I have raised the ticket to paytm team that my fastag is not read properly, when i called 1st time they conformed that without any fee they are going to reissue the new fastag. After 2 days called to paytm customer care regards about status of my new fastag status. They are requested me to pay additional amount to re-issue the fastag. Same day i requested them to cancel my fastag and refund my money.

However still i did not get my money, they are telling different stories when i call them.

    This is regarding paytm postpaid payments. The app shown an ad with 550 cashback with t&c but i couldn't find anywhere when i click on the ad. I tried reaching customer care and he has mentioned that there is some other location to find t&c and the offer is from 11th apr 2018 onwards that too for 50th customer. When i asked how will we know if we are 50th customer or not then he replied it will not be know as it's autogenerated. So my concern is how will people know if they are 50th customer or not and i seriously doubt if they have some algorithm in their system which provides such thing. I ask authorities to take a look into this and let us know if anything

      While i try to login with forget password it diverts to call a mobile no so i call with my registered mobile no to set new password.
      But always busy tune is comming while i tried to call.

        I have brought samsung galaxy j7 pro from paytm mall on 26/03/2018 vide the order id number [protected] for rs18900
        paytm mall has promised a cashback of rs 2000 by applying the promocode j2k
        so far i have not received the cash back and i have complained many times on the paytm mall website but of no use
        request paytm mall to resolve the issue and credit the cash back as early as possible
        the customer care number of paytm mall is also not working

          I were booked this product on 11th april the expected date of delivery is 16th april. The delivery boy come at 15 when i was busy somewhere else. So I call him at 15 night he say I will come tomorrow.
          Now it's 18 th april and he not come. When I call him he say coming in 1 hour and cut the phone.

            I have done paytm transfer to pay my yes bank credit card bill. Amount rs 1020. The transfer didn't happen since my KYC was not updated. I updated my KYC and the transfer of amount to bank is still pending. Customer care is all automated replies and I need my rs 1020 back or the amount to be transferred to my credit card.

              i have not transfered 350 Rs to any bank still the amount was deducted unauthorisely from my Paytm account (paytm a/c- [protected]) on 17th april'18 at 10:05 am. Neither any details of transfer is provided by paytm.
              resolve my problem as soon as problem or i will take serious action against paytm.

                I have paid my bill rs.2092 on 14 april 2018. My telephone no is[protected]. They are just giving a operator reference no and are not replying. Bsnl account section officer clearly told me they not received any payment from paytm. My bb connection is disconnected for past 2 days for non payment of bill. Paytm is a thief. Plz help.                 I booked a train ticket through irctc app and paid by paytm for rs1940. But the ticket was failed and irctc refund my money rs 1700 on March 3. Still now I don't have my money.

                  Respected sir/madam

                  I have booked 3 tickets by online irctc passenger reservation system with my debit card, transaction id [protected],[protected], &[protected] on 09/04/2018 & cancelled 3 tickets on the same day due to change in my schedule of departure-cancellation id/refund id of 3 tickets are -[protected], [protected], [protected]- irctc refund status of irctc online services shows amount-rs.6450, rs.60, &rs.180 respectively refunded to bank paytmag on 11/04/2018, i have not received my payment in my account. Moreover i have not booked my ticket using paytm. Then why the amount is transferred to paytm. What should i do inorder to get back my money. How long should i wait? Kindly requesting a reply on the matter at your earliest.

                    I ordered a dell laptop on 19th mar18 order no. [protected], and i received the laptop on 24th mar, 18.
                    Sir, but when i received my laptop, i got only laptop's invoice copy without extended one warranty policy.
                    When i booked my laptop through paytm, i selected the check box for extended warranty.
                    I have try to connect you at your customer care ([protected]) so many times, but it always came engaged/busy.

                      My order no [protected] purchased from paytm online app of blue star 1.5 ton 5 star (2017) split ac (5hw18satx, white).

                      Outdoor of ac is passing electric current please do the needful at the earliest it can harm other very much, i am regularly sending mails to replace my product, but you people are not taking it seriously.

                      Dear team requesting your help as paytm team is not taking any further action

                      I received a message from paytm on april 13, 2018 that return request has been approved it will be picked by delhivery return - heavy and today is 18 april 2018 nobody has come to pick that order and not an any confirmation from paytm that when will they are coming to pick up.

                      I am regularly following up with paytm team on mail and by talking to there customer care agents also.

                        I have been calling paytm customer care to reset the password and get the sms on registered mobile number but did not get a single sms and everytime ivrs tells me that a reset link has been shared on my number.

                        There is no other method to reset the password or speak with paytm customer case. This is happening after kyc update, the paytm guy took pan, aadhar for kyc but seems either my data has been changed or not updated so far.

                        I am stuck with urgent transaction which i wanted to make through paytm.

                        Even I tried all the PAYTM number which are listed as their HeadOffice or Support but all seems to be useless. There is no way to connect with Customer Care.

                        This is happening post KYC Update, Neither my Aadhar nor PIN is matching which I set for my account.

                        Please resolve this matter. I met PAYTM KYC Team and they helped me to revalidate the KYC and reset the password.

                        Paytm should improve their Support.

                          I wanted to book a ticket from irctc and tried to did the payment from paytm[protected] . There was insufficient money (Rs.3.31) in paytm and demand was of 802(ronded off) so paytm asked for debit card and then i allowed to take the rest money from debit card. after that, bank confirmed the payment of 798.63 (remaing amount) at PAYTM txn#[protected]. But payment failed in irctc from paytm and paytm send me message that your bank has confirmed payment against order id [protected] but we will refund your money incase the order is cancelled.My paytm wallet money is reflected in paytm wallet but bank balace has been deducted by paytm. And the order is cancelled. But amount is not refunded.
                          So, i request you to take action quickly.and refund my money.

                            I want to say that i got a phone call from an unknown no. on 14 march 2018 and it was picked up by my younger sister and the person on call asked her about my sbi atm details. He said that my card has been blocked. She gave him my details. After that i continuously got so many messages from 14 march to 28 march 2018 about transactions of total 66, 025 rs. from my sbi account by debit card as a code othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]one97 communications lnoida, othpg[protected]paytm, othpg[protected]paytm noida, othpg[protected]paytm. Here, with the complaint details i am attaching transaction details in image format.
                            I request you to please look into this matter and and kindly cancel this transaction and refund the money into my account.

                                I ordered two board games from paytm Ludo and business game and only received one(Ludo). I got notification that both games are delivered so I called customer service, after calling 4 times someone answered and then I explained the issue to him. He said I’m applying for return on both box, I said I just want the missing box I don’t want to return Ludo, he said return what you received we’ll send both boxes again to you. I said okay. Then next morning I get a notification that Jai Singh will pick up my business board game, the game that I never received. So I cancelled the pick up and tried calling paytm help line no. But no body answered, I tried more than 35 times and still trying. I already paid for board games.

                                  On 15th April' 18 I renewed by GTPL broadband online using Paytm wallet after which I received a message from Paytm stating that the transfer has been successful. The transaction id given is 14_[protected].

                                  However, this transaction is not showing in my Paytm passbook and the broadband company claims that they didn't receive the amount. So where did my money go?

                                  Kindly look into this issue and provide assistance ASAP.

                                      I have signed into my account of paytm and requested for top up of my bsnl no [protected] for Rs 220. I got OTP no of Federal Bank and submitted otp no. You have not recharged my mobile no., informing me that bank has not authorised the payment. After some time message from bank received in my mobile saying that Rs 220 is deducted to paytm account. The timing is 9.30 hrs on 17/04/2018. Kindly top up my mobile no. for Rs 220 or refund the amount to my Federal Bank account no.

                                        Paytm is allowing minimum kyc update through driving licence, voter id passport, etc. But when the verification centre is contacted they are insisting on biometrics with aadhar card no.-even e kyc offered can't be done by entering the 16 digit virtual aadhar id legislated on 4-4-18 by uidai (When details of virtual id are entered the entire 16 digits are not accepted) and 12 digit aadhar no. Is requested for.
                                        I fail to understand why the company needs our data when govt. Has introduced privacy - i shall complain to the rbi ombudsman if our virtual id is not accepted by the company-the company has not credited to our account the cashback we had earned-instead has cancelled the cashback transaction after cancelling the min. Kyc request.
                                        Amazon is a worldwide company and it has completed kyc with submission of driving licence only then where does such small companies like paytm, mobikwik, etc. Stand-even freecharge is allowing credit of cashbacks and their usage.
                                        Government should intervene immediately and prevent such requirements by such companies

                                        Till date no provision has been made in the PAYTM app to verify through virtual ID provided by UIDAI nor UIDAI has asked PAYTM to update KYC through 16 digit virtual card no.introduced on 4-4-18
                                        One month above complete no resolution got from paytm care.very poor response.
                                        What ever documents required I have provided still issue not resolved.
                                        today 19june2018 also paytm not accepting Aadhar 16digit virtual ID as KYC
                                        PayTM does NOT accept anything other than AADHAR ID. The person coming for verification said, he can not verify anything other than AADHAR.

                                        Then who marked it as resolved?
