I ordered a physical debit card from paytm rs.125/- which was not delivered and returned by india post for some reason. As i have not received the product there policy initiates a refund amount of money. I've ordered my debit card once again which took 125 rupees nevertheless the first time ordered product was not delivered and refunded. I expect paytm to initiate 125/- rupees in my wallet.

    I own a restaurant and i happen to have a customer who paid me through paytm on 15/5/18 of rs. 546. He also sent me the screen shot of the payment he made. But, i never received any money nor did i receive any notification in that regards. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment he did.

      Dear sir it is my 2nd complaint for the same issue as you know I am a disabled person so purchasing from online shopping now I booked a headphone for my daughter from Paytm last month whose order number is [protected] but it is missed by courier now the Paytm person telling it is not there responsibility so not refunding my money please help my name is Sanjoy
      I have tried to recharge UTS by Paytm Debit card. Amount Debited from the bank account but UTS not recharged and also refund not credited to Paytm bank.

        At time of booking of railway ticket from Latur road to Panvel through IRCTC app by Internet banking of axis bank Ltd through PAYTM M money was deducted but ticket not booked. IRCTC app said that payment not received from bank PAYTM M. Amount deducted is 781 RS. Please find the attached photo for details.

            On 12/05/2018 i have paid rs. 300 through my hdfc credit card a/c for top up the mobile prepaid mobno.[protected], i got message from hdfc that spent 300/- against paytm and also received message from paytm the transaction is pending with us so after 2 hour you can cancel the same. But i cannot receive further message or transaction details from paytm. This fact occurred on[protected] at 12:14 pm from my mob no.[protected], so please verify the transaction and cancel the same and return the amount of 300/- to my hdfc credit card a/c at the earliest.

                Hi, i am a new customer to paytm and i have been facing a serious issue with paytm since 15th may. I have 20, 000 inr in my paytm wallet and i am unable to use them any manner since all the transactions are being failed with some errors. I have called the customer care for close to 20 times but the all ways start with asking what is the problem, complaint number and keep saying the same answer which is sorry for the inconvenience and our background team is working on it you will get a resolution soon. But so far nothing has happened, i have emailed them with all the screenshots of the errors but they keep asking for the same again and again. I have to pay a hospital bill and i requested them many times to solve this issue since i have a medical emergency but they are not even concerned about my issue, if anything goes wrong in the hospital then paytm is solely responsible for that loss. I am here in with giving all the details including the complaint number so kindly help me getting my money from paytm.                       I have complaint about the club factory for not being refund my amount but they told me the transections is done from their side but i am not able to find any transection on that date in my paytm account passbook or even i didn’t find that balance in paytm
                      I don’t know why this is so, once i tried to contact paytm i was entertained by computerized call and give me another number to call over, in this way they just mention different numbers to call over but i didn’t get a chance to talk with any human executive or employee, i think this being a good trick to fool peoples .

                        I already done KYC process on 25 jan 2018, after that my paytm wallet working properly but when I am going to paid one of my payment amout 26300 at that time I am just able to transfer 10000 rs and then some otp issued occur and then PAYTM Re queried KYC again I already transfer 26300 rs in to paytm wallet then I have to paid my payment via other payment method and my remaining balance (16300) is stuck in to paytm wallet. So now I done KYC process again on 14 may but now paytm want 488 rs charges for transfer my remaining balance in to my bank account. There is some issue from Paytm side so why should I pay charges to them. Paytm haven's any customer case executive to resolved my issue. I also register complain twice into paytm support (query ref no. 65681558,[protected] but still there is no response from paytm side.

                          I woke up today with my wallet balance deducted by ₹1500 for no reason.in my passbook yesterday (15/05/2018) the updated feed was that my wallet balance is credited by 1500 rupees (1000+500) but the next day's morning i. E on 3:20 am (16/may/2018) my money was deducted stating that "withdrawn due to dispute" and "money blocked by paytm". I was a customer who trust paytm at most but now i regret. My journey with paytm is not good. I advise everyone to not to use paytm anymore as your money is not safe with them at all. Kindly add money back to my wallet ([protected])
                          Payment cut 4 times from my union bank account but confirmation not done so refund make as early as possible
                          My order No [protected] has been refunded and after replace it has to be delevered it on saturday

                            On 8 may, i tried to do 2 electricity bill payments, but on payment both bills payments failed and money got debited from bank, it said it would take 7 working days for money to credit in bank but it has not reflected in my account and also the transaction is not reflected in my paytm acc, i don't what to do. Transaction is not showing in my orders and money is also not credited, i also have sms and bank details of transaction showing money is debited but don't have paytm txn id or order id because it's not that order in my paytm account...

                              Hello team

                              Firstly let me give you again the background of the problem. On may 5th i had swiped the paytm card twice in the pos machine at revankar enterprises belgaum for a payment of rs 7000. The pos machine returned a message "transaction declined" both the times. I later used my axis bank debit card to make the payment and it was successful.

                              I later got an sms from paytm that rs 7000 has been debited from my paytm account. I checked with the merchant revankar enterprises and he showed me his settlement statement. There was no credit of rs 7000 from paytm card and it was only showing a credit of rs 7000 from my axis bank card. The merchant never recieved the payment from my paytm card.

                              Here are the details:

                              Merchant name - revankar enterprises belgaum

                              Mode of payment - paytm debit card used in the pos machine (Offline)

                              Amount - rs 7000

                              Date and time - may 5th 2018, 6:29pm

                              Please refund rs 7000 back in my paytm savings account.

                              Its been 10 days I am following up with Customer care. But there is no action yet from their end.
                              I have done the recharge on this no.[protected] in 199 rupees.i have paid the payment in Paytm upi address .my rupees cut on the bank.But not yet recharged
                              I tried making payment for my Vodafone number bill payment, for some reason it got declined . amount of 400 is deducted from Pay Tm account . refund is showing still pending. I have raised a query for it no reply yet or no one has contacted me,

                                    I placed an order on 6th of May. I have not received the order, but it is showing that order has been delivered. Even I have not got any call neither on the numbers which have been mentioned on delivery address nor on my registered mobile number.

                                      My name is G.Nagraj using paytym long time.Paying bill payment shopping all things are going well. Past some time while i am shopping no promo code is applying on buying items always show a massage " Promo usage blocked ". I Complaint so many time but the customer care doesn't solve problem they aren't serious to solve the problem.

                                      I keshu, got deducted with INR 9000 from my account without making any transaction or for that matter I dont even use or have Paytm.

                                      But i got a message from HDFC bank stating that my account id deducted with INR 9000 from my debit card with transaction in Noida for PAYTM 1293914.

                                      Please look into this issue urgently.
                                      Is the company officials of paytm are deaf or highly ineffiient or ignorant during their working hours. i m constantly complaining in the best possible way but still there is no action taken from their side.

                                        Sir as you know i am sanjay kumar mohanty a handycapped person depending upon online shopping with that advantage priviously paytm has cheated me several times but by your interference i got the justice now i booked a head phone on paytm my order no is [protected] order placed on may 1 and dispatched on may2 but till now i have not received the item but paytm not answering the mail please help me to give justice to a poor disable man

                                        As on date[protected] i had done payment to 1 mg via paytm . The payment was unsuccessful but refund not recd yet. Where is my money?
                                        Unfortunately the order was cancelled please send me my debit card and tell me the courier provider details thank you.
