at our end.

                                        Sir, myself ravi odered moto g5s on paytm by using paytm account of my friend koppula gangadhar. The mobile which was received by me doesn't show the actual percentage of charing. I think it is the problem of the product received. How can u rectify this. I think that it is rectified by visiting the nearest motorola store. Is their any possiblity like as mentioned above please inform it. Hopeful that you will rectify as quick as possible to get the loyalty of the customer.
                                        I TRIED TO TRANSFER 3080 (from Paytm Wallet a/c) to My Indian Overseas Bank (Apr.13th 2018, time : 19.59 hrs). Its almost 2 months passed no responds & it didn't credited in my ban account. still i couldn't get a solution for this.
