      My order no [protected] in which i order two items and two quantity of each products and offer cash back rs. 863 when i add item in cart but when i pay my payment then cash back amount is rs. 127.
      In return policy item is not return but order cancellation is allowed.
      I request to paytm to canceled my order or give me cash back rs. 863 but paytm team always write me order is not canceled the never talk on cash back amount.

        Dear sir/mam,

        Kindly note that the above mentioned transaction is still not received in my captioned paytm savings account.

        Also, i already registered my query on paytm customer care support team (Ref:[protected] but my query remains unsolved.

        I was asked to call again on paytm merchant care support team on[protected] and was pre-informed to initiate an email to "payments. [protected]@paytm.com" since no body is bothered to attend the call on merchant care.

        Hence, i called the paytm merchant care to validate the genuineness whether they attend the call or not. After 20 mins when my call was not responded by the concerned team. I disconnected the call and finally initiated this mail.

        Looking forward for your quick response in this matter.

          My online payment to rideofrenzy was auto directed to paytm i made payment through my zila sahkari bank debit card. Transactions failed but money got deducted twice. Paytm claims no deduction. But my bank statement clearly shows. I am mailing my details to [protected]@paytm.com but it says they do not moniter. And asking to visit help and support section in the app which is of no use. Please help

            I made a upi transfer to my friend on 9th of january for ₹1180 via paytm payments bank savings account which was once failed and successful the 2nd time. But the money has been debited twice from my account. I tried to register the issue with paytm customer care and they assured me for the solution within 2 days. Since then i have called for the same issue for 5 times in the last 9 days and each time i've been just getting a complaint reference number and just an assurance that my money will be refunded in 48 hours.
            They are not taking it seriously and not providing me with any solution and my money is stuck with them. Kindly please help me with the issue as i am now irritated by their response.
            Also now they have deleted all my passbook entries of january to hide their mistake.

              I received 6 payments via my paytm merchant app details of which are-:
              1) 19/01/2018 rs 19
              2) 21/01/2018 rs 31
              3) 23/01/2018 rs 9901
              4) 23/01/2018 rs 5001
              5) 23/01/2018 rs 17
              6) 26/01/2018 rs 7
              None of the above amount have been deposited into my bank account till date although my business app shows settlement has been done and utr generated. I called up both merchant and paytm customer center more than 60 times each time i asked to wait a further 72 hour. I have registered two complaint number none of which is addressed yet and neither anyone contacted me from paytm the date of the transaction. I also have whatsapped my paytm bank digital passbook on [protected] on their request.

                Hi,
                I transferred to merchant id but it got stuck from 3 days but there is no proper response from customer service. They just giving information wait for another 5days. It's very terrible it says them self paytm is most trusted but it's unable to handle the customer service. Without resolving issue they are sending sms after closing, we have resolved your query please check which i got sms ticket no.02205936. I want resolution today itself if it fails, i will appeal complaint legally just ready big compensation.

                  I purchased a item through paytm and paid in advance for door delivery. The item shipment id was[protected] throuh xpressbees courier and the courier company is telling lies that the item could not deliveded as consignee not available. As the adress provided is of my shop which is opened from 9 am to 7 pm. Hence i request to take action against this type of malpractised carried out by paytm and associated couries

                    I have applied online for institute of chartered accountants of india on 08.02.2018 through my debit card and paytm is acting as merchant for icai. While online application process at the time of payment due to some network issue the payment redirection failed and it was showing transaction was not successful. So i again made payment and that time transaction was successful and pdf also generated successfully. The issue is that bank charged me for both transactions out of which one was successful and another was unsuccessful and i received confirmation sms from paytm also and the order no. Provided therein is as below:

                    Paytm order id: effo_nro0288832_[protected] (Successful)
                    Paytm order id: effo_nro0288832_[protected] (Successful but as per icai transaction failed for which pdf was not generated)

                        I m having paytm account with no [protected], while doing transactions through my debit card on 2/2/2018, my account was debited twice ie one time 8399/- (Eight thousand three hundred ninty nine) and within a span of nine minutes 8530/- (Eight thousand five hundred thirty). I don't know out of the above two amount which one is transferred to my paytm account because they are not giving credit of 8530/- and i failed to understand that where this amount went.

                        Please refund me the amount of rs 8530/- as early as possible, because eight days had already passed by

                            Hello sir,,

                            On 7th feb-18. I have received rs. 3800/-order no - #qrd0b469aaa910ad1c, transaction id - [protected] & rs. 1400/- order no - #qrb9158a3ad882a1e2, transaction id - [protected]. Trough paytm qr code and it will settle on 08 feb-18.in my linked hdfc bank. But till now i am not received any payment in my account.

                            & right now i am trying to use this qr code but i am not able to use this & i am going in accept payment option click for detail so i am receiving error like - user not associated with any merchant from ump end.

                            I am waiting for this amount and discuss multiple times with paytm customer care and hdfc bank customer care. Amount sent by other person but not received this amount due to this it is not credited in my account till now.

                                    Me and my friends had booked a a/c volvo from paytm by mmt services from delhi to manali. The day we had to board the volvo on 23rd dec 2017 at 6:30. The bus boarding location was changed all of the sudden and we were provided with local non a/c bus with broken seats and window. Worst experience of a travel booking through paytm. First of all, the
                                    Boarding got changed at the last moment from majnuka tila to rk ashram marg
                                    Metro. Then after waiting for straight 3 hours, the bus we paid for still
                                    Was in waiting. After that, we got a bus of substandard quality, nothing
                                    Like the amount that they charged us for. We tried calling the bus
                                    Operator, they attended the call but acted as like they were paying for
                                    Our travel. They said like this is the only thing and we all have to
                                    Travel through this only. What protested a lot... But there was nobody
                                    Who could help us. We tried calling the operator again but the didn't
                                    Answered the call. We booked five tickets in total... Pnr 14352 & pnr
                                    14362. We would request you to please refund us the money. This is not
                                    What we had paid for and didn't expect such a poor horrible worst ordinary
                                    Bus. Please refund us. I have booked total 5 seats with seat no.
                                    19, 20, 23, 24 and 29. I want the refund for all this. We trusted paytm soo
                                    Much but u dissapointed us soo much. Please refund us asap. All the passengers who travelled along with us has got 50% discount. I also want the same for my bookings otherwise i will put a dispute on my credit card company and i ll get a complete charge back. Hope before that u will get me my 50% refund as of all my bookings. First of all i haven't received any refund from u not even 20% refund never received. I got a call from the mtt bangalore yesterday and i spoke to the owner he was soo rude and hang up the phone on me. I had paid for 5 seats fr rs 1000 each fr a. C deluxe bus. And we were provided with local bus with all broken seats and windows and was forcefully asked to board the bus. When we sd we won't board the bus they told us they will leave us there. Then later they told all o[censored]s that we will get our minimum 50% refund of our booking amount. That was told to us that's the reason we board the bus and went through all the sufferings in that useless local bus in such a cold. All i want is my refund of this booking. As few of the people from the same bus did got the refund the next day. But we haven't yet after soo much of complains been sent to the paytm. I have been putting dis in there notice from more then a month now.

                                      I orderd this top from paytm mall. Ord id:[protected] from paytm mall.. they automatically cancelled the order for no reason and refunded only 675. The total amount i paid was 897. They put the cash back of remaining amount but it is not refunded... and i think this is the only one shopping app app without customer care... useless numbers are given in the app.. the moment you call the number it gets disconnected... worst experience...

                                        I have paid the electricity bill of company bses yamuna power limited order number [protected] yesterday on date 8 february 2018
                                        I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac for rs. 15 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 15/- into my bank account or paytm wallet.
