    Sir kal 1 baje muze message aye ki vijay nam ke banda apka parcel apko delive karega aur paytm app me bhi eska nam aur number dikhai de raha hai, lekin abhitak uska phone number switch off hai aur kal aur ajka adha din bhi hogaya fir bhi uska mob no switch off hai aur mera shoes abhitak deliver nahi hauva hai.
    Muze app me delivary date 12 dikhai aur message ake bhi deliver nahi kar rahe hai, use kal ka mera pura day waste gaya aur ajka bhi. Abhibhi cal nahi lag raha hai. So aese logo ko ku delivary ka charges deto ho jinko customer ki fikar nahi. 2 din se mob switch off kar ke aram kar rahe hai aur apki company paytm inke number ka message bhej ke pagal me nikal rahi hai.
    I hate this type of servicer

    Gateway for debit card is not opening in my paytm.After filling debit card no. Cvv and all when i press to proceed to payment it loads a while and shows black screen!

      I would like to file a complaint regarding fraudulence involved in fake l&t recruitment. I applied for l&t recruitment process via naukri website. After a few days i received a document via my phone number depicted confirmation for recruitment and the process involved with recruitment. It demanded a deposit of 9725 rupee as a fully refundable sum via credit or debit card or via paytm wallet. I, as a victim of this fraudulence, paid the fee and got misused for mere monetary benefits. I know it is my mistake. Until innocent people like me were there, this kind of frauds ceased to be prevented. But i have some confusion regarding how a person can have paytm wallet in the name of l&t company name. The basic procedure is that customer should meet the kyc before initiate the wallet transactions. I dint want anyone to use the name of paytm for illegal transactions and thereby misusing the trust earned by paytm.

        I purchased e - book named elsevier comprehensive guide to combined medical services from google play on 12th of may 2018, the amount of 587 rupees and 05 paise deducted from my account and the book was not downloaded yet.

        Transaction details:igadnahss6 to transfer inb times of money limited.
        I want a refund of the said amount otherwise the above mentioned e-book, if not soo please be ready to face the consequences, i wl assure you this little amount will make you feel bad later, it's a word of an advocate.

            Hi
            On 22 april is placed oreder for shoes on paytm. My order no is [protected]. On 25 april is received the box. When i opened the box i was shocked to see, instead of shoes i received pack of tennis balls. Now i understiod that i received wrong item. So i requested paytm, that i want to return the item, as i have received wrong item.
            After many complaints the pacakage was picked up on 30 april.
            Till today 12 may i have not received the refund from paytm.
            I called paytm many times at customercare number, but i receive only one reply, that they are looking into matter & will solve soon.
            I want my money back. Pls refund my money

                I had ordered a power bank from paytm; however i never received the product but received a message confirming the order was delivered. I tried reaching out paytm in every possible way, but couldn't. Their emails are not monitored, no response on call (It's not toll free, so i spent a good amount of money on a 15 min long hold at the end of which i was still hearing their call waiting tune). The only way to raise a concern is via my orders section which i did. The worst part is even this did not trigger a response from them and i cannot follow upon that as the complaint wasn't assigned a ticket id. Paytm requires customers only until they pay for the order, but if something goes wrong, they are not responsible. Very careless attitude towards customers... Disgusting...

                  I had purchased order [protected] of samsung galaxy s8 64 gb (Midnight black from croma electronics borivali on 23 april. The sales person ankit told me that if i pay through paytm u will get ₹10000 cashback..
                  After that sales person tooked my mobile and orderd s8 from paytm mall from my mobile hehad applied promo code then he gave me my mobile to enter credit card details.. The booking process was done by the croma sales person by taking my mobile.. After that i was wating for cashback for nearly 12 days as mentioend in your promo code terms.
                  After that i had raised a conecrn with paytm regarding cashback.
                  But your team is ignoring for the cashback..
                  Saying that the promo code was not applied while placing order
                  Request to resolve this issue at the earliest..

                    I had booked an e-ticket using irctc app on 3/5/2018 using paytm gateway. I had canceled the same ticket on 5/5/2018 as it was waitlisted. The cancelation id is [protected] and the irctc app shows that amount rs 875 has been refunded in the bank account but i have not received any refund in my bank account from paytm. Please refund my amount of 875 at the earliest

                      Since 5 years promo codes are not working in my paytm account. And no cash backs received to my paytm wallet. I complained many times to paytm customer through phone and mail (Reference no.:[protected]. But till now the problem is not solved and am not getting cash backs. I dont know why paytm is taking kyc and all when they are not able to solve consumers small small problems. Please let me know what exactly the violation from my end, and please check twice whether paytm servers are working properly or not, because if i was used a promo code twice (Intentionally/non-intentionally) they should decline it - its as simple as that, then where is my violation? What is the assurance that paytm is not revealing our kyc to others? How should we trust paytm? Why paytm is giving cash backs for updating kyc? Paytm should clarify these doubts first. And solve the issue of mine.

                        I have recharged my mobile with 666 rs the money has been deducted from my paytm wallet and i have even submitted a refund, it shows the refund has been done but i did not receive the refund.date of the incident is on 10 may 2018 at 7:41pm.my mobile number is of jio.i have wrongly chose my number as bsnl and selected the amount of 666 rs for recharge .i have received a message saying that the bsnl has declined my order but still money has been deducted from my paytm account.i have even tried to request a refund but the bsnl is not responding it is showing a message saying that the money has been refunded to my account and the refund has been initiated .i have waited 24 hours but there is no response.please make sure that the money will be refunded to my account as soon as possible.

                          My paytmmall order number is [protected]. the order was placed on 22 april 2018. i have ordered shoes. but i received pack of tennis balls. wrong product delivered to me. after many complaints, the product was picked up on 30 april. now the product have been returned to paytm. but till today 11 april i have not received the refund amount from paytm.

                            Tried to add Rs. 105 from my axis bank account to my Paytm wallet. But the transaction never happened. Want 105 added back to my paytm wallet/bank as soon as possible.

                            I have also noticed that this keeps happening to other people. How can Paytm claim to be a people-friendly payments bank/wallet if no conscious action to avoid such howlers?

                                I don't get my refund back to my account from paytm. When texted for it, they asked to send bank statement. I shared that as well. But till now i dint receive any. I can't go to my home branch for any resolution regarding it. You (Paytm) is responsible for the transactions mainly. They have to resolve it. I want it resolved by this weekend. If not it's a serious issue you guys are doing with customers. This kind of service is not at all required. Shut down the company.

                                  Hello sir, i have purchased a item of traditional kulhar (Desi cup of tea) on dated[protected]. I online deducted my amount partly from patym wallet rs. 55/- & remaining 294 rs. Directly from sbi debit card. After few days my order was cancelled automaitc my paytm. I got refunded amount of rs. 55 which i have deducted from paytm wallet but not the other 294/- rs. Which i have directly deducted from my sbi account. I complain about this on paytm but they said we have refunded your amount to bank but i have not received till now account but for reference i am sending you a statement of my bank account in attachement. It clearly shows the deducted amount of rs. 294 but not the credited amount. Please take a immediate action as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered a baby teether on 2nd of may 2019 and received a different baby teether on 7th of may 2019 which I don't ordered.
                                    I have contacted customer support team, as there was no option of return or replacement, he assured me that the item will pe picked up but still there is no any info regarding this.
                                    I have attached both picture of what I ordered and Paytm delivered me.
                                    Kindly shortout this.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      On 07.05.2018 i have paid rs. 949 to paytm by net banking. Afterward, i have received sms of balance deduction on my registered mobile number. After few minutes an email was received from paytm that your transaction has been failed due to payment confirmation not received from your bank and order has been cancelled. After three days my deducted balance not refunded in my account. Please do needful at earliest and refund my rs. 949.

                                        I had purchased apple magic mouse from ios mobile app based retailer for a consideration of rs.6189 inr order no. [protected] on 5th april 2018. I received used/wrong product. The shipment box was tempered and the product box had no usual company vacuum seal. The images for the same already provided during the complaint under the reference no. 60305958.
                                        The case was discussed in detail during the telephone conversation with customer care executives and over email communication on multiple occasion. However despite of all my pleadings and requests, paytm.com have not registered a correct complain for the said discrepancies, instead
                                        Registered a false complain as “received an empty box for order id [protected]” and “received an empty box for order id [protected]” and willfully falsify the complaint.
                                        As a final resolution they sent the email on 18th april 2018 and 29th april 2018 which was stating that “we have launched a full scale investigation and our checks have confirmed that correct product was delivered to you. Therefore, we will not be able to proceed your request further”.
                                        They are not even reading the complaint email. Just keep on sending the artificial intelligence based auto reply without changing even one character.
