    Product delivered by blue dart 27/05/2018
    But product was duplicate I mean Chinese products delivered to me

    I was advanced pay 29899 by credit card
    I was totally support to investigation officer Paytm still today
    Today I called to customer care but 1 st call 1 hour and 8 minuets on hold and 2 nd call 59 minuets hold to talk with Paytm’s senior costomer care officers but not done talk too after 2 calls and so many time on hold

        I was created my paytm wallet on 30th may 2018 and account verified by adhaar card on 31 may.
        When i was created paytm wallet then i was added 5000 rs in my wallet.
        I was want to transfer rs. 5000 to an bank account. On 1st june i was transfer the amount of rs. 5000, but there was require nothing detail about account and amount has transfer anywhere which is not know. The amount has been deducted from my wallet but not created in my bank or atm till. Please help as soon as.

          Yesterday, i was sending money rs 900/- to one of my contacts paytm account through bank debit card.

          Initially that transaction was failed. Few minutes later i got message from bank that amount is deducted from my account rs. 900/-.

          Receiver is not received that money yet.

          In paytm app it is still showing 'processing' also this transaction is not reflecting in paytm passbook.

          Need help.
          My money is withdrawn against dispute !
          Rs 390.38 without any reason. This is hilarious . We are trusting paytm and its breaking our trust on them. This should not happen

            I made payment on utconline.gov.in for ticket booking through paytm payment gateway. Although the money was deducted from my bank account and the transaction failed the ticket was not booked. This happened twice for rs. 1519 each.

            I have purchase one item and I return cause of damage but paytm account have flagged please solve my problem.

              Sir,
              I had added my money to my paytm account 798rs but i was not able to transfer it to my another bank account so i refunded the amount into my bank again but the money was deducted from my paytm account and has not yet updated to my syndicate bank account. I had refunded money on 28may 2018. I had also called the costmer care of both paytm and syndicate bank the said that it will be updated within 7days but till now it had not yet been refunded.
              I am MD IRSHAD SHAIKH, have done bill payment through paytm app to MSEB, Maharashtra, Aurangabad on dated 21/03/2018, still i have not received the confirmation to paid the bill to MSEB, Kindly look into the matter .

                Hi,
                I tried to book train tickets by using paytm on june 3rd 2018.. I entered all the personal information and the banking information on the website.. When i clicked complete booking, rs5556 was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked... After 10 minutes i received a message that money will be credited in my account in 7 working days... It was urgent travel and i don’t had money to rebook the tickets.. When i called paytm customer service one of the executive aadil who was very rude said that it will take 14 working days to get the money back in the account.. I tried to explained the situation but again and again he repeated the same thing.. When i asked him to transfer the call to any of the supervisor, he denied and he put me on hold for at least 40-45 minutes.. I was very frustrated as it was very urgent travel and i need to book the tickets on urgent basis.. After 45 minutes naveen one of the supervisor came and he repeated the same thing.. Now i was not having any other options rather than to wait for 14 days.. Paytm or any other company should understand that they deduct the money from the account in few seconds but to credit the money they should not take such a long time... So please never ever do shopping on paytm website or never book train tickets on paytm it’s a big lesson to me...

                Wish retail shopping product purchase in paytm upi payment address in [protected]@indianbank 18/05/2018 so money paid but not updated so cancel to refund my money
                I was booking tatkal ticket in IRCTC on date 28 may 2018, my money was deducted with transfer remark "VIN/PAYTM /[protected]/0" 2, 077.86rs but ticket is not reserved not showing any detail in PAYTM.

                  Thera are10 days gone still i can't get my refund ruppe 247, do something . i gave the order on 23 may 2018 due to delivery problem i canceled it . it was mantion that rupee 247 has been refunded but still it's not . Do anything thing and give me my rupee 247 back .

                    I placed a order at paytm on 27th may 2018 order no is - [protected] (Dabur amla hair oil 450 ml, 3 pkts of tide surf) and they despatched my order through delhivery courier. The tracking i'd of this order is[protected],[protected],[protected]. I received a message on 31th may which is your order is delivered, but i am not received any call from your end and i am not received my courier yet. I also trying to contact you but it is still busy. Only the order of the dabur amla is received.. Pleasee needful.

                    Today I wrongly transfer Rs.400 to mobile no, and then call this number but she is denied and not refund my amount, So I request to you please refund my amount I already attached payment confirmation screenshot
                    I got a bsnl number my paytm is with that number but I forgot my password. So I tried to change but but not going call from bsnl to your customer care number

                      In june 1 at 5:15 p. M i sent 500 rupees to my friends paytm payments bank

                      In my punjab national bank debited this money but paytm not credi this.

                      I want my money back.
                      Whn i book my ticket bt paytm in rave moti kanpur.its not working.

                        There was an offer no cost emi and 10% cashback up to rs 3000 on paytm mall payment by kotak credit card to buy on ac on 28 apr 2018.
                        I opened the paytm mall application to buy ac through no cost emi. However, no cost emi option was not visible on paytm mall application. Then i called to the customer care executive (Bupesh) on 28th apr 2018 and told him that i want to by ac through no cost emi but this option is not visible. Then how can i get no cost emi and 10% cash back on kotak credit card to buy an ac. He told me that you could choose emi option and make payment through kotak credit card. Before 15 june, 10% cashback (Rs3000) will be credited in your account and emi interest will be credited in pattm wallet. I had confirmed several times with him and he assured me on this.
                        Then i bought the ac through emi option and kotak credit card accordingly he said. After few hours, i dropped a mail on [protected]@paytm.com on 28 apr 2018 9:24pm and mentioned all the points, which had discussed with bupesh.
                        Ac delivered on 1nd may 2018.
                        I received a mail from pay tm on 4th may 2018 5:00 pm. He told me that you have not opted for no cost emi option so you will not get this offer.
                        I told him several times that no cost emi option was not visible on my pay tm mall application and that was the reason i called to customer care executive before order to know this and pay tm customer care guided me over phone to get the benefit of no cost emi. This is not my fault. Therefore, i need all the benefit, which i discussed with bupesh.

                        I told her this is not my fault. Pay tm customer care misguide me and i sent a mail on same day and pay tm had not responded my email in stipulated time frame so i was not option to cancel the order. So, paytm will be responsible for this and i want my all benefits.
                        I would request to paytm. Please check the recording of bupesh and take the action on this.

                          I have purchased new maxima watch model -40050cmgy from paytm dealer-p a time factory, haryana on 2nd may but it stopped working after 15 days, now i am unable to claim warranty.
                          For this issue i have already make complaint at paytm customer care on 27th may but still i didn't get a proper response.

                          I have attached screenshot of complaint.

                          Please help me.

                            Sir on 25th of may i recharged of ₹399 (₹3 from wallet and ₹396 from bank account) my amount was deducted but recharge not done.
                            On 1st june again when i sended money to my friend's bank account ₹600 my money deducted but amount not received by beneficiary.
                            Also raised concern for the transactions but revert not getting.
                            Pls help me as soon as possible

                              Hello paytm
                              I have been announced as a winner of oneplus6 10 lucky member contest when i used the code “oneplus6” for movie ticket booking deadpool and was called on phone for the announcement of the lucky draw winner and was emailed too. The email was asking me to submit my identity proof for verification. I had submitted my identity proof and various other documents.
                              I had been constantly emailing them and i got various other reply but not about the prize details or what they can do when the prize is shipped.
                              Hope this complaint is taken in account and wil do the needful or else i should move legally for a false announcement.

                                    I ordered a usb hdmi cable. It took very long to arrive and was packed in cello tape and i found it to be faulty. When i asked for a return, the pickup fur said that he can't take the product as the"brand name" wasn't present. The brand name was there in the form of a holographic sticker that was half folded due to the packing. When i re-filed a return, i received no response. I ordered it on 27 may. It's 3rd june today.

                                      I have received message on 31 may 2018 in my registered mobile no that "thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx9893 for a purchase worth rs50000.0 on pos 89050470 at paytm txn#[protected]". This has not been done by me. I also not given any info about my account. Kindly credit in my account from concerned authority.

I aslo raise a issue on my order section they people told me wait for it successful. Since 7:19 am recharge not done. And i was treid to call customer care no. But unable to connect.
