Me and my friends had booked a a/c volvo from paytm by mmt services from delhi to manali. The day we had to board the volvo on 23rd dec 2017 at 6:30. The bus boarding location was changed all of the sudden and we were provided with local non a/c bus with broken seats and window. Worst experience of a travel booking through paytm. First of all, the

Metro. Then after waiting for straight 3 hours, the bus we paid for still
Was in waiting. After that, we got a bus of substandard quality, nothing
Like the amount that they charged us for. We tried calling the bus
Operator, they attended the call but acted as like they were paying for
Our travel. They said like this is the only thing and we all have to
Travel through this only. What protested a lot... But there was nobody
Who could help us. We tried calling the operator again but the didn't
Answered the call. We booked five tickets in total... Pnr 14352 & pnr
14362. We would request you to please refund us the money. This is not
What we had paid for and didn't expect such a poor horrible worst ordinary
Bus. Please refund us. I have booked total 5 seats with seat no.
19, 20, 23, 24 and 29. I want the refund for all this. We trusted paytm soo
Much but u dissapointed us soo much. Please refund us asap. All the passengers who travelled along with us has got 50% discount. I also want the same for my bookings otherwise i will put a dispute on my credit card company and i ll get a complete charge back. Hope before that u will get me my 50% refund as of all my bookings. First of all i haven't received any refund from u not even 20% refund never received. I got a call from the mtt bangalore yesterday and i spoke to the owner he was soo rude and hang up the phone on me. I had paid for 5 seats fr rs 1000 each fr a. C deluxe bus. And we were provided with local bus with all broken seats and windows and was forcefully asked to board the bus. When we sd we won't board the bus they told us they will leave us there. Then later they told all o[censored]s that we will get our minimum 50% refund of our booking amount. That was told to us that's the reason we board the bus and went through all the sufferings in that useless local bus in such a cold. All i want is my refund of this booking. As few of the people from the same bus did got the refund the next day. But we haven't yet after soo much of complains been sent to the paytm. I have been putting dis in there notice from more then a month now.
