I would like to raise a complaint against this member which he denies to sort a problem.

Name: manish kumar
Designation: senior executive
Comaany: paytm merchant

Recently, paytm merchant has blocked my merchant account by stating that you have sel[censored]sed your qr code. And i've completely unknown to that fact, that we can't use for self purpose. Even from paytm, they did not told me anything regarding this.
However, i've requested them to reactive my account, so that i can proceed further.

Here's a blackmail script begins, they told me that you will be charged 2% for every payment when you receive via qr code.

Even they are providing free service to everyone. But in my case, total black mail have been executed by manish kumar, senior department, paytm merchant.

He said he cannot help me, we are here for nothing.

Either help me to get my account active with 0% charge, or i'll raise a complaint for sure against paytm company to get down their service very soon.

Even in the past, they theft my 5000 rs from my qr code, and at that time, they took it for me, easily recovered their mistakes, but now when it comes to me, they don't even given me a valid terms, they don't even warn me before, now they started blackmailing, even they don't cared about customer satisfaction.

I'm a citizen of india, i do know my rights, i just need to reactive my account or just need to destruct paytm merchant service.

So that no one could use their cheap & fraud service with blackmailing agenda.

    I had ordered blue heaven combo of 6 assorted colors mini lipsticks
    Sold by fashion zone on paytm mall. The piece was completely broken and lispticks were used and broken. It was damn overpriced. I tried reaching the customer care but invain, the number is always busy. I want my money back anyhow. The seller is fake and sell duplicate products. Even the case was broken and assembled by sellotape.

      I have two serious complain.

      1 it is regarding the cancellation of order and refund.

      2 second one is regarding cash back of below order which i have recived 72 hours ago.

      I have done shoping from paytm mall, there is offer of cash back, which is recived after 24 hr of reciving the product.
      The total amount which i should recive is 647. (400 cash back+247 order cancellation amount)

          Mai ne 13/4/2018 ko apne paytm wallet (No.[protected]) se 3 time transaction kiya, no.[protected] par, total 12000 rupees transfer kiye, lekin sirf 7000 rupees he transfer hue aur 5000 rupees ka receiver ([protected] jio) par without my permission recharge kar diya gaya. Aur jab mai ne paytm customer care par contact kiya to mujh se kaha gaya ke ek baar recharge ho gaya to ab refund nahi hoga.
          Pls refund my money.

            In my paytm account i refunded my wallet amount back to bank account and the amount deducted and status was sucessful but amount was not refunded yet to my bank account. I made complaint in paytm lots of times but each and every time my problem was not resolved i contacted to my bank they said mem this is server problem through paytm not from our side so please contact to paytm i gave account statement lots of time to paytm but did not got the solution amount was 749 rs transaction date was 27/12/2017 it has been 4 months transaction id is [protected].

              I had cancelled an order with order #[protected] about three days ago before it was shipped from the seller and still i haven't got my money. Its still showing return initiated even after three days after cancelling. Paytm is losing its trusted customers and i must say that you should something to improve the customer care services. I just want my refund as soon as possible.

                I have booked 4 ipl tickets from paytm on 4th april 2018. And i was asked to collect the tickets from raja ram mohan roy memorial hall at ito, delhi on 12th april. I went to the given location on the day told and i was asked to come on the next day. I agreed to them and went there the next day at 11:30 am there and there i was told that it will take another few hours for the setup to be complete. I did as they said and went there again at 5 pm. And then i was told that the setup is yet not complete and the tickets will be available after 18th of april 2018. I have been wasting my time and money in the whole process and i have really fed up with what paytm is doing to me. I would request for compensation. And i really appreciate an early action against them. The transaction numbers are as follows:

                  I have purchased a tvs jupiter on[protected] from m/s. Sangam autos (Dealer code 11705) queens road, amritsar - punjab.

                  At the time of purchasing dealer told us, if we give payment through paytm we will get cash back of rs.2500.00. We paid rs.51417/-through paytm on 17-03-17 & we will receive confirmation vide order id:[protected] dt.17-03-17. (Detail attached).

                  When we call so many time to dealer regarding our cash back he said his own payment is pending from paytm, when he will get payment after that you will get cash back of rs.2500.00.

                  But till date we do not have receive cash back of rs.2500.00.

                  You are requested to transfer cash back of rs.2500.00 in my paytm account.

                        My order no [protected] purchased from paytm online app of blue star 1.5 ton 5 star (2017) split ac (5hw18satx, white).

                        Outdoor of ac is passing electric current please do the needful at the earliest it can harm other very much, i am regularly sending mails to replace my product, but you people are not taking it seriously.

                        I am regularly following up to return my product 5 days have already gone and nobody is bother about that i have not even use once my new air condition which i have purchase on 07 april 2018.

He said that my card has been blocked. She gave him my details. After that i continuously got so many messages from 14 march to 28 march 2018 about transactions of total 71, 025 rs. Here, with the complaint details i am attaching my bank details and transaction details in image format.
                            I request you to please look into this matter and and kindly cancel this transaction and refund the money into my account.

                              I, sunayana beriwal, purchased a samsung galaxy s8 plus through paytmmall app on 25th february 2018, for which i was assured a cashback of rs.10, 000 within 10 days.
                              Today is 12th april 2018 and till now i have'nt received the same. Within this period, i contacted the customer care numerous times, but they were unable to provide any satisfactory solution. This is not expected from a company like paytm, to harass their loyal customers.

                                Hello sir, I had 1243rs in my Paytm wallet and when I completed my kyc and my complete money has been sent to merchant automatically without my permission and I have contacted to Paytm Costumer care but they refused to tell me the details of merchant and I want my money back to my Paytm wallet as soon as possible, please do something as soon as possible.                                     The amount is deducted from my bank saving a/c but not recharged to the AIRTEL NO.

                                        When i order waitch in clubfactory app i tied once it become failed but the amount was deducted through paytm upi on 9 april and next day i again tried but once again it failed and my money was deducted and now its 12 april till now no money was refunded... Paytm.. Paytm always shows this type of cases even i complained about it on the app but they cannot do anything... Or the customer care also not workable... All useless plz sorted this out fast i want a quick rply because paytm not helping this time
