I did not get service of paying bill of rs 767/- of bsnl landline on[protected] and got message that the said money has been transferred to [protected]@icici.
Now when i asked to refund the money, i am asked to pay rs 15000/- for [protected]@ybl. So disgusting. Making fool of public. Sending this in media

    After installing paytm app and after login, it changed all the numbers to "paytm send money to contact" and deleted all number which don't have paytm account associated with it. After uninstalling it deleted all phone contacts and i lost all the recent added contacts. This problem is reported in product forum and app review also but paytm has done nothing about it...

      Is this a way to earn money from common middle class people. During booking of train tickets in irctc i have gone through paytm upi transaction and first time it got failed with unknown reason and second second i went in correct way and the tickets are booked but money was deducted from my bank account during first time and the money was not refunded 7950rs. It is a very huge amount and company that i trusted doing this things for making money it is not a correct way of eating. We are middle class and if money was not there we have to struggle and please refund my money

      7950 rupees are deducted from my bank account through upi while paying for tickets and the money was not refunded yet. This is not the way a trusted company doing such things we are middle class and money is a nessisity for us to live in this world and taking such huge amount from us won't grow your assets. So please refund the amount

        Sir, i had transferred amount through paytm to paytm business app, amount 2531.40₹ on april 3rd from my mobile no.[protected]. But the paytm app not received that amount msg. I called so many times to customer care of paytm but they said successful at paytm and they asked bank statement, it also sent to them. Pls give me proper solution. I have stress due to this and i struggling for 17 days and till now for this issue.

        Hi sir, On April 3rd 2018 I had transaction an amount 2531.40 through Paytm to Paytm business app. Paytm shows successful But the paytm business app not reflect that amount. The Paytm customer care person also not respond me properly. The transaction I'd is[protected]

            I made a transfer to my bank for an amount of rs 225 0n 21 april 2018 from my paytm wallet, i wanted to. Use that money for urgent but, still d payment is showing as pending, i have attached the necesary payment debited message from my bank, and the payment pending status from paytm, please refund my money back. This is not at all accepeted from a big company like this, i will need to file a complaint against you if my money is not refunded...

              I made a transfer to my bank for an amount of rs 5000 0n 21 april 2018 at 1:22 pm from my paytm wallet, its been a day now, still d payment is showing as pending, i have attached the necesary payment debited message from my bank, and the payment pending status from paytm, please refund my money back. This is not at all accepeted from a big company like this, i will need to file a complaint against you if my money is not refunded.

                I have made a purchase of 500 diamonds on mobile legends bang bang worth rs.799 on april 19, 2018 which i do not receive the item in the game. When i contacted google about the problem they said that the purchase did not get through which is weird because when i check my bank balance a sum of rs.799 was debited by times of money limited.

                Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For times of money limited transaction of rs. 799.0 from a/c ending 4938 on 19-apr-18 at 20:15 is igadjdxnx3.

                That is the proof of the transaction. Would you kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. It has been 2 days now..

                  Please note that the i have paid my telephone bill through Paytm tge money from by bank deducted in Feb 2018, the message says payment success, but my service provider MTNL dint receive any amount. There is no direct no of Pay tm to solve the issue . Still after 3 months the money dint got it back on my ac or pay tm ac. Kindly help [protected]

                      My name is Mohammad Mushdik
                      I am hand helding 2 nos. [protected] & [protected]. Both the nos. are on paytm but I was using only one no that is [protected] in which my KYC is updated. I went to your paytm office and there I was informed that the KYC could be done only on one no and its already done. So I thought that the KYC is updated in my both nos. & I replaced my no from [protected] to [protected]. And in my account of [protected] there were some amount of Rs. 800 approx which were added through my SBI credit card but the amount was not reflected in my account neighter I got my KYC updated.

                      I request you to please refund my balance related to my paytm account from [protected] & update my KYC as well.

                      I am here by attaching the sbi card payment for your reference and my Adhar card .

                        I booked a bus on paytm order id: [protected]. I was not informed about the bus cancellation. When I contacted the operator myself he told me bus has been cancelled. It has been very repititive process of paytm not informing about bus cancellation. When i called Paytm they refused to provide me the refund and i was on hold for around 45 mins. Told me wait for 24 hrs. I had importabt work in the morning. I hasd to book a flight for that which cost me 6000. Please help me to stop these uninformed cancellations and boasting nature of paytm

                          I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                          And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                          Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                          I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                            I recently updated my passbook after 6 months and found that about rs.15, 000 are being debited fraudulently every month and the amount is going to paytm.. I got my detailed bank statement but it only shows the terminal id.. How do i get the details of the paytm account holder who has defrauded me..?? Pl help.
                            I got to know that the terminal ids used for every transaction are the same i. E.,

                            1.[protected]
                            2.[protected]

                            I approached the bank but they are clueless. Will i have to file an fir to get to know the details of the fraudster.?? I know it's too high to hope to get my money back. I will be very grateful if anybody can help.. I have lost almost rs.1, 00, 000.. I never received any otp or debit sms on my phone number.. I don't know how the transaction took place..
                            I was recharging my UTS wallet by 200 rs. Money got deducted from my SBI bank account but recharge couldnt happened in my UTS wallet. i waited for 48hrs to money to get refunded automatically but it didnt happened.
                            Kindly refund the amount else will not use PAYTM henceforth.

                              I purchased a brand factory voucher worth rs 3000 on paytm. When i tried that voucher on brand factory store in hubli karnataka after spending 3hrs to select. The dress and then disappointed of not purchasing it becomes the voucher was invalid. I called paytm customer care, they are not responding properly and i have also raised an issue, but there also, they are taking more time to respond. Paytm order no. [protected]

                                My side is praveen, i have concern raise to paytm regarding by account blocked on my registered number [protected], after that i have raise the issue with paytm document department on 27 march 2018, but your side not any support and help me, and i have send to email by costumer care but dont any support right becouse my issue is i am unable login to paytm account, but there are more time has been past but your side not be help so please check my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                      I've cancelled the ticket since 11th april and the money has been deposited to the paytmsdk gateway but yet the money hasn't been deposited in the bank account my cancellation id is [protected] and [protected] with pnr [protected] and [protected] and the bank i paid through was uco bank and the amount total is even too large like around 10k and it has been above a week since the cancellation
                                      Sr today morning i had send totally Rs.14000 unknown number by mistake
                                      so his person can't sent my balance

                                      Rs 700 got deducted from my bank account twice but only once it was credited to my Paytm Balance.

Yesterday I received davidson unisex sunglasses but i found that item in broken condition .This was my first experience with paytm which i found very bad .So i request you change the sunglasses with another pair.my contact number is [protected]

                                        My paytm account [protected] is done with KYC but after KYC I transferred 363 Rs to [protected] and it was successfully sent I saw the message which shows payment successful but the number hasn't received 363 rupees till now and my [protected] has already deducted 363 Rs I complaint and tried several times to contact paytm but no justified solution from Paytm I have the screenshot of amount payed successful to [protected].please resolve it
