Hi I am sending this mail as the customer care of paytm has told me to send it. Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] and bill desk id is #c613c36b149b331a0171 on date 14/06/2018.
bank txn id:[protected]

for the order i had place on domino's pizza's website For Rs 576 but as i was not able to see my order there i called domino's people they said that here we have not recevied any order so we will tell your bank/ paytm operator to refund your amount.
transaction screenshot is attached, money is debited from my account but dominos not received that amount.so sir i cant wait more for this refund of RS 576 . plz send me the refund as soon as possible. and kindly do the needful. Thank You

        While making payment on paytm the amount of Rs.1000 was paid to the upi id paytm.[protected]@axisbank.I don't know how it paid to this address.Kindly refund me as soon as possible.

          I am saikat mondal residing in kolkata. I ordered a screen guard and i found it not appropriate for my handset and i returned. An unknown person called me ([protected]) and told me that i won a car from his company. I was shocked that he is familiar with my transaction ofpaytm. Totally data breach by paytm. Take a action against them. Order no.[protected]

            I was purchased a earphone by paytm. But it was damaged. When i have put the refund money complaint. My complaint has reject by paytm. I[censored] not give me any solution i will be take any serious action. Because i have rights to do that. You cant do like this any costumer. Its very bad. So please give any solution very soon. When i call on costumer care help line no-one is give me any solution.

                I did yesterday night upi transaction rs 5000 in paytm by using phonepe upi but amount is deducted rs 5000 and get sucess but beneifciary not get money and also transaction o[censored]pi in phonepe not shown...
                I contact paytm but they not accept phone call, tried 5-6 times for 30-40min nobody pick call in paytn, that kind of service given paytm us...
                Then i tried phonepe serive center tgey accept in 1st call and tell me paytm know about this... So paytm please give my money back rs 5000, that kind of service i never imagine from paytm... Worst bank: (

                  I ordered night study lamp but they delivered selfie stick and i m highly disappointed they also cancelled my return and replace policy now i m never gonna do shopping from paytm app...but please provide sollution for this atleast do replacement or my money back...as soon as possible

I provide the details and then they do a transaction of 9825 rs from sbi card 468743*2768. Kindly treat it urgently and do the needfull. The transaction is held on 12th june 2018 at 01:10 pm.

                      Paytm is becoming day by day worst. Not giving proper service to customers. Without any notification they are closing merchant account not giving proper solution to customers too many numbers person get confusing where to call before they are good but now don't believe on Paytm when you have too many options

                        I didn't received the cashback for my upi transaction. I already met with the terms and conditions of this offer.in my profile it show that you will received your cash back within 24 hours but 24hours already passed away.
                        I met with the terms and conditions of the offer on 12th june 2018 at 11:17 a. M. I already get done my kyc.
                        Pls solve my problem. I think that paytm is a trusted aap but after this offer i lose my faith from this app.

                            I made transacyion on 8/6/2018 of rs. 10000. Unfortunately the transaction got rejected from paytm side but amount deducted from bank. I called paytm customer care for help they are sending me same copy paste msg, that they have escalated my issue to concerned department and you will get your money in 3 working days. Today is the 4th working day. I did not receive my money yet.

I had called him regarding my transaction issues of 20000 which i had done on 11/6/18 which was failed but the money was been deducted from my account but didn't reach the account i did and there has been no response from your side where as i have being trying to contact your paytm customer care plus mailed you at [protected]@paytm.com but still. Please help out to get back this money and look into this matter asap.

                                  Yesterday, I had transferred Rs.320 on 11th June'18 which got deducted from my paytm wallet but was not credited to the shopkeeper.
                                  Not getting proper resolution on this issue. I am also trying to connect your customer number and not getting anything. The worst experience I have got using Paytm, they don't even have customer care service on phone for such issues...

                                    I am reporting a case of fraud both by PAYTM.

                                    As you can see in the screenshot attached named 1 and 2 - I bought this AC which said in the AD description that it has warranty of " 1 year on product and 10 years on compressor" . This is the sole reason I purchased it in the first place.

                                    I then reported to the customer care in my old ticket and they replied to me confirming that it is " 1 year on product and 10 years on compressor " warranty as you can see in the Screenshot attached named 3.

                                    I then got the product registered by Voltas believing the lies put on the website and voltas customer care registered my product but it is only 5 YEAR ON COMPRESSOR and NOT 10 years as mentioned in the ad while purchasing the AC.

                                    Now I go back to the site to see the AC I purchased, it has also been updated as "Warranty:1 year on product + 5 year on compressor" - TOO LATE AS I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF IT SAYING 10 YEARS.

                                    I not only have the screenshot of product description on the website as proof but also a mail by the customer care confirming the same which are both strong evidence.

                                    I demand a fair compensation as this fraud is conducted by PAYTM. I would have bought a AC from OGeneral or some other reputed company who gives 10 year compressor warranty. PAYTM IS SELLING THEIR VOLTAS ACs i.e. TATA BEING CONTROLLER OF BOTH COMPANIES through FAKE ADs and cheating customers to the tune of Rs.25, 000. This is not a small amount to let go.

                                    I will go the consumer courts as me being a lawyer need not spend any fee on the matter, and also to various other blogs and social networking sites and report this FRAUD AND SCAM by PAYTM.

                                    No wonder international giants like amazon and soon flipkart are in a much better position than paytm in e-commerce.

                                      On 8th June I got a refund of Rs 15128 from merchant for returned order. It was paid through HDFC Bank card. But till date Paytm is keeping the money in wallet only and not returning it to credit card. On contacting customer service of Paytm by phone they are rudely saying they wont return the money.
                                      Please help.
