When i slept in class, somebody transferred money from sbi credit card to their paytm. I was shocked and they erased all the details. So i will provide all the information about transaction, and please help me by giving the person details who made transaction. Creditcard number: [protected]
Transaction amount was 18000 rs on 23/04/2018 through paytm noida in.

    I got a call from [protected] that you are lucky one to win prize a laptop, sony brio led tv, mobile phone or jewellery. Telecaller name kalal. She said you can choose any prize out of them. To get this prize you have to make shopping of rupees 3000 cart value on paytm and you will get delivery of your prize along with the product delivery. They get their payment done from paytm mall. Now on paytm mall my order is showing pending and payment which i have done is showing on shop mart account. This no from which i got call is still in use and doing same activity now. No [protected]

      Hello sir, I'm Akash Vispute. I've registered my Paytm account through this mob no:- [protected].
      I'm complaining about PayTM app which is famous for online payment service app. I've done several payment through PayTM applying offer coupon, but still date I didn't receive a single cashback. This app making people fool. It is totally fraud app. Last week, I've paid electric bill of Rs 2790 through PayTM by applying FAMILY coupon which is applicable. But still date I didn't receive any cashback. Likewise I had done several times payment through PayTM, but this fraud app never give cashback. It's veey bad experience I have ever get through online app. It making people fool. Please don't use it. Such waste of money. Fraud app.

        Hi,

        on 19may18 i order sparx slippers of rs 274 and i ordered through my father number and also i applied firsttimelucky voucher. Today i check my order status but Thier is no any order. I use [protected] number account .

        aslo i send a screenshot of the transaction.

        this is first time, i was shocked what is happening with me.

        Also i email to [protected]@paytm.com and they replied that contact us through my order section, but their is nothing in my order section how can i raise the complaint .

          I have done the payment 500rs for Delhi Metro recharge through paytm app. But, It was failed due to some paytm internal error. Still, I didn't get my money back in my account. I have done the payment on 18/03/2018 on 08:28 AM through axis bank.

          I was trying to recharge my metro card[protected]. But, the transaction was failed and I received a message regarding the failed transaction. My number order number was [protected]. I have done payment on 18th May at 08:26 AM.
          Please return my money back ASAP.
          I have called on c.care number [protected](Rahil Kumar Chaturvedi) but he was asking my bank detail like card number and CVV number.

                    Payment page is stuck and no msg is displayed on the screen. This problem is coming since i have got my kyc done. Payment is always awaiting and gets failed after few hours. Zero customer assistance is available. Money is always deducted and returns in few weeks. If you can't provide proper assistance to your customers, then shut down your company.

                      I have forgot my paytm password and i want to reset it. So when i select the option 'forgot my password', a number appears and costumers are supposed to make a call on that number and then follow the further processes. But whenever i make a call on that number, it never gets connected. And i assure that there is no problem with my sim. It's been nearlt 3 months now that i am unable to login to my paytm account. I hope that you will reply to this complaint soon!

                        I was paying for swiggy using paytm. The money got deducted from my bank account but didn't get reflected in my paytm account and i had to again add money to my paytm account for food. The deducted money from my account is not being reflected. I don't know what ami supposed to do. I have added the mail photos from my account indicating the deduction. And it's not even added in my paytm account and paytm summary is also not showing the 2 addition or dedication, its showing only 1 additional and dedication of money.

                          I m the regular user or paytm, since i m not able to transfer the money from my paytm wallet to my own account through upi so i called up the customer care at paytm and surprised to know that i can transfer money to bank account only through neft which charge us 3%. I can't transfer through upi. This seriously cheating with the people as 3%is substantial charge. I was asked why there is so much of charge... They repliey it is as per the rbis guidelines. It means we can add the money into paytm wallet through. Upi but can't transfer back through upi. As the government is promoting the digital transaction through upi and this paytm is fooling the peoples. Kindly look into the matter as earliest

                            I booked a ticket from irctc rs.240, paid through paytm wallet but ticket not booked and same amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet..

                                When i am ordering pizza on 19/5/2018 using paytm wallet, my money is deducted from the bank having order id : 05c52deb2863615eeea57.
                                Then i called the dominos and they confirmed me that they have not recieved any order.
                                What is this all #.
                                No customer care you have.
                                Whom i suppose to be talk.
                                This is whole like a fraud big company having a bank but does not having a customer care.

                                  I transferred 800 rupees through paytm but recipient refuses to accept. Please give me a solution. Money transferred by me has been deducted from my bank account but recipient [protected] says paytm has not deposited the same in paytm wallet. Upi reference id is[protected].
                                  The recipient on telephone number [protected] says the paytm has not credited the amount to his paytm wallet. Amount of rs800.00 transferred by me has been deducted from my bank account.
                                  Please treat this as urgent and give me a solution to my problem.

                                      On 10th May while paying My Electricity Bill o[censored]HBVN Haryana For Rs. 2959 from my paytm Number [protected] then paytm transaction showing failed but the Amount deducted from my bank account but. after that i paid my electricity bill again by Paytm. My Bill Paid One time But Amount deducted from My bank Account 2 Time. till date i do not received refund of this amount.

                                        I wanted to change my mobile number as my old sim card is not working at all. I had no way to change the number as i was not getting the otp for my old number so i contacted paytm care and raised a ticket. After taking followup for 2 weeks i am still struggling to change my mobile number. They even don't care to reply.

                                        I then requested them to delete my account and still there is no reply from them.

                                        Worst service from paytm so far.
