My mobile is already registered in paytm account ([protected]). I forget my paytm password. If i click forget password one number is coming. If i call to that number the answer number doesn't not exit.. Or otherwise if i click register paytm. It's just coming my number is already exit. I don't even get any emails also. I am very disappointed... Please do something... I need this to resolve quickly

    I ordered an items named "madhur pure and hygienic sugar 5kg" from paytm two consecutive times in a row and both the times it was cancelled by the seller. As a result when i complaint to customer care they gave me an exclusive coupon code "cpgvhzxxxxq3" [xxxx-some alphabets] on 22nd april, 2018 which they told can be applied only on the same account from which the cancelled orders were placed and for buying products of the same category. Nothing was mentioned about it's expiry date. But when i tried to apply the coupon code on the very next day it showed "the coupon/voucher is not valid." i contacted their customer care via paytm app on 25th april, 2018[ticket no-62224130] and mentioned the issue to which they replied to add a screenshot which i did on the same day. But after that there was no response from their team and when i again contacted them via their app they told that the coupon code has already expired on 26th april, 2018.

    Now my question is when the coupon code was issued to me there was no mention of any expiry date whatsoever. And even then i tried to apply the code before the expiry date and it showed me an error. I even contacted the customer support before the expiry date and they purposefully ignored the ticket until the coupon expired and now they are stating that they can't proceed the request further as the code is already expired.

    Now what kind of fraud is this? Paytm has one of the worst customer support i have ever seen in any online shopping site. This is a clear case of foling and misleading the customer.

      Respected sir,

      I am prince kaushik i have brought one cello igloo 50l desert cooler from paytm on 12/4/2018 and it was deliver on 16/4/2018 order no. [protected] according to description remote will be there with this model but when i got this cooler there is not remote and it's only manually operate switch when i complain more then 5 time for that i didn't get proper response they given me suppler contact details. Sir i don't know about the supplier i have given the order on paytm platform so why should i will contact with the suppler sir i am attach the description screenshot for reference.

        Hello,
        My paytm account is temporarily blocked with the registered number - [protected] and i have send many request to customer care to unblock my account but i am not getting any solution from them as i am not satisfied with the service of paytm. I am requesting you to unblock my account asap as my money got stuck with the wallet. I have not even used multiple account but still it is showing the account is temporarily blocked and i have added the money in my wallet and after that the account gets blocked and now i want my money back so please help me in this issue.

          Illegal transfer of amount to paytm - from nov 20, 2016 to may 4, 2018

          Total amount of more than 100k was debited from savings account with multiple transactions to ecom pur/paytm/noida. The amount was transferred without any prior notification. Also, we did not receive any messages after any such transfer or purchase to paytm. More over, the amount being used is similar to the amount being withdrawn earlier for personal use. The latest sequence no for the fraudulent transaction was 040518. We came to know about the fraud only after re-visiting the payslip history for the last 2 years.

          Please help in tracking the person who has ordered with this seq no and retrieving the amount.

            Hey dignities,

            My sister has purchased a set of pigeon 0.3 ltr coffee cup costing inr 274 and showing a cashback of inr 199 by applying the offer firsttimelucky. She has placed the order with order id : [protected] on 27th april 2018 by 6:13 pm.. And as expected the cashback of inr 199 must be credited to her's paytm wallet within 48 hours of the order. But almostly 7 days has been passed, neither cashback has been received and nor anyone took the responsibility to respond over her repeatitive mails or calls. The matter is not just for inr 199 but its the matter of fraudulent. Will request you people to assist us to get these # sacked up by not looting the people in such a way.

              Paytm online shopping rs. 4500/- money was transferred to paytm mall. But product was not dispatched.
              Request a refund amount.
              Already money is transferred to paytm mall for purchase product. But product is not yet dispatched to my address. When i called customer care they not recieving phone call. So i request you to please refund my amount to my paytm wallet.

                Sir, cash debited my icici account by paytm but ticket failed to book through irctc because of the payment failure by paytm for the transaction id-[protected]. And the same transaction is not shown in the paytm app to raise the complaint. The paytm must answer for the delay to make the railway ticket and to kill the valuable time of a army men. So i requested you to refund my cash to my bank account. My mobile no is [protected]

                  I booked movie tickets worth 619, then after 30 min it showed my order is cancelled, so i thought ok they will pay me back afterwards, then again i booked for same amount, this time its neither booked nor cancelled it is saying pending, the movie is in 2 hours, since last 4 hours i am trying to contact them from all the sources available, and the telle caller is saying my order id only is wrong, what should i do, no one wants to respond also.

                      As i order a number grande purple top from the paytm mall but the dispatch date is 2 may but dispatch was not done bye the company so i cancel the product but they dont give my money back to me and paytm customer care event cant take up my call they all are cheaters please look into this matter even they dont give me any helpline number to call them

                        I purchased a movie ticket from Paytm and the money got deducted from my bank account but the payment failed.
                        Hence my ticket was not booked.I booked a movie ticket on May 3 at 4:00P.M.
                        I haven’t received any support from Paytm till now. No one has contacted me till now even after my continuous attempts to contact you guys no one responded.

                        Please Kindly contact me as soon as possible and refund the amount of Rs. 261.86
                        It will be highly appreciable if you issue the refund as early as possible.

                        I’ve not received many of my refunds till now. So this is the last time I’m contacting your Customer Support Or rather I’d approach the Consumer Court for my queries.

                        The payment was done from my Bank Account via Debit Card but the order failed. Kindly issue the refund.

                          Myself Sudeep from Odisha. I regularily use PayTm services for my transactions, coz it is very fast and secure but this time i am pretty much upset with the services.

                          I made a transaction on 29th April 2018 by transferring 20000 rupees to a bank account but till now its not yet credited. I spoke to their customer care executive..and, what they said is really unbeleivable. They said, it will take 7 to 14 working days to process.

                          While adding money to wallet, you people take only 10 to 20 seconds..then why do you take so much time to transfer ?
                          This is really a worst thing..you people are doing.

                            I had already compliant many times but still my problem was not solved.. I am unable to see my wallet amount so please transfer to my other paytm account wallet. But no need to transfer my wallet amount to my additional number.. My wallet amount 200rs (Using oncepermonth) promocode. Please solve my problem immediately. So only i am going to done my kyc update..

                            Note:i had compliant 1 month before but still the problem was not solved. 200rs i cant see in my wallet. Very worst service provider.

                              I have booked hotel through paytm and cancelled with the help of paytm service executive. That time they also said i would get 100% refund so i have cancelled that booking. Now they started saying there will be deduction of 1 night charges. Because they said i will get 100% i cancelled my booking and booked another hotel through another site. I have explained the initial discussion i had with their service executive and they said they will check the recordings and provide full refund. Now they are not answering my calls. I have sent email to grievance manager, customer care and head also. Still no reply. Below are the booking and case id details:

                                Have been duped of rs.3000, and sure many others, by some account holder of paytm by the name m/s cross roads for providing car service amounting rs. 3, 000/-

                                Having reported the lapse to paytm bank of fraudulent account by name cross roads, i was advised by paytm to file fir for reversal of rs. 3000 which paytm said they have recovered from account holder by name cross roads. M/s cross roads deny any account with paytm and any such credit.

                                I have filed the fir with gurgaon sadar police station and shared with paytm. Paytm wants an order from gurgaon police in prescribed format within 6 days failing the money would become undisputed.

                                Miscreants are at large making mockery of banking transactions. How can one open an account with the name cross roads and collect moneys therein issuing fake receipts of m/s cross roads using their gst and logo.
