I am your paytm wallet customer registered ac no - [protected].. I send to money paytm wallet send to money bank punjab national bank early morning 6:45  date-02/052018 amount rs - 2471.93 is stuck pending show wallet txn id:[protected].. Your paytm customer service caller said 3 to 5 working days your amount transfer in your bank  & another caller said paytm not deduction complete what is going on  i humblly request my payment return fast in my paytm wallet or pnb bank plz do something my consumer durable loan is active in punjab national bank bajaj ecs date :02/05/2018 your bad service fault against my ecs not deduct and bounce chrges extra on putting bajaj finserv on me.. I already send to consumer complaints mail against your bad service  i not happy with your services & help support paytm team..

    I have done several transaction on 21st 22nd 23rd and 24th more than 20 transaction but i have received only 3 rupees on all the days. I wanted to raise a complaint but paytm didn't allow me to report any queries.
    As u can see in pics i have done 5 transaction on 25th april but got only 1rupee cashback.also told that i have done only 1transaction. several transaction are also done according to the terms and conditions but Paytm is not doing the same as ler the terms and conditions

      I am trying to book a ticket using irctc app on 22th march. My money got deducted but ticked did't booked.
      When i am checking the website its showing following information:-

          I've tried other numbers also bt no other is working...some says "does not exist" some says "out of order".

            I have explained the issue so many times to these Paytm customer care, but still they do not go through history and keep asking same question and no proper response. This is so frustrating and i need to escalate.

              He amount for the second class season ticket quarterly pass (599 inr) has got deducted while making a transaction through the uts app on 02th may, 2018.

              On reaching the mumbai customer care, their number itself is out of order

              Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount asap

                Even after trying for 5-6 times the paytm app is unable to load the show timings for imax viviana mall for 4th may friday with a constant message for error. On submitting this complaint the message reads that this complaint is too short to attract attention. Isn’t it your responsibility to resolve each and every problem without it being attractive??

                      I was trying to do a payment for medlife of rs. 4432.96 on 24th april using my rbl credit card. During the transaction process, i got error from medlife and the amount was debited from rbl. I had words with medlife and they told me that they didn't have receive the amount.

                      As per rbl, the amount was paid against paytm medlife mumbai.

                      Please help me.

                                Tried paying redbus through your all twice. Got a failed transaction feedback both times.
                                Used book now pay later option on redbus.
                                After 15 mins i got a message feom my bank stating the money had been deducted by your app.
                                However, the pay later service of redbus is via lazypay and i have to pay them as well.
                                Kindly look into this and initiate a refund. Pathetic.

                                    Ordered my laptop from paytm and got it on 22/april/2016, got my laptop as if this was new and i on that time couldn't figure out that it was refurbished as laptop was running fine and returning period was 30 days till then laptop was running fine. Problem first occurred after 2 months when suddenly laptop stopped working and when i tried complaining to lenovo i knew that laptop only had 55 days of remaining accidental warranty so i complained and i knew it was refurbished but 1 year accidental warranty was included so i gave laptop to service center and whole motherboard was changed, so laptop was fine after some months in november laptop again started having problem as screen was flickering so i complained again an my whole screen was replaced, laptop worked fine for like a year after that and then suddenly one day my hinge holding screen broke and since i didn't have accidental warranty i couldn't get it repair as it would cost me around 10k+ so i complained to company and they told me they can't help in this matter. Kindly help as my laptop on which i work has been dead since and screen isn't working. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
                                    I have included picture of my laptop bill and how i mailed company about updating my warranty also picture is included about problems and their response.

                                      I ordered lotto white sneakers. The delivery was made by xpressbees. I received old muddy shoes in the packet. The delivery boy refused to take them back and suggested me to file a return. Twice i have raised the return but both the times the courier boys from bluedart who come to take the muddy old shoes back refuse to take them saying they need new shoes in return only. How am i supposed to return new shoes for the refund when i received old ones? Paytm doesn't respond to this. They don't even register my complaint on the app. They are fraud. I have valid videos and photos of all of it.

                                        Today I went to nearby KYC center to update my KYC (Aadhaar) and notice that they are charging Rs. 20. Without receiving the amount they are not doing KYC update. It looks there is no strict compliance following by Paytm KYC center.

                                        KYC center address:
                                        Sri Vinayak Stores, no. 1 main Banaswadi, Bengaluru - 560033.

                                        I initially agreed to pay Rs.20 for kyc update but when I receive OTP to my mobile it is clearly mentioned that "There are no charges for this service".
