Sir ji mera account se paisa cut gaya but transferred fail bataya uske baad mera paisa refund nahi hua.. Mai bahut try kar raha hun but customer care se baat nahi ho paa raha hai.. Wo call nahi receive kar rahe hai..2 din se message kar raha hun reply nahi aa raha hai.. Please mera paisa mujhe refund kare..2 din ho gaye hai but paisa ab tak refund nahi hua hai..
I have order a antivirus on paytm and it was not delivered yet i also call paytm customer client but it always showing busy .
I am ABDUL JAMEEL I have just unlocked ''7 pe 700 Electricity Offers " on 07/06/2018. After that i have successfully paid 2 electricity bills also.
but still it shows as pay your second bill now. Please reach me on [protected]
I have paid 2500rs to wrong person his no. Is [protected] his name is ks so his phone is switched off n he said me on whatsapp that he will refund me but havent refunded me
So i want my money back

    I have orderes clothings from paytm 6 days back bt i immediately cancelled the orders 2 of them which i didnot cancelled delivered to me but for other 4 items as of now i have not received the refund. The status is showing that refund in process from that day but no improvement since then. My refund has not been initiated

      I had placed an order for daikin 1.5 ton 5 star (2018) inverter split ac at paytm mall on 27th may 2018 and it was supposed to be delivered by 3rd june, 2018. Its 17th of june today, i have no communication by when my product would be delivered to me. For the last 15 days, i have been calling @paytmcare and everytime they have the same response that my product will be delivered soon. It's been 15 days delay in delivery and still they haven't done any cross check why my product delivery has been delayed. They still don't know how long it will take to get my product delivered to me. After raising so many issues, they didn't bother to give me a single call back. I have already paid the money for that particular product. So now they are neither giving me my money back now the product that i had purchased. My order number is [protected]. Please help.

        I make some transaction from paytm to kotak bank i transfer some amount of Rs 5912/- from paytm wallet to my kotak bank account amount was debited from my wallet account but there is no credit in my bank account also i have not getting any sms and emil for this transaction from paytm please help me paytm is worst company please help me out please

          I have ordered two product but received only one and my order reflects the product have been delivered after that i have called couriee company from their end order has delivered but i have received only one single product. you guys have very bad customer service.my ordered number is [protected]. bad customer service really bad i am not able to contact them i have wasted my money purchasing product from paytym waste service ever

          On 16.06 18 i had booked a ticket from sullurupeta to visakhapatnam through tatkal. In payment option i used ubi debit cardand payment was successful but i didn't get the ticket somewhat error shown.. so please send me money

          On 13.06 18 i had booked a tatkal ticket from sullurupeta to visakhapatnam for 14/06/2018 journey.
          but ticket was not booked, at the same time money deducted from my bank. In payment option i used ubi debit card and payment was successful but i didn't get the ticket somewhat error shown.. so please refund my money as earliest. its already 10 days over.             No balance is added to my wallet, whereas it is deducted from bank.
            No response from customer care numbers, some numbers says wrong number dialed.
            Finally managed to reach customer care, but they put us on hold until the call gets disconnected.
            No reply to the written text complaint sent by the customers. Please help.
            I am student and i need that money for emergency.

                I had purchased a ear phone (Delivered on 29 may), however the same was not in working condition. Hence i opted to send a return request on 30th may which was accpted by the vendor. However till date there is no pickup of the item.
                The courier partner authorized for the pick up are providing false reasons that they are not able to contact me. Ive already provided my alternate number. Both the numbers are in working condition. Even after raising several complaints the comapny (Paytm mall) is still failing to take appropriate action.

                  On a recent tripon 29 may 2018 i have been double charged for the following toll transaction ids for which i have not received any response to emails or my phone conversations despite being promised the same.

                  Toll txn id - [protected] double charged - 90 rs

                  Toll txn id - [protected] double charged - 90 rs
                  Toll txn id - [protected] dobule chaged - 60 rs

                  This is daylight robbery and paytm should be booked for fraud.

                      I’ve done upi transaction today to receivers account at 12:19 pm with an amount of 200 in paytm. Transaction is successful but didn’t received money
                      It has been more than 10 hours and receiver didnt get the money

                      Paytm is not lifting the call and not responding to the raised complaint.
                      Please help me and take a legal action on behalf of customers

                      I made a paytm valet payment on 27.06.18. To no broker. Com .for rs 3538.82 It was cleared by their payment gateway CC avenue. But after 6min on the same day same amount was deducted which I checked with CC AVENUE not processed by them . I provided many times my transaction and order ID. But a very irresponsible response from your side. I thought it's a genuine payment mode. But such a cheating has happened in my account. I will move to consumer court with regard to this. Why do you give customer care number?
                      My issue is not solved. Customer care is 100% failure.

Used paytm gateway to make a payment via netbanking but the payment was redirected to paytm mobile solutions and not to the desired destination. From icici bank to manipal institute of higher education. It is a large payment and needs to be redirected urgently to the university as it is the educational fee. Before 20 june 2018.

                            250 paytm cash back & 350 rs movie voucher. I got the 250 cash back but movie ticket voucher not received yet. I have been chasing for my movie ticket with paytm but not getting any revert from patym team.

                                I had made payment of rs.45990/- on 25/05/2018 to ebay through paytm wallet for mobile purchase.

                                Ebay cancelled my order on 26/05/2018 and refund my amount rs.45990/- on 29th may 2018, but, till date the said refunded amount is not credited in my bank account or paytm wallet.

                                Many times i called and sent mails to ebay and paytm, ebay said that"they refunded rs.45990/- on 29th may 2018 to your original payment mode" but, they not provided the valid proof of refund and paytm said that "the amount is not received from ebay, transaction was failed"

                                Exchange mails to received from paytm to ebay and ebay to paytm., but, again and again paytm tell me "contact ebay" and ebay tell me "contact paytm". No one can give valid reason or take necessary action to clear my refund request.

                                Sir, please guide me what to do regarding my refund of rs.45990/-

                                I have all the call recordings and mails received and sent from ebay and paytm.

                                  I was adding an amount of 50000 to my paytm wallet but transaction was declined and since 10 days my money has not been added to my bank account and moreover [protected]@paytm.com is highly unresponsive to this matter. It was my college fees and i am suffering because of paytm. Its high time if i dont get my money back i will lodge fir against paytm. Paytm if you people are reading this contact me i am in urgent need and frustrated with your system.

Genuinely, as per my choice and requirment i have returned some items but i didn't know that there is some policy for returned limitation. And also you can check how many items i ve purchased and kept. This month i purchased a lot items due to family function.

                                        So will you please confirm when my placing order will be activated.
