On 15th April' 18 I renewed by GTPL broadband online using Paytm wallet after which I received a message from Paytm stating that the transfer has been successful. The transaction id given is 14_[protected].

However, this transaction is not showing in my Paytm passbook and the broadband company claims that they didn't receive the amount. So where did my money go?

Kindly look into this issue and provide assistance ASAP.

    How many days you can service with cheating. Please cancel it and refund my amount immediately

      I have signed into my account of paytm and requested for top up of my bsnl no [protected] for Rs 220. I got OTP no of Federal Bank and submitted otp no. You have not recharged my mobile no., informing me that bank has not authorised the payment. After some time message from bank received in my mobile saying that Rs 220 is deducted to paytm account. The timing is 9.30 hrs on 17/04/2018. Kindly top up my mobile no. for Rs 220 or refund the amount to my Federal Bank account no.

        Paytm is allowing minimum kyc update through driving licence, voter id passport, etc. But when the verification centre is contacted they are insisting on biometrics with aadhar card no.-even e kyc offered can't be done by entering the 16 digit virtual aadhar id legislated on 4-4-18 by uidai (When details of virtual id are entered the entire 16 digits are not accepted) and 12 digit aadhar no. Is requested for.
        I fail to understand why the company needs our data when govt. Has introduced privacy - i shall complain to the rbi ombudsman if our virtual id is not accepted by the company-the company has not credited to our account the cashback we had earned-instead has cancelled the cashback transaction after cancelling the min. Kyc request.
        Amazon is a worldwide company and it has completed kyc with submission of driving licence only then where does such small companies like paytm, mobikwik, etc. Stand-even freecharge is allowing credit of cashbacks and their usage.
        Government should intervene immediately and prevent such requirements by such companies

        Till date no provision has been made in the PAYTM app to verify through virtual ID provided by UIDAI nor UIDAI has asked PAYTM to update KYC through 16 digit virtual card no.introduced on 4-4-18
        One month above complete no resolution got from paytm care.very poor response.
        What ever documents required I have provided still issue not resolved.
        today 19june2018 also paytm not accepting Aadhar 16digit virtual ID as KYC
        PayTM does NOT accept anything other than AADHAR ID. The person coming for verification said, he can not verify anything other than AADHAR.

        Then who marked it as resolved?

          Please see the bank statement of my friend that he sent me money.

          My friend sent me money on april 11, 2018 through his sbi account to my paytm payments bank. He sent me 27000 from his sbi bank to my paytm bank account.
          He sent me on april 11, 2018. But i didn't got my money.

          Please check these screenshots and bank statement of my friend. Thank you.
          I have loss 100 rs for adding rummycircle app did’t add that amount for that game app.but that amount was less in my axis bank account.please help me...

            Dear team,
            On the 2nd of april i tried to make a bill payment of 3958 using paytm towards tn electricity but the transactions said failed however the money was taken by paytm from my bank account. That was the last day to pay the bill and the last money i had for the month. Very next day electricity guy came and unplugged the fuse me and my family were without electricity for an entire week. I wrote to them 100 times but no one seem to be bothered in returning my money. Its been more than 15 days and i still haven't receive my money yet. Im totally stressed and without money in hand. Now they have marked the complaint as resolved without returning my money. Scam. How can they do this. They need to return my 3958. I hope my writing this to the best team who will resolve my query and bring justice as paytm have caused me alot of trouble and distress im totally down n broken bcos of them.

                  I had ordered an Apple Macbook Air from Paytm on 13th April 2018. Order ID - [protected]. The app showed me a delivery date of 15th April 2018. However, I did not receive it on the 15th. I called the customer care number on 16th April and the representative told me that the delivery date had changed to 19th April.
                  This is absolutely ridiculous. How can the company change the delivery date on their end and not bother to inform the customer about it?
                  I have paid almost 60k for this product and I don't know whether it will ever reach me.

                      I have added some amount from credit card to paytm wallet. Amount is deducted from credit card but it is not added to the paytm wallet. It will shows with in 4 hr amount will added to the wallet. 4 hrs is over. still amount is not added to the paytm wallet. I want the solution for this issues. When I will get the money?                         Hi,

                        I was making a transfer from axis bank a/c to paytm of rs.400/- on 10th april, 2018 that got declined and message was received - paytm has refunded rs.400.00 to your bank (Transaction id: [protected]). Mall turns 1 grand finale http://pytm.ml/mallmps.
                        However, i have not yet received any refund or balance stuck in paytm.
                        I have called axis bank but not ye credited back the amount.
                        Please arrange a callback and get the refund initiated asap, else needs to be escalated.

                          I have purchased the wonderla tickets in paytm website they are shown me 10% cashback is there for each tickets i have purchased 5 tickets and also i have applied the promo code but not yet cash back received and also customer supports response is very very bad in paytm, i am waiting more than 1.30 hrs for connecting customer care that cc lady simply says (Please contact the paytmmall customer support) they are cheaply behaving.. I need a cashback from paytm and dont purchase anything from paytm worst service and they are make u fool.
                          I m ready to book my tickets but the cinema is telling that it has technical issue and so my payment is not been done

                            This is with reference to order id [protected] for which i have requested return within 15 days as per return policy due to discolor of the item on a single use. But the seller youbella has rejected my return request and also didn't refund my money. So i request you to take strict action against the seller failing which i will post the same matter in other social networking sites and also complain in consumer forum website.

                                  I could not get my withdrawal amount from paytm quiz - win 1000 paytm cash offer. I gone through your quiz and participated in that in good manner. I answered all the questions correctly. I completed all questions. And further i referred to my friends and relatives contacts through whatsapp they also did the same. Also i downloaded two apps which is suggested by paytm and use of that for 10 minutes.

                                      This with reference to the serious issue that i had transferred rs 30000 from my paytm wallet to sbi account number xxxxxx7600 on 6.4.2017 bank txn id [protected] on 4.51 pm but to my utter surprise the amount has not yet been credited to my account and as i had talked with the customer care team of paytm she replied that the money had been debited successfully from paytm and sent to my sbi account.
                                      Please look into the matter even after 8 days have already been passed i cant see my balance on the account of sbi.
                                      I would like to draw the attention of high authority to look into the matter and resolve it fast otherwise i will escalate the matter to social media of both @paytmcare.. This is serious negligency on the part of the authority that i have to intervene to the social media to get back my money credited to my account.
                                      Please do it needful soonest possible.
