Hello,
This is in reference of double payment against below payment link sent by medlife.

{your order or3895gd-007a is packed & estimated to be delivered by: 19 apr 11:00 pm. You can opt to pay rs 535.87 online using link https://www.medlife.com/payment.html?orderId=OR3895GD-007A}

Once paid on given abive link at time of delivery, but excecutive denied for online receipt so we have paid in cash and he said trxn has been failed speak to customer care.

Now my bank has confirmed payment has been made to paytm medlife in trailing mail but medlife not is accepting the receipt then where is my money?

Please check and confirm asap.

      Dear sir[protected] को मैंने बैंक और बरोदा मैं 400 रूपये भेजे थे जो की अभी तक उनके खाते मैं नहीं गए है paytm costermere care को कॉल करने पर उन्होंने बोला की बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा से सम्पर्क करो ..लकिन जब मैं बैंक गया तो उन्होंने भी मना कर दिया ...तो सर मैं आपसे सवाल करता हु क्या paytm को मुझे अब नहीं चलाना चाहिए क्या cashless मैं मुझे भरोसा नही करना चाहिए ...क्या मुझे सबको अब ये बताना चाहिए की कोई paytm इस्तेमाल ना करे आज मुझे कम से कम 42 दिन हो गए है ...कहा गए वो 400 रूपये क्या मैं उसे भूल जाऊ ..मैं किसके पास जाऊ आपके पास complain करता हु तो आप बैंक भेजते हो और बैंक क पास जाऊ तो वो आपके पास भेजता है ..सर plz मेरी ये प्रॉब्लम आप 3 दिवस मैं solve करे ...वरना मुझे मजबूरन patym को डिलीट करना पड़ेगा और मैं ये मुहीम करूंगा की paytm कोई इस्तेमाल न करे
      I wanna know why my account is blocked and how to fix it or else please fix is as soon as possible I have money in that account

          On 22nd may, i add money to paytm wallet 57, 000₹. But the amount was not add to wallet, amount deducted from bank nt add t wallet. I ask paytm they told within 7days amount was reverse to bank account but till amount was not add. Over of 7days now.. I dono why it’s take long time to reverse my money.. But still i didn’t get my money back. Please reverse my money as soon as possible
          I tried 4 times to submit my KYC. everytime a call came from paytm customer care saying that some person would contact me and do the needful. this never happened and moreover my account is blocked with a considerable amount of money in it.

            Paytm payments bank is worst service.
            Since 120 days am daily mailing for my account was frozen issue with customer care. But they said to me. Sign out and sign in and ur account was already started again am going that but same issue reflecting your transaction was unsuccsess full your account was frozen. Daily am calling customer care but they tell me wait 2 days ur problem solved early but till 120 days 10000 above mails i have written but no responce my money 30000 is stucked by paytm bank # of this bank.

                  This is regarding my order no: [protected].

                  The product should be delivered by 12th may, but still i didn't receive the product even today i. E, 28th may. I have called many times to paytm customer care support, and i didn't get any proper response from them.

                  They are keep me on wait in call more than a hour for connecting to their supervisor, and after staying for an hold also, the executive is telling me to wait for some it. It is the worst service i have ever faced, and need to escalate it.

                  I want to escalate these two things immediately as there is no response from paytm end. I made many calls to your support team see my log.

                  call log:

                  27th may - 12:13 (talk time : 47m 42s)
                  25 th may - 19:21 (talk time : 21m 52s)
                  24 th may - 12:38 (talk time : 16m 00s)
                  19 th may - 17:57 (talk time : 38m 38s)

                  after these may calls I didn't even get my product delivered till now. you can check the call time with the customer care. I have been wasting my time and been in the call continuously, but paytm is taking it as silly. paytm is unworthy of providing service to the customers. the last call I made, I have been waiting around 1 hour as told by executive, but even then I didnt get any response. I want your confirmation of escalating this issue.

                      Irctc show my money is refunded but it is still not credited to my bank account by paytm sdk. I recived the below msg from irctc.

                      Myself Janhvi Mohanta, my paytm kyc was done on 20.05.2018, a guy came my place(Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) and did kyc clicked photo both for me and my father, still my kyc is not complete. In the app its showing "get kyc".
                      Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                        I had ordered horlicks 1kg and rajdhani besan 1kg in paytm around a month ago and the product i received was in such a horrible condition. The packets were torn inside the packet and it was all scattered in the box. The packets was rat bitten. I had initiated the return for both the products and requested for refund or replacement but the paytm team is fooling me by giving dates everytime i contact them and they say the refund has been initiated by them and actually they've not.

                            My money is not refunded and there is no response from paytm call centre they messaged that they send money bt i haven't recieved it they are doing anything about my refund they say that money will be refunded after 14days but it have more than 14 days and i will not get my refund back i call customer care of paytm many times but they didn't receive it. Solve my problem

                              I purchased stonx powerbank 12500 mah from paytm. After couple of months it stopped working and even from the start i wasn’t getting 5000mah. It shows 6 month warranty but there is nowhere i can do the complaint. Why paytm allows such fake companies to sell their product. This is very disappointing and i would not suggest anyone to buy anything from paytm. I have always been a fan of apaytm but it’s high time we should start moving to competitors.

                                This complaint is against paytm
                                Few day ago i made mobile recharge of rupees 139 using paytm mobile app but unfortunately the recharge was not done as per the company rule the amount of refund watch to be received within 7 working days as per their policy now the 15 days has been cross but still i have not got my money back i talked with their customer care they said me they don't have voice support for this issue now after all getting frustrated with their service i finally made a decision to lodge a complaint over here i hope this will help me to get my money back

                                    On 11th of may i have added 300 rs to paytm wallet. Where my transaction was successful in bank end, even i called bank customer care twice thru call they confirmed the transaction was successful and even thru email.

                                    But paytm support saying that they haven't received the payment from bank it almost 15 days now the amount was not reflected at both the end.

                                    Just now i have read many blogs many people facing the same problem but paytm have not provided any resolution. It looks people money are getting looted some where in this form

                                      I have done a payment of electricity bill on 24 may 2018 my money has been deducted from my bank account (State bank of india) but my payment got failed. Which was 55 rs from my paytm wallet and 2614 from my bank account but after transaction failed non of my money has been rolled back to my account
                                      I have contacted paytm customer care but no one is reply me properly. I have open many query many tickets but there is no rply to any of them a proper reply i request you to arrange a call from your side.
                                      I have contacted the sbi customer care they r saying the payment has been send to the paytm.
                                      I have contacted to the mpcz the electricity provider customer care they r saying they have not recived any payment.
