Sir, I cancelled one ticket on 19/04/2018 and cancellation Id was [protected] and transaction Id was [protected] and amount was Really 780.In IRCTC status is showing that amount refunded on 21/04/2018 but till now amount is not credited to my account and in IRCTC it is showing refund to PAYTM, please rectify it and transfer to account

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is to inform you that I have made one bhim upi transaction to one SBI beneficiary account, dated 27/04/2018, having SBI account number [protected], with UPI reference number[protected]. Though it is successful from sending side But the money is not credited to the beneficiary till now.

    Kindly hep me out in this case, i am sending this money to my grandmother, she is in urgent need.

    Looking for your kind cooperation, will be thankful to you if you resolve this concerned matter at earliest.

        Sir my order no is [protected] .when courier boy come to me for delivery he want to click photo of my I'd proof which is totally understand acceptable because of security reasons instead of this he should take my signature and I'd no on delivery sheet so he clearly said he will not give if I will not allow him to click pic of I'd .sir what kind of courier facility u r choosing for delivery .it indicates you r spoiling your customer base or not need of customer any more .           Dear Concern

          My pay tm is [protected].
          One guy is coming from pay tm and ask to get merchant link names saurav mb no [protected].
          They give me qr code for merchant i.e. vijay bartan store.
          We had paste that qr code on my retail outlet.
          A customer is purchasing a chimney from us & they give a payment through pay tm, he scans a qr code after that some jiteder singh mob no [protected] is visible on my account.
          The payment is put on jitender account and we had loss of rs 11500.
          No one is listening us.
          kindly resolve & give us back our payment.

                My contact number is [protected]. My paytm debit card is not yet delivered and their customer care number won't allow you to talk to a person. They are not responding to my messages. Either get my card deliverd or can refund me my 125₹ to my paytm wallet.

                  Today (April 30) i have done online transaction through paytm gateway and paid bank account

                  The amount is deducted from my canara bank saving a/c but not credited to the my bank a/c

                  You are requested to please process the payment or refund the failure transaction to my account.

                    I have cancelled a railway ticket with refund id[protected].irctc has refunded money to PAYTMSDK.but they are not giving it in my sbi account.it has gone over 10 days.PAYTMSDK is making fool by providing payment gateway through irctc .i want my money back urgently.money amount is 310 rupees.it has refunded by indian railway to PAYTMSDK on 20th april 2018 but .it sill is not credited in my sbi account

                      I was trying to make vodafone mobile payment of rs. 8 on 13.04.2018 payment was failed but amount deducted from my bank account.
                      Have complained so many times to paytm they told to me refund will be credited in 7-14 days in my bank account now but still amount not credited in my bank account.
                      Have also complained to my bank but they also not helping me.
                      Similar problems happened with me with user i'd [protected]- this is my mother account and rs.159/- has to be refunded as i did the payment for buying a product but latter canceled it. But till now i have not received the payment back. However system said it will be credited in 24 hours i am attaching the photos for the same

                        I have purchased many product from paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my paytm wallet but due to some error "your account is temporarily blocked for login" i can’t login my account or i can't use my paytm wallet.
                        Last 4-5 days i am continuing email to paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now.

                        I tried to call them in different number are given for contact like[protected], [protected] and[protected] but no one can pick up the phone and no reply or no call from paytm team side.
                        I am very disappointing for this type of support and services provided by paytm team to the customer, please help me to solve my problem.

But I don't get my cashback yet. I also submit complaint in there help and support but they didn't get back to me. Please help.

                          I was trying to make vodafone mobile postpaid [protected] payment of rs.320 on 31.03.2018 payment was failed which is order id is [protected] but amount deducted from my bank account.
                          Have complained so many times to paytm they told to me refund will be credited in 7-14 days in my bank account now almost 28 days gone still amount not credited in my bank account.
                          Have also complained to my bank but they also not helping me..

                            I really fed up with the paytm service there is no customer related queries help the staff was very rude to not even helping the customer "twice is no proper answer from them the vendor they provided in the paytm services the vendor details they provide the private wrong number and the wrongi ordered air cooler in the help of the paytm four days back today is the delivery time there is no delivery yet so i want to cancel their is no person to help me really i fed up with the fed up with the brightness services i want to highlight this issue

                              I applied many time for changing my number on paytm from [protected] to [protected] and they are only cancelling my complaint without informing me and i am doing the complaint from 16 jan 2018.
                              They always say that the problem will be shortout in 24 to 48 hrs and after that i call them and they say that you have to wait more and after some time they say this cannot be done we will call you and no any call come to me on my new number and i have provided them my new number for call

                                Very worst services provided by Paytm.
                                I received XXX amount from my friend as I was in need of some urgent cash.
                                After receiving the amount, that amount was reflecting in my Paytm wallet but was not added to my bank account which was perfectly linked with my wallet using BHIM UPI.
                                After that, I was trying to transfer that amount into my bank account but it was showing an error saying that "Money transfer failed because money cannot be transferred to same UPI address"
                                I was really frustrated at that time because the UPI and KYC was perfectly done but still, my money was into the worst wallet ever, i.e., Paytm
                                Still, I am not able to transfer that amount to my bank account.
                                I have to ask a friend and then I have to transfer that amount into his/her account to access my own money.

                                I would highly recommend everyone to stop using Paytm and uninstall the app,
                                Use Tez or phonepay instead because they are giving perfect service.

                                    I had complaint 10 days ago regarding some fraud transactions from my sbi account. Fraud transactions were done with some paytm codes. There were 16 transactions of around 5, 000 rs each using paytm codes. I still haven't got any reply or solution from your company. Please inform me anything regarding the complaint on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
                                    I want that my money should be refunded into my sbi account. I had attached my bank details and all the transaction details with the filed complaint.

                                      I want to Complaint against Paytm for NOT providing the Cashback promised for doing UPI transactions from my account associated with my mobile number [protected] from 9th to 16th April and now from 19th April Onwards.

                                      My mother using the mobile number [protected] facing the same problem.

                                      When contacted to Paytm care, they're demanding more details from us rather than verifying all the details on their own as if they don't have access to any account or anything.

                                      When contacted to Paytm grievance officer, they simply don't reply.

                                      So kindly look into this matter as the Cashback amount on each mobile number is now over Rs.400

                                        I made a transaction of rs. 10 on 27/04/18 at 16.46 and 16.48 pm to a person (shineprojob.com)but instead of it there were two transaction of rs. 4998 and 15000 which has been transferred to a paytm account without my will. So I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        yesterday, we received a call at 4.30 pm from this Mobil No. 9682060379, (caller name Neha) . she told that I am speaking behalf of shine job com . she was giving instruction to me, for registration in shine Pro job which registration fees is rs 10. now I followed her instruction. I made a transaction of rs. 10 on 27/04/18 at 16.46 and 16.48 pm to a person (shineprojob.com)but instead of it there were two transaction of rs. 4998 and 15000 which has been transferred to a paytm account without my will. So I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
