Dear sir,
I had made payment of rs.45990/- on 25/05/2018 to ebay through paytm wallet for mobile purchase.
Ebay cancelled my order on 26/05/2018 and refund my amount rs.45990/- on 29th may 2018, but, till date the said refunded amount is not credited in my bank account or paytm wallet.
Many times i called and sent mails to ebay and paytm, ebay said that"they refunded rs.45990/- on 29th may 2018 to your original payment mode" but, they not provided the valid proof of refund and paytm said that "the amount is not received from ebay, transaction was failed"
Exchange mails to received from paytm to ebay and ebay to paytm., but, again and again paytm tell me "contact ebay" and ebay tell me "contact paytm". No one can give valid reason or take necessary action to clear my refund request.
Sir, please guide me what to do regarding my refund of rs.45990/-
I have all the call recordings and mails received and sent from ebay and paytm.

On 13.06 18 i had booked a tatkal ticket from sullurupeta to visakhapatnam for 14/06/2018 journey.
but ticket was not booked, at the same time money deducted from my bank. In payment option i used ubi debit card and payment was successful but i didn't get the ticket somewhat error shown.. so please refund my money as earliest. its already 10 days over. I furnish the details of ticket as below.
