I booked a ticket Rs.377.86 on irctc app through paytm..paytm only showing that transaction is successful but irctc clearly stated it was failed...i send them the proof...but the simply send me a mail they we eat ur money...cntact irctc simply..

Dont use Paytm..use paytm i[censored] have excess of money

    I have recharged my mobile of Rs50.
    I have used a code that will give me 20rs cashback but the recharge is successful and the 20Rs cashback is not transfered in my acount. My account number is [protected]. I have recharged in this number [protected].please gibe my cashback of Rs 20 in my account. Thank u

      On 31.5.18 i have used the paytm payment gateway to book the ticket through irctc. Amount was debited from my sbi account but the ticket was not booked. Now irctc has refunded the money to paytm for cancelled booking but paytm is not refunding to my bank account till now. When will i get the money credited to my account.. The transaction id and details i have attached with this complaint

      I have used paytm gateway to book a ticket of irctc on 31.5.2018. The money was deducted from my SBI account but the ticket was booked.. After two days irctc has refunded the money to paytm. But till now my account is not credited by that amount from paytm..So I need a solution from paytm and want to know when I will get the money in my account

        My last order omron digital thermameter is cancelled but not get refund. I am cancelling this order due to they delay order to dispatch till 3 day after receiving order. My order status they shown me return pending from last 50 hours. And i have also one serious complaint paytm helpline numbers useless because they not attempt call everytime. If they not solve my problem immediately i will go to conumer court.

          I received a call from this number ([protected]) claiming to be calling from shop mart, a vendor of payTM. They had details of my purchase history along with my address details.

          In the call i was informed as my last purchase was during some promotional period, they are offering one of the following gifts
          1. Dell/Hp laptop
          2. LG Ac
          3. 18 Karot Jwellery set
          4. Sony Bravia / Samsung TV

          To avail the gift i have to purchase any item from paytm worth 3000/- The catch is instead of paying payTM, you have to pay to shop mart where they will ship my order along with my gift.

          The same person talked to me pretending to be from accounts team when i enquired why should i pay to shopmart and refused to send any email confirmation untill i make the payment.

          This is clearly fraud. And paytm should take responsibility for leaking customer data.

              On[protected] rs: 1587/- and rs: 3428/- deducted from my credit card for paying electricity bills but electricity department not recived
              Made a phone call to paytm customer care on mobile number [protected] to know about this transaction on 9-6-18
              He taken all the card details and made transaction of rs: 24999/-at paytm [protected] as reference number and again he is trying to make another transaction
              I got doubt and refused to tell otp number
              Transfer all my deducted money to my credit card immedeatly

                If you are planning to use paytm extensively, stop. I transferred 1000 rupees to paytm on 29 jan 2018, and it never reflected in my account. I clearly showed them the bank transaction details, order details and date. I have been speaking to them for 4 months now on that shameful app and received automated responses 90% of the time.

                The few times that they showed promising replies, and i waited, i was disappointed yet again with an automatic reply.

                What sort of a payment processing company cannot track down a transaction given all the details?? Is your money safe with them at all? I lost 1000 rupees and i am still fighting a battle on that disgusting chat to get my money. Think twice before you transact large amounts.

                Paytm, you just lost a faithful customer. Your customer care is a joke and you have absolutely no respect for people's money.

                  On 26th may 2018, i was making payment to icai through paytm gateway and amount was deducted from my bank account. But later i got message that transaction failed and refund shall be credited to my bank account within 7-14 days. So i paid again via paytm gateway.

                  But today is 9th june and i have not yet got refund.

                  Tried to call paytm customer care but they never transfer the call to service person.

                  Really fade up with this kind of service by a company of paytm statute.

                  Kindly refund the amount to my bank account.

                      Hello paytm team,

                      Please find the attached screenshot.

                      One of my friend (Suraj +[protected] transferred 20 k using paytm wallet to my hdfc account but still i have not received the payment.

                      We both have done transactions earlier using paytm wallet but there was no issue. It used to get transferred within the seconds but now somehow amont did not get transferred.

                      All the bank account details were correctly entered. We have already submitted kyc documents to paytm.

                      Please help me to get this amount transferred to my hdfc account. This is an emergency.

                          Sir i have ordered a mobile online by paytm mall they have send us a tile piece with heavy weight inside the packed box. All other accessories are present but mobile they have not send. The packet was very cleanly packed but inside the packet the box was opened by one side. The packet was made open in front of the poatman. Video also we made.
                          Please sir look to this matter. Day by day these frauds are rising.

                            Paytm had deducted amount of rs 3000, 2500, 320 without my permission... I had complaint to paytm more than 5 time but no action had been taken place regards my problem.. Dont use paytm bank... No bank has the authority to deduct balance without permission.. Kindly look into the matter. I suggested do not use the paytm. Its a fake bank having no rules..

                              In visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh i called to krishna (Ph no-[protected] and [protected]) to do my kyc, but he opened a merchant account for me, with named surya gift shop, from that i made transaction on[protected]Ref no[protected], and transferred rs 5000 to [protected], but the amount not received by him. And after several times calling to [protected], i raised the complaint with no[protected], and it was one week back. And now calling to your toll free number, they are asking me submit the documents and persons from visakhapatnam — krishna and shiva varma ([protected]) not answering my calls.
                              Kindly check and reverse my rs 5000 immediately or i will go legally against those visakhapatnam people and paytm.
                              One of my frnd send me Rs100 but o did not got any msg or notification.
                              He gave me the uti no. But customer care is not receiving call
                              I have tried 5 times from yesterday.
                              Around 45 mins each.
                              My call was on waiting.
                              Plz solve my problem

                                Yesterday i made an order of a shoe of size-7, but then i came to know that my shoe size is 8 (Uk). So i decided to cancel the item and make a fresh order of my need. But when i placed the order again, i found that the cash back offer is not available as i place the order twice in a month. But my question is that, how can the order is placed twice, as the first order is cancelled? Another question is that, may i avail the cash back for my cancelled product if i place the order twice? In fact the product, i cancelled is my choice but i also wish to get the cash back offer on placing the order again or on cancelled order. Kindly explain me detail whether i'm eligible to avail the offer or not?
                                I also tried to call your customer care executive but all my attempts failed. They made me wait for several minutes and disconnected the call without passing any information.

                                  I have been added an amount of rs. 5000/- from my dhanlaxmi bank savings bank account to my paytm account on june 7, 2018, 12:35: 54 transaction id is [protected]. Unfortunately, i couldn't able to make the transfer to any of other account/s, after then i have opted the option return to the bank. As per my request, the money has been debited from my paytm and i have received confirmation sms also with a transaction id: [protected]. Even 24 hours over so far the transferred money has not received into my account and i have been made several requests with paytm 24x7 helpline and have been sent an email to care also. Though so far no answer. A prompt action on this would be highly appreciated.

                                  I have made a complaint about my issue with my Banker. I have been escalated my issue to Paytm Nodal Officer email ID. And I have received a reply from that email ID. Email ID is Nodal Officer So the escalation method is the best way if we are not getting actions/replies from the Care/ 24X7 Help team.

                                      Paytm business a/c linked to [protected] have been blocked for scanning the own qr code. I have called the customer care many time to unlock the a/c but no response from them. There was no intimation of a/c blocking. I request to get an detail explanation along with the intimation if any.

                                      We receive the money from customers in our wallet as some dont prefer scanning the qr code, as such arises the business person are forced to scan there own qr code to send the money to bank a/c as we have to settle the payment of the suppliers.

                                      I future request you to unlock the business a/c as we are facing the issues with the customers.

                                      My merchant account is blocked without notice and getting below error:
                                      Our risk engine has detected unfair usage pattern in your merchant account and hence, your payment acceptance has been put on hold.

                                      i did 2/3 transaction from my paytm wallet to paytm business, some people were paying me on my wallet instead of QR code so i had to transferred it to my merchant account. but it never gave me any warning or any message that it is not allowed as per policy, if it was not allowed then it should be stopped at my first transaction only, now the last transaction i did is of Rs. 7500, it was deducted from Wallet but not showing to my business transaction history, it was not deposited to my bank and it is not returned to my wallet again. I don't know where my Rs. 7500 gone?

                                      Customer Care is not giving me any answers on this

                                        I have ordered two shirts. Out of which one was exchanged and other returned. Both product is picked on 14 may. I have received exchange for one shirt which proves that item was returned but till now i haven't received any refund for the shirt. I have called to paytm number of times but still therebis no response. They keep asking same details which i have already communicated that it is not present with me. I have exhausted all my options with paytm. Please help in this case.
