I have been added an amount of rs. 5000/- from my dhanlaxmi bank savings bank account to my paytm account on june 7, 2018, 12:35: 54 transaction id is [protected]. Unfortunately, i couldn't able to make the transfer to any of other account/s, after then i have opted the option return to the bank. As per my request, the money has been debited from my paytm and i have received confirmation sms also with a transaction id: [protected]. Even 24 hours over so far the transferred money has not received into my account and i have been made several requests with paytm 24x7 helpline and have been sent an email to care also. Though so far no answer. A prompt action on this would be highly appreciated.

I have made a complaint about my issue with my Banker. I have been escalated my issue to Paytm Nodal Officer email ID. And I have received a reply from that email ID. Email ID is Nodal Officer So the escalation method is the best way if we are not getting actions/replies from the Care/ 24X7 Help team.

      Paytm business a/c linked to [protected] have been blocked for scanning the own qr code. I have called the customer care many time to unlock the a/c but no response from them. There was no intimation of a/c blocking. I request to get an detail explanation along with the intimation if any.

      We receive the money from customers in our wallet as some dont prefer scanning the qr code, as such arises the business person are forced to scan there own qr code to send the money to bank a/c as we have to settle the payment of the suppliers.

      I future request you to unlock the business a/c as we are facing the issues with the customers.

      I am also facing same issue.

      My merchant account is blocked without notice and getting below error:
      Our risk engine has detected unfair usage pattern in your merchant account and hence, your payment acceptance has been put on hold.

      i did 2/3 transaction from my paytm wallet to paytm business, some people were paying me on my wallet instead of QR code so i had to transferred it to my merchant account. but it never gave me any warning or any message that it is not allowed as per policy, if it was not allowed then it should be stopped at my first transaction only, now the last transaction i did is of Rs. 7500, it was deducted from Wallet but not showing to my business transaction history, it was not deposited to my bank and it is not returned to my wallet again. I don't know where my Rs. 7500 gone?

      Customer Care is not giving me any answers on this

        I have ordered two shirts. Out of which one was exchanged and other returned. Both product is picked on 14 may. I have received exchange for one shirt which proves that item was returned but till now i haven't received any refund for the shirt. I have called to paytm number of times but still therebis no response. They keep asking same details which i have already communicated that it is not present with me. I have exhausted all my options with paytm. Please help in this case.

          Product delivered by blue dart 27/05/2018
          But product was duplicate i mean chinese products delivered to me

          I was advanced pay 29899 by credit card
          I was totally support to investigation officer paytm still today
          Today i called to customer care but 1 st call 1 hour and 8 minuets on hold and 2 nd call 59 minuets hold to talk with paytm’s senior costomer care officers but not done talk too after 2 calls and so many time on hold

          This is chitter and fraud compny

          I transferred. 21000 rs back to my account from my patym wallet money has been deducted from my wallet. but it didn"t received yetin my account yet.

            Hello sir/madam, money deducted from my apaytm bank account, i tried to withdraw money with my paytm debit card, with central bank atm, when i try to withdraw money, atm said "sorry we are unable to process your request" but the amount was deducted from my account, please solve this issue immediately, i want my money back...               I had ordered a HBS 730 WIRELESS Bluetooth headset from PayTm ORDER NO. [protected] 2018/JUNE '4 13.54 pm. I received a courier on JUNE 6nd and on opening the box found a STONE inside. I am at loss of words!!! THis is a first degree case of Cheating and Duping and conning someone!!! Can someone please advise how to take legal action???????

                I make a transaction in paytm of 50000/-. But the transaction was failed and money was deducted from my account.paytm said it will be refunded in 7-14 working days. 20 working days over still the money is not refund.please try to resolve as soon as possible.paytm query ref no:67200012 and SBI complaint ticket no:[protected]

                  I'm user of paytm, and i have loose such huge money from my hdfc sb a/c from last 2 months. Even i didn't received any otp no. From their team and they directly deduct my money as description below:

                  It gives me network/ connection error while checking passbook, so i logged out and try to connect, . but now at login is gives me the same error.
                  From last two days i cant able to pay my electricity bill via paytm. There is some kind of error has been showed while proceeding for payment.so i kindly request u to solve my problem as early as possible.

                    I tried booking show for 7th june thu at m2k pitampura 4.40 pm.
                    But what i found is that i am unable to apply the promocode there.
                    Then i tried applying promocode in some other show timings it was applying there.
                    Then what i observed was the 4.40 pm show at m2k pitampura is only shown in paytm movies section
                    But not in bookmyshow site
                    And also on the same show timings i am unable to apply the promo code.

                      I mahendra agatrao lomte has placed my order through paytm mall by my registered mobile no. [protected] having order no. [protected] on 26/05/2018. Required address for the shipping purpose was duly submitted. On 04/05/2018 and 05/05/2018 it occasioned to have mobile communication with the local courier person on mobile number [protected], who told me that he will not deliver the parcel to me unless i collect that parcel at the place told by him. My grievances were communicated to the xpressbees on[protected]. No any arrangements were made by them for the delivery of the said parcel. This was very painful and humiliating incidence for me which caused great mental injury to me.

                        I have played game called pass the bomb for which i make payment of rs 10 online but game not started. I contacted gamepind they said refund will be processed within 72 hours but more than 6 days has been passed and they are saying every time i msg again 72 hours. Total me rs 30 deduction they are holding. Query ref no. 68723019, 68509152 and 68462288. They have wasted alot time so i am complaining here... Apart from my total refund of rs. 30 i need compensation for wasting my time... Thnx in advance

                          I purchased product from paytm with order id [protected] and got damaged product has product comes under replacement policy i contacted them there executive said me some steps to follow which i did later instead it went for refund instead replacement of the product then i asked them replacement and they said me to reject for return and wait for 2 days if the product is in stock we create replacement else u can go for return then i waited for some time cant see any hope of product getting in stock so i asked them to provide refund they said with in 24 hour u get return approval to mail but i dint get anything yet every day i am calling them for return approval they are making me wait for hours together on hold and respond me they raise issue and need to wait over waste service getting to face too much problem from them please help me out

                            I paid my loan amount 1269/-rs. On 5th june at 12:06pm. Paytm received my money but they didn't sended to the operator. It was always showing processing. I raised many complaints but no response. I called to the customer service, they said we are working on ur case.. It will resolve. Very bad and worst customer service. They can't solve the issues. Now who is responsible... My payment last date is 6th june still not resolved issue. If i got fine from my finance company... Surely i will go to consumers court and i will make pill on them.

                            Don't do any transactions through paytm... If it was strucked.. Then u will be in problem becoz no customer support. Customer service is very bad and all lies only.

                              On 27/05/2018, on IRB Boriach Toll, I had been in the routine line (Line other than FasTag) at both the To & Fro visit. I have paid Toll tax in Cash. However, there is a deduction of Rs.60/- vide Txn Id: [protected] and again Rs.60/- vide Txn Id: [protected] at 12:14 PM. Total deduction Rs.120/-. Kindly refund the amount.

                                I am unable to order on Paytm it is saying that I had used their market policy. Even i made a new id without any order. I want a solution of this and the latest news that they are not answering on coustomer care number also. Its my worst and first experience on online shopping. I reccomend another users to stay away from paytm. Paytm is abusing me.

                                  Today i accept a amount of 354/- from my costumer done by him via paytm QR code but the amount was received in my bank account instead of paytm wallet. I want to transfer the amount from bank account to my paytm wallet because i closed the bank account one & half year ago. I call the customer care[protected] twice but there is no response by team.

                                    I had purchased macbook air @rs.58489 on 8th mar 2018. I have paid using yes bank credit card to avail rs. 11500 cash-back. I was communicated that promo-offer (Something like yes11500) was successfully applied, also received rs. 7000 cash-back in may wallet, and mentioned i will receive additional rs. 4500 cash-back on my card on 15th may 2018.                                     After not receiving cash-back till 21st may, i reached out to customer care, where i get to know that because i paid rs15 from wallet (Which is by the way 0.002% of the total transaction amount) i am not eligible for rs. 4500 in cash-back.

                                    For the entire duration till 21st may i was led to believe, through multiple communications like on app and email (Attached screenshot), that coupon code was successfully applied and i will receive the rs. 4500 cash-back. Only when cash-back didn't credit i was told i wasn't eligible, which is when i can't return or re-order product to avail cash-back.

                                    It's extremely unfair to dis-credit offer price for paying 0.002% amount through other channel (By the way other channel is company's own wallet). It's extremely cunning, to keep wallet as default option so customer will automatically choose it, and don't communicate to user about the mishap so he can't claim promised price.

                                        I paid 2 cesc electricity bill through paytm on 6th and 7th may, 2018. Though i received my order is 'processing ' message with order number but couldn't received any 'payment successful 'message. But the money debited from my bank account.
                                        But current cesc bill status shows that those payments were not succeed.

                                        Please help me to solve this issue
