I am unable to login into my account. Providing the correct number and password. When i was not able to login i tried changing my password and login. I changed my password thrice. And were successfully changed but was still unable to login the times i tried. Please help me. My number is [protected]. I am trying and trying but not able to login. And i don't get any customer care representative number also. Please call me back on my number. I need to get my paytm account back. Help please

    Me and my friends had booked a a/c volvo from paytm by mmt services from delhi to manali. The day we had to board the volvo on 23rd dec 2017 at 6:30. The bus boarding location was changed all of the sudden and we were provided with local non a/c bus with broken seats and window. Worst experience of a travel booking through paytm. First of all, the
    Boarding got changed at the last moment from majnuka tila to rk ashram marg
    Metro. Then after waiting for straight 3 hours, the bus we paid for still
    Was in waiting. After that, we got a bus of substandard quality, nothing
    Like the amount that they charged us for. We tried calling the bus
    Operator, they attended the call but acted as like they were paying for
    Our travel. They said like this is the only thing and we all have to
    Travel through this only. What protested a lot... But there was nobody
    Who could help us. We tried calling the operator again but the didn't
    Answered the call. We booked five tickets in total... Pnr 14352 & pnr
    14362. We would request you to please refund us the money. This is not
    What we had paid for and didn't expect such a poor horrible worst ordinary
    Bus. Please refund us. I have booked total 5 seats with seat no.
    19, 20, 23, 24 and 29. I want the refund for all this. We trusted paytm soo
    Much but u dissapointed us soo much. Please refund us asap. All the passengers who travelled along with us has got 50% discount. I also want the same for my bookings otherwise i will put a dispute on my credit card company and i ll get a complete charge back. Hope before that u will get me my 50% refund as of all my bookings. First of all i haven't received any refund from u not even 20% refund never received. I got a call from the mtt bangalore yesterday and i spoke to the owner he was soo rude and hang up the phone on me. I had paid for 5 seats fr rs 1000 each fr a. C deluxe bus. And we were provided with local bus with all broken seats and windows and was forcefully asked to board the bus. When we sd we won't board the bus they told us they will leave us there. Then later they told all o[censored]s that we will get our minimum 50% refund of our booking amount. That was told to us that's the reason we board the bus and went through all the sufferings in that useless local bus in such a cold. All i want is my refund of this booking. As few of the people from the same bus did got the refund the next day. But we haven't yet after soo much of complains been sent to the paytm. I have been putting dis in there notice from more then a month now.

      I orderd this top from paytm mall. Ord id:[protected] from paytm mall.. they automatically cancelled the order for no reason and refunded only 675. The total amount i paid was 897. They put the cash back of remaining amount but it is not refunded... and i think this is the only one shopping app app without customer care... useless numbers are given in the app.. the moment you call the number it gets disconnected... worst experience...

        I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac for rs. 15 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 15/- into my bank account or paytm wallet.

            Hey this paytm is doing fraud now days a person recharge single time and they deduct balance twice/thrice because of lots of competition in think paytm is running short of money thats why they are doing such kind of fraud so we must stop using paytm because problem i am facing due to paytm today can be yours also and they will not stop doing this type of fraud till we tech a lesson to the members of paytm

                Sir,
                I received a telephonic call from [protected] on 06.02.2018 by a lady person namely Priya kumari Singh from snapdeal.com a renowned online shopping site. She told that your gift SONY LED TV 40 inch is ready to dispatch. Kindly pay urgently by PAYTM Rs 5320/-.
                As snapdeal.com is a reputed online shopping site in India, as per my daily limit on PAYTM wallet, I paid Rs 5000/- to the PAYTM account No at mobile No [protected] with Wallet Txn Id:[protected] on 06.02.2018.
                Next day upon calling to PAYTM I was informed that PAYTM do not have any clue/record of where your money has gone and it can not be returned to you.
                In regard to above you are requested to take necessary and appropriate action at your end so that either PAYTM should provide me the details of the person whom my money of Rs 5000/- was sent or PAYTM should return my money in my PAYTM wallet. As PAYTM as a bank/wallet so PAYTM must keep detail of the persons who owns the PAYTM account across the country like all the financial institutions.

                  On 07/02/2018 paytm debited Rs 982 from my bank account to pay for tickets but the payment was not made. Its been more than 24 hrs but still i have not received any refunds in my bank account nor on my paytm wallet. Even the customer care services are not good. i request to see to it that the problem is resolved soon.

                    I had a unique promocode which i applied but had to cancel the order. I asked paytm to issue a new promo code or give me 400rs cashback but they declined. They put my call on hold for 50 mins to transfer the call to anjali shukla, the floor supervisor who was extremely rude and said that she wont help me any case. If my promocode has been cancelled along with the order why am i not entitled to a new promocode.

                      On 03/02/2018 two berths were booked in 2AC( pnr no:[protected]) on net. of rs.358.80/-
                      You on hehalf of irctc withdrawn from my bank account twice . I recieved only rs.3445/- on cancellation . But I should get refund of another amount of rs.3445/- Please refund the same . Otherwise I have to go to the consumer forum .

                        I'm vijaykumar dated on[protected] i transfered money from paytm wallet to bank account but still money no credited at bank account i called paytm customer care issue was not resolved and wallet transaction id [protected] pls procced fast otherwise i register complete on cyber crime
                        5days complated my paytm not reset password
                        I have sent some money to another paytm user. During transaction I saw there is a cash back and it said the same will be credited within 30 minutes, but it was not.
                        It is to inform you that, I have send money to wrong mobile number by mistake .

                        Please cancel my insurance, and return my money back.
                        This cheater functionality not accepted from PayTM.
                        I am not able to log into my paytm account . i have also changed the password several times and everytime it is successfully updated. but still unable to login my account.

                          I had done a transaction of rs 131 to add money to paytm account from my bank account, went to add money through the paytm was redirected to netbanking, money got deducted from bank account but it showed the message paytm transaction failed. I send a mail to [protected]@paytm.com got no reply, no customer care option is there to register for failed transaction.
                          My paytm account is temporary blocked for log in i have a big request to you plz resolved my problem as much as possible

                              Sir i canceled a railway ticket on dt 30/01/2018...in my irctc id shows that refunded amount rs.3720 on dt 01/02/2018... But till now that amount is not credited in my sbi account...
                              I didn't get my idea recharge of Rs.20. The transaction was done on[protected] by Paytm.

                              1.) The transaction was of Rs. 10 on[protected] at 13:58.
                              2.) The transaction was of Rs. 10 on[protected] at 14:56.

                              I kindly request to pay back my Paytm amount.
