    I made a deal for I phone 6 with a person representing himself Vikram wagamare Indian army
    I made payment of 11000 in instalments 700+1300+3500+4000 within one day.

    His courier boy called me via no. [protected] in the today morning and also has taken Money via paytm Mobil no. - [protected] payment made - 1500+4000 + 2750 threating me the if I will not make payment your order will be rejected.

    Now they both are not responding
    I don't Know why it is happening to me
    The courier has to deliver to me by today evening.
    I have made the whole payment
    Please help In this Matter . It was my hard earned money

      I Sri Biswajit Kalita tried to recharge my jio number i.e.[protected] on 6-01-18 through payTm app. The transaction id is- [protected].The recharge was failed, but money got deducted from my account.When I tried to contact with PayTm customer care several times, the olny respond I got is from computer generated massage.Please look into this matter and take necessary action.

          I choosed spice jet flight sg-704 from paytm to travel mumbai to varanasi for date 8feb, 2018. And i choosed check in baggage. And in my paytm ticket it was clearly written that 15 kg of check in baggage is allowed. But on 8feb while moving for boarding, the guy of spice jet who give boarding pass asked me to pay extra 400rs for hand baggage though my baggage was just 6.5 kg. And when i shown my ticket where 15 kg check in baggage is mentioned, he said there is mistake by paytm. I had to pay 400 for that. Now i don't get any good impression for paytm.

            Paytm has blocked my merchant account and money is not credited to bank account after 7 days..

            I tried all the available support numbers and emails but no one answering the call and the same ivr recording every time. Just like a fake customer care services.

            How can we trust on paytm where no customer service?

            Feeling helpless and regretting choosing paytm.
            My bank confirmed a successful payment of Rs.314.75 on Paytm against Order ID 1889427RKC6B28895. Again payment done, bank confirmed a successful payment of Rs.314.75 again on Paytm against Order ID 1889427RRC618C907. 2times mny deducted but ordered cancelled mny didnt refunded
            Dialy 1000 rupees like 5000 rupees was spent to unknown paytm account, without credit card and without OTP.
            So please stop the paytm transaction on my credit card.
            Please do this activity imdetely,
            I am facing more problem for this.

              My booking id [protected]. I got the refund for my travel date 19 jan 2018 on 22 nov. But now i got a call from airlines that flight has got delayed so i will get full refund for the travel on 23 jan 18. But i did not get refund of the 3 tickets of travel date 23 jan 18. Please stop fooling us by saying the refund has been made. The refund has been made for the travel of 19 jan and not of 23 jan.

              Continuous follow ups have been made but no revert has come from there end.. Calling them from 19 jan n today is 12 feb... Plz help...

                I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                    I have done transaction on irctc website via paytm wallet to book flight ticket but, unfortunately amount of 8473.23 /- deducted from my bank but the ticket not booked...
                    At the time of transaction there was no balance in my paytm wallet so the paytm wallet redirected me to do transaction directly from my card, which was added to my paytm wallet...
                    I have done transaction on[protected]...
                    I dont know why this transaction has not registered in payment wallet (My orders menu)... But thankfully immediately i have got an email from paytm regarding failed transaction...
                    I'm waiting for my refund from last 9 days...
                    I'm attaching the screenshot of the paytm email to this complaint... Plz go through the screenshot & give me the resolution asap

                      Dear paytm friends, you speak at large about being fair honest and transparent. Recently i bought a product which peomised cash back viapaytm and when i entered the codes it says offer is not available. So is this a new scam!??? And when i tried to raise a ticket for the ssme on the website its so difficult to do smells of a scam again such that its been designed to discourage complaints. Hope you resolve this scam justly and be sincere about ypur promised social responsibility.

                        I have done an online payment of my dominos bill throught paytm. Due to low money in wallet it asked me to add and proceed which i did. My total amount Rs408.03 was deducted but my online transaction was not done. And i havent been refunded. I dont know the issue is because of Paytm or domino's or the bank. Please look thorugh my compliant

                          Unauthorised transaction against my card of amount 1202.93 .Need immediate refund as this is my hard earned money and cant let it go like this simply.
                          Paytm should be responsible for reverting money.
                          I booked the movie ticket through paytm but my booking failed due to technical error and amount deducted from my account.I again try but still not book due to technical issue . Plz resolve my problem.I want to book the ticket for tomorrow see what is the issue and clear the problem

                            On 7th feb, 2018 i have used paytm for making of payment having order id [protected], but order was cancelled. After that i got a confirmation message from paytm that they will refund my money. Now it has been 4 days, but i did not get my refund.
                            After that i contacted customer care representative but they not helping me for status update of my query.

                            i am ankit rajput, i had make a train ticket on9 feb 2018 form irctc website and select payment mode paytm but train ticket transition faild and payment detected from my account RS 219.57 Order ID [protected].payment still not refund .
                            One of the phatmasy seller initiated my refund but money is not reflecting into my paytm wallet, several times i complained to paytm by providing them refund transaction id but paytm not responding to my compliments please help.

                              This paytm people have promised an upgrade of my paytm account limit to 1 lakh rupees wallet if i completed my kyc verification. Now these people are not allowing any payments or trasfer of money from my account. But also, even though i requested them many times to resolve my wallet limit of 25000 rs. I see them not responding for it. This is really terrible as i cannot get my account upgraded even after 2 months of kyc verification process. My account number is [protected].

                                  Muje mere fraud ka refund chaiye... Kyuki ye fraud mere saath aap ki wajah se hua hai... Mere internal information leak ki h aapne like mobile no., name, and place, and date of purchasing item in paytm and also amount... Otherwise kisi ko na pta tha meri purchasing unhe kaise pta lga. Muje mera refund dijiye otherwise i will strictly action against paytm

                                    My railway ticket cancellation amount has been refunded since june 2017 (Around 12 times) to paytm by irctc as i used your window to make payment.
                                    I spoke with paytm customer care several time and registered complaint till now no respond.. It's something like a robbery.
                                    I have no choice other than legal action right now for you. So kindly do the need full as it's becomes an huje amount now

                                        I am a merchant of paytm business. On[protected] customer paid 14900 to my QR scanner code. But amount not received in my account. I asked him but he is showing successful message.

                                        At that time i opened my business app, But my app not opening and saying Application under process. I called your customer care about above two issues but there is no response

                                        So Kindly please solve my issue and send my amount to my bank account (14900.00rs).
