I booked two movie tickets via paytm for 1370rs.. With order no. [protected]...the amount was deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn't booked... Now paytm is not replying for my queries... Didn't get any refund till yet... They are a bunch of frauds and thugs.. They are not replying to any questions as well.. Their toll free number is a waste of time.. As nothing will be solved over that

    My paytm account is registered with [protected].on 12 th april i was adding Money in my wallet.but money was deducted from ny bank and not added in my wallet.
    At that time this transaction was showing in history as unsuccessful but after that it just disappeared and i wasn't able to complain.

      All my Paytm cashback has been showing a status of Refunded back and in the statement, it displays as Cashback failure, I have completed my KYC and was affirmed by customer care employee that the cashback would be credited after few days.can you please look into my query and let me know why the cashback is still not credited, also could you please let me know the reason for the failure of Cashback.

        Paytm payment bank has unable to transfer money to my bank and I am very much shocked to know that because at the time of new with this bank all facility like debit card, easy transfer, no transaction charge and all this attract us but after the month of period such thing is happening with customer. It is very bad to serve any customer because we have faith that at any instance we can transfer our money to any bank but this not happen and I am facing trouble to transfer.

            Sir i try to order a mobile 13, 999rs on flipkart18.4.2018 using paytn payment bank debit card.after submit otp my transaction was failed and money debited.

                Paytm has deducted 402.11 and 402.11 on my bank account for train booking on 11 April 2018. But booking has not confirmed. Paytm has not refunded my money till now. So please Check this complain and solve it as soon as possible .

                  I have recharged to my JIO number on 11 april around 5:20 PM and paytm has deducted money from my wallet but recharge was not successful.(Transaction Rference #BV000008QWBD)

                  So i contacted to JIO customer care and confirmed same that recharge was not successful (Query Ref #[protected].

                  Now my problem is when i contact reliance JIO they are saying contact PAYTM and if i contact paytm these people are saying contact JIO care. This has been raised 15 days ago. and there is no proper response from PAYTM

                    Paytm blocking my business account without any reason and my wallet balance not transfer to my bank account my wallet balance is 7658 i call custmer care he say i am not solve this problem you send email i am sending mail to paytm and paytm say you added 559 in wallet this faq transection but i don't know who adding amount in my wallet i request paytm to know about this and refund my amount please help me for solve this problem

                      Today I had transferred Rs.3000 to my PAYTM wallet from my account no but the amount did not get credited to PAYTM wallet..Kindly do the needful..What should I do now either to get PAYTM wallet funded or recredit my bank account with Rs.3000...This is the first time I am getting a complaint on PAYTM wallet filling

                                I used paytm to book a rail ticket using uts mobile app on 17th april. My paytm screen froze and so had to hit my mobile back button. I got a message stating the paytm transaction will be cancelled if hit the cancel button. I confirmed and hit cancel. My ticket was not booked but the pay tm money of 168.50 was debitted. When i contacted paytm they are telling me to contact uts. When i confirmed the cancellation why shpould i be contacting uts. Paytm should not be washing off hands this way from any transactions.

                                Got a refund from PayTM. Thanks, the issue is resolved.
                                Metro card is recharged at Paytm but card is unable to read at the AVM machine. Hence money is stuck in the card itself. Card number is 57277738.
                                Money recharged by mobile number- [protected].

                                The executive says that the card is defective and that the amount shall be refunded but I doubt.

                                  I m not able to done kyc because my aadhar is linked with an other number which i does not know the mobile number. Plzz link mah aadhar card with mah new number. I have do at complaint at help and faq center but thee is no response at all from there. Complain registered twice but no action is taken regard mah complain. Plz help me its an emergency and i also want to open a paytm bank account. So i need kyc done

                                    On september 10, 2017 i transfer rs. 13000 to one of the retailer from my paytm wallet account after scan his bar code but when transaction showing successfull on last step it has been credited and showing to mr. Sukhdev account instead of retailer (Mr. Rattan lal) account after that i checked with retailer as he said he didn't link any account with paytm and he didn't recieved any amount in his wallet, so i contacted with paytm and i sent 40-50 emails to them, but always they are misguiding even i sent screenshots also to paytm, in some emails they replying like illitrate, they do not understand, but in some emails they understand and they asked me for retailer (Mr. Rattan lal) cancelled cheque and i send them in march first week after that no response coming from paytm side, worst experience with paytm.                                       I have two paytm accounts, for one account kyc done, for the second account i can't do the kyc. I have amount in 2nd account so i cant transfer that amount.
                                      So i swapped my numbers, then two numbers changed but the amount didn't transfer from this account to that account...
                                      And i tried to add new number according to their instructions to the account but it showing bad request. And i can not able to use that amount

                                      For this last 1 month onwards i tried to contact paytm customer care people but they are not responding properly..
