I had done the metro recharge on 11.06.2018 through Paytm 100/- in my card
54473357 but the amount has not been credited in my DMRC account.
It is requested that either Credit worth Rs.100/- in my Metro Card Number 54473357 or refund the amount in my Paytm Wallet no [protected].

    I had transferred rs. 1200 on 17th may'18 which got deducted from my bank account but was not credited to the beneficiaries account.
    Not getting proper resolution on this issue from last 1 month instead of sharing all the bank details and screenshots of transaction, they are just forwarding auto emails on paytm. The worst experience i have got using paytm, they don't even have customer care service on phone for such issues.
    No response from paytm bank for aadhar seeding and my LPG seeding, iam asking linking or not tell me but no responce from paytm bank. My account no[protected]

      I have complaint many time in your customer care on phone or done mail also but no body can get me any reply and any other information regarding my query so request to you please do the needful because i have done one upi transaction of rs. 25000/- with paytm on 07.06.2018 and its successful in paytm but receiver can not received money till date and i have also attached screen shot of transaction my registered mobile number is [protected] and alternate number is [protected] my transaction id number is ptmcc0369347c014be197d88d2a77e02e33. And reference id is[protected] so request to you we have already wait last 7days but transaction not done till date so please do the needful for further activity for better relationship with customer so that we can trust on paytm continues

        My business app login and error and closing even web page also same what happened.

        when scan qr code and process start and next amount typed after that closing app . what i don't know, now business dropped mostly to my customers.

          My money was wasted !!! When i done first recharge it's showing decline from bank side . after I'll make second recharge both payments are done !!!plz don't use paytm third party app . They refused to refund!!!

              Now a days paytm has also started to rob customers money very easily with the saved card details in paytm.in every few hours my amount was getting deducted by paytm. Till now its almost rs. 2000 /-from my card in four transcation of rs.450/- for reference im attaching my summary details of card payment and paytm order history. After speaking to the customer care they were repeteadly disconnecting my call and finally took a complaint. I don not have a single transaction on 11th jun 2018 but amount was deducted by paytm on 11th. I have dropped a mail to paytm customer care, but no resolution still???

              Comming to bus operator cancelling the bus service and asking me to speak to paytm customer care for refund. I just got a message that amount has been refunded. I still did not get the refund, its been almost 3 days, im still waiting for my refund.

              When did paytm start such cheap fraud activities???

                I had added money to pay for my redbud ticket using paytm but the money didn't get added up and now i don't know what am i supposed to do and there is no forum to complaint also. Paytm should atleast provide with customer care number so we can approach them directly. Please i would ask you to look into this and get my money either added up in the wallet or refunded

                    On 10th june at 5.31 pm, i transferred rs. 800 from my paytm wallet to another person's paytm wallet. I got the message from receiver that transaction failed. I checked my account and found about transaction failure while money was deducted from my wallet. I called up paytm helpline no [protected] where a lady advised me to ask receiver to give a call to paytm to get his issues sorted. I want to ask why a person who is to receive money is made to call paytm when it is my responsibility to make payment to him. Subsequently she advised me to ask receiver to log out and re-log in to his paytm account to receive money which i find is completely ridiculous. Thereafter, i talked to another person namely saurabh who after checking my account informed me about failed transaction and assured me the amount will be credited back to my wallet within 24 hours of failed transaction under the complaint reference 70415189. When i inquired about the reasons, he gave me lame excuse of technical server error. Later on i took up the matter with paytm directly through their portal helpdesk messaging services. Their response was even more baffling. First they mentioned that the transaction was successful and when i subsequently challenged them with facts and their inconsistent responses, they are now saying to have patience and my issue will be addressed in 2-5 working days.
                    This is utter nonsense. This is the matter of trust and credibility and i have serious doubt about their work ethics. I can't trust them for my small amount of rs. 800, leave aside using their services for higher amount..

                    Paytm stop false advertisement on media...

                    Requesting you to take this issue appropriately.

                      What do you mean by receiving response from them "within several days" as mentioned in your email to me in the first paragraph. It seems you are also trying to pay with words and are hands in glove with paytm and are part of this fraudulent act.

                      Please answer clearly whether they will refund my money or not...

                        Train ticket booked IRCTC yesterday at 7.30pm. Transaction failed could not book the ticket..but money detected. I checked with the bank officials . They checked it was a successful transaction. Money was transferred. But there is no msg on refund statusm which it usually comes after transaction when ticket was not booked.i tried contacting IRCTC and bank people .but they said it was transferred..I m yet to receive any msg or mail on refund

                            Canara bank — not credit paytm refund amount in account
                            Sir/madam, i booked the movie tickets through paytm of rs 507 on 03/06/2018 but it is not successful and order is failed, but the monet got deducted from my bank account, but till today canara bank not credited amount in my respective account..                               On 9 june 2018 i made transaction money from my wallet rs 500 to punjab national bank initially paytm shows transaction cannot be completed due to the account details i had provide is not link with my number but the money has been deducted from my wallet. It is saying that money is transfer to my bank account that is in my sbi account link with my number neither the money is added to my bank account neither added to my paytm wallet. Kindly refund the amount deducted to my wallet or bank as soon as possible

                                I had paid rs. 945 for a bus ticket on kadamba website and the transaction failed. Paytm deducted that amount in the month of may. I am waiting for a refund and i ambeing harassed with emails which aren't clarifying my problem. And now i paid back 1000 rs to my bank from the wallet and the transaction hasn't been successful but don't know where the money is gone.
                                I want to transfer the money to the account but if failed.. But money I cuted in my wallet... But I didn't get refund pla. Make it..

                                    I have done payment of 2003.06 rs from my icici bank account through paytm on 25 may 2018 but payment got fail and money deducted from my bank account. I did not receive refund. I talk to my bank customer care regarding this they said money is in paytm bank and i should have to contact beneficiary bank. I talked to paytm customer care but they did not help me. I sent query on paytm app so many time, they replied that i will get the money within 10 days but now it is more than 10 days but still i did not get my money back. I got fed up try to reach p. Aytm customer care

                                      I had booked a ticket from the irctc mobile app. But i did not get the ticket due to non availability of ticket and the amount was proceeded for refund. For the payment i used my punjab national bank debit card. Now the app is showing that the refund was credited to paytm m bank but till now i have not get my refund.

                                        I have transaction from paytm wallet on 26 may 2018 for purchasing medicine from medlife, but this transaction fail (₹626.40) and my money didn't refunded to my wallet transaction i'd for ordering medlife medicine orders is #or7914xa-004a, paytm txn id is [protected].
                                        Total payment diliverd through paytm to medlife is ₹626.40 and my paytm wallet ballance was 627 at the time of transaction i'd at 11.30 am on 26 th may 2018.
