I had purchased cloths in brand factory on 15th june 2018 & paytm offer was if anyone purchase for rs.3000 they will get 600 rs.in the form of below details-
250 paytm cash back & 350 rs movie voucher. I got the 250 cash back but movie ticket voucher not received yet. I have been chasing for my movie ticket with paytm but not getting any revert from patym team.

Even i sent mail also, but not responding from paytm end.

Please suggest me on how to proceed. I have received few more complaints in the recent days.

Dear sir,

I had made payment of rs.45990/- on 25/05/2018 to ebay through paytm wallet for mobile purchase.

Ebay cancelled my order on 26/05/2018 and refund my amount rs.45990/- on 29th may 2018, but, till date the said refunded amount is not credited in my bank account or paytm wallet.

Many times i called and sent mails to ebay and paytm, ebay said that"they refunded rs.45990/- on 29th may 2018...

I was adding an amount of 50000 to my paytm wallet but transaction was declined and since 10 days my money has not been added to my bank account and moreover [protected]@paytm.com is highly unresponsive to this matter. It was my college fees and i am suffering because of paytm. Its high time if i dont get my money back i will lodge fir against paytm. Paytm if you people are reading this contact me i am in urgent need and frustrated with your system....

I recharge my wallet for rs 19 through upi the transaction is succesful at upi but rs 19 nt coming in my wallet. The money goes to one 97 comm. @ axis bank upi address of paytm. My wallet is nt recharge.

My paytm ac has been blocked for placing order. Genuinely, as per my choice and requirment i have returned some items but i didn't know that there is some policy for returned limitation. And also you can check how many items i ve purchased and kept. This month i purchased a lot items due to family function.

So will you please confirm when my placing order will be activated....

I have payment made through food-paytm@icici on 26th may 2017 from bhim upi.

Payment is released from the bank (Confirmed) and not received by recipient box8 (Confirmed).

I tried very hard getting connected to paytm support but never got to talk to anyone.

Please respond to this message and resolve the issue.

I did yesterday night upi transaction rs 5000 in paytm by using phonepe upi but amount is deducted rs 5000 and get sucess but beneifciary not get money and also transaction o[censored]pi in phonepe not shown...
I contact paytm but they not accept phone call, tried 5-6 times for 30-40min nobody pick call in paytn, that kind of service given paytm us...
Then i tried phonepe serive center tgey accept in 1st call and tell me paytm know...

Your customer service is third class, do you know that? I keep on trying to your customer care no ([protected]) but they [censored] receive any call, but after 10 or 15 minutes call was automatically entered.

How can i reactive my deducted money from my bank? My transaction was failed but why i didn't receive my deducted money from paytm?...
