I made an order with order no.[protected] (Bajaj frio 23 ltrs personal air cooler (White) on 12th june, 2018 having upi transaction no[protected]. It was booked by kitchen homez.
Product was delivered on 14th june. I found later that wrong product is delivered and that too defective one. Attached is wrong product delivered. I want correct product to delivered and wrong one to be taken back asap. Already wasted so much of time.

    Hello there,

    I have payment made through [protected]@icici on 26th may 2017 from bhim upi.

    Payment is released from the bank (Confirmed) and not received by recipient box8 (Confirmed).

    I tried very hard getting connected to paytm support but never got to talk to anyone.

    Please respond to this message and resolve the issue.

    I have screenshot of bhim upi which i can share.

    Please do this on priority.

    Sir i ordered night lamp and they delivered me i dont know kind of selfie stick thing which is not at all relatable to my order... please help me out they have cancelled my return request too... neither they are refunding my money back nor they are replacing product... courier person is also not picking calls... please help me asap..

      I had 436 rupees in my paytm payments bank but i don't know why my money got deducted. Please help me out of this problem and solve this as soon as possible this amount got deducted this evening without proper reasons and when i am trying to reach help of paytm i couldn't connect to help desk.

          Hi I am sending this mail as the customer care of paytm has told me to send it. Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] and bill desk id is #c613c36b149b331a0171 on date 14/06/2018.
          bank txn id:[protected]

          for the order i had place on domino's pizza's website For Rs 576 but as i was not able to see my order there i called domino's people they said that here we have not recevied any order so we will tell your bank/ paytm operator to refund your amount.
          transaction screenshot is attached, money is debited from my account but dominos not received that amount.so sir i cant wait more for this refund of RS 576 . plz send me the refund as soon as possible. and kindly do the needful. Thank You

I called paytm customer care for help they are sending me same copy paste msg, that they have escalated my issue to concerned department and you will get your money in 3 working days. Today is the 4th working day. I did not receive my money yet.
