I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected]
And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

Hi, i have ordered a mobile accessories from the paytm.com about three weeks ago, but i never received yet. I have dropped plenty of emails on their customer-care email, but these peoples are not interested to respond me back, moreover they are not even telling whether my order is being shipped. The order status shows "handed over to courier" for last two weeks. Don't know which courier service is this. They don't even give you courier details for tracking. This is the worst ever experience to purchase something from gati international website. My order number : [protected]

I purchased product from amazon by cod then returned and amazon returned money to my paytm bank account on 19 april 2018 and it should be reflected by 23 april 2018. But its now more than 1 month and money is not added to my bank account yet. I have done many complaint in customer support but nothing happened. My paytm number [protected]

I called him for booking of railway tkt. Fro ndls to bct. He told me to send money to my this paytm number... I has made the payment through imps to this account.

I had not got the ticket as per his commitment of ticket for that day as charting has done...

So i requested so many times to return the same to my same bank account.. Till today he had not return & any reply... Not picking phone.. So kindly help me to resolve this & do the needful

I have ordered food from faasos using paytm about 2 weeks back. The bill came to 350 and i ordered using my card details. Now the otp that came first when i entered took time so i cancelled. I did this again. And the third time it went through. But from my bank 350 went three times and i only got one order. Still haven’t got any refund of my money.

I was trying to place an order on StalkBuyLove app, meanwhile when I proceed for payment it showed me an error that payment could not be made so order was not placed but I received a message that my amount was debited. Please look into it I want my money back at earliest. I need my money back and awaiting your revert as soon as possible.

I made an order (Wireless mouse) on paytm app. I paid the full money and made the order on 8th may 2018. There item was sent through gati courier service. The item came to madurai (Destination city) on 15th may 2018. It has been more than 10 days and the item is still not delivered. I contacted paytm many times but they are not responding. I mailed them, made a complaint and even called the customer care but i got no response from them. I need my money back.

Yesterday i am placing a order in paytm i meanwhile my order didnt placed but the amount of 34990 got deducted from my account. And till now i didnt get refund of that money. And after this i also call on the paytm customer care no. They say you will get refund the money in 24 hours. But i didnt get the money. I also go to my bank where i have my account they also say the samething

I received a call today on my number that I had purchased a hair dryer from Paytm, , , and then applied the promo code lucky winner there, , , , , , , yes I did purchased hair dryer some months ago...then he told me that I am lucky winner and eligible for that offer...he gave me 4 options...then told me to choose 1 from them...and call him again...then he forced me to buy something worth 3000 rs from Paytm to grab this offer...I choose 1 voltage stabilizer worth 3717...then he send me a QR code on WhatsApp and asked me to scan that and send 3717 rs to account named wall mart...after sometime I realised that their is no notification coming from Paytm...and I called Paytm and asked them about the whole scene...they told me that their is no offer of this kind available for my account...that was the point where my doubt proved right...I want to share the no. Of these fraud people to the public [protected], , [protected]...I don't have any confidence that my money will come back...because India has no system for middle class people...the system of India works only for rich and powerful people...but still posting a complaint here because I think it is my duty as a citizen of republic of India to spread awareness in public ... I also want to highlight a point here...that how these guys came to know my shopping orders from Paytm...their is a clear case of data leak...but nothing will happen...as their is no protection rights for data of Indian people's...and still our pm spekas about digital india

I was booking a tatkal ticket on 18th may 2018 from kakinada town station (Cct) to lingampalli (Lpi) for the date 19th may 2018. At the time of payment, i have opted debit card payment which was powered by paytm. Transaction id: [protected]

The total amount of rs. 1255 was deducted from my bank of india bank account on 18th may 2018. Till now i haven't got my refund amount

In my account monthly cut 2700 rs when i entry my passbook i found that.
Monthly transaction debit 2717 rs but i have no any information this. I am totally disstaisfied.
In my passbook entry sms given othpg charge 2717 by paytm shown in the sms.
Please accept my complain and rectify this problem.

I was recharged with rs. 399 for jio mobile no. [protected], date: 11/05/2018 through paytm, but first transaction was cancel and i have received message that recharge is failed and your deducted balance will be credited in to your account within 3 to 4 working days, but still today i haven't got any amount in my account. And transaction id also doesn't appear in the passbook section. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Here i am sending you photo of transaction that i have done. My account details as below:

I've paytm merchant account, my customers are unable to pay using qr code.
Tried contacting paytm several time and no proper response yet. Paytm clearly sent messages all over india about 0% charges for transfer and now they are requesting for 2% charge over email and now my customers are unable to pay.
Everytime i contact paytm they give computerized response that issue was resolved but the fact is that it was never resolved.

That product is length is very high

On saturday i. E. On 19/05/2018 i have received a call from paytm mall from ([protected]) stating that i have won a gift of dell laptop.
They have advised me to pay in the paytm mall. I have transferred 17499 in the name of paytm mall. I trusted them & sent the amount. However i didn't received any goods nor money. Paytm is asking fir to be filed.

I want an immediate refund from paytm

Today 22 may 2018. I go to shop and pay 1780₹ but i in wallet no sufficient balance so i add 2000₹ in wallet but automatically it's added in my Paytm payment bank. After that i tried to pay but its not payable from payment bank so i added other 2000₹ in paytm wallet. After that my wallet balance is 2000₹+2000₹+ 82₹ and 200₹ in Paytm payment bank. I paid 1780₹ to shop but after that when i check my wallet it shows 200₹ in payment bank & 302₹ total 502₹ in wallet.

When i request for statement it doesn't show the transaction of 2000₹ in Paytm wallet

I want the solution and want my money back

I received duplicate airpods instead of original apple airpods, and when i request for return to paytm, their executive asked me for job-sheet from apple service centre, now please tell me if product is duplicate how apple will provide me job-sheet???

When i called customercare they put me on hold around 1 hrs and after that again told me that we cant do anything, they don't have common sense that no one can provide jobsheet number if the product is fake. And now they told me that without jobsheet they will not replace or return product, the product value is 12000 aprox, its not a small amount.

I am totally frustrated with paytm, here i am attaching fake product photo for review.
